Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Verdichtungsstation mit wenigstens einer Verdichtungseinrichtung zur Verdichtung von mit Schüttgütern gefüllten Offensäcken. Die Erfindung wird insbesondere im Zusammenhang mit einer Vorrichtung verwendet, wie sie aus der WO 2016/046302 A1 bekannt geworden sind. Bei einer solchen bekannten Vorrichtung werden Säcke beispielsweise mit Schüttgütern wie Zement, hochwertigem Fugenmörtel oder anderen Baustoffen gefüllt. Claims (15)

  1. Compaction station (100) with at least one compacting device (101) for compacting open-mouth bags (3) filled with bulk materials,
    the compacting device comprising a container (110) with a tubular inner wall (111) and a takeup space (112) for taking up a filled open-mouth bag (102), and a support unit (231) on a height-displaceable lifting device (102),
    characterized in
    that the support unit (231) is supported from beneath in a lowered position (103) of the lifting device (102), and in an elevated position (104) it is suitable for taking over a filled open-mouth bag (3) from an adjacent conveyor device (106),
    and that a pressure plug (120) that can be lowered from above is comprised, which in a lowered position (121) acts on the bulk material from above and in an elevated position (122), allows takeover of a filled open-mouth bag (3) from an adjacent conveyor device (106).
  2. The compaction station (100) according to the preceding claim, wherein the container (110) can be periodically lifted and lowered by one container travel by way of a compaction transmission (113).
  3. The compaction station (100) according to the preceding claim, wherein the container travel is less than one fifth of the length of the container, and/or wherein the container travel is less than 50 mm.
  4. The compaction station (100) according to any of the preceding claims, wherein in a lowered position (103) of the lifting device (102), the support unit (231) is supported/set down on support hooks (104) of the container (110).
  5. The compaction station (100) according to any of the preceding claims, wherein the pressure plug (120) is driven by means of a pneumatic drive (123).
  6. The compaction station (100) according to any of the preceding claims, wherein a dust removal system (130) is attached to the container (110).
  7. The compaction station (100) according to any of the preceding claims, wherein a top section (115) of the container (110) is designed cone-shaped or funnel-shaped.
  8. The compaction station (100) according to the preceding claim, wherein a slider (105) is attributed to the compacting device (101) with which the filled open-mouth bag (3) can be laterally pushed from the conveyor device (106) to the support unit (231) and/or back, and/or wherein the slider (105) comprises suckers (107) to keep the top bag wall open.
  9. The compaction station (100) according to any of the preceding claims, wherein the support unit (231) can be lifted by means of a short stroke device (140).
  10. The compaction station (100) according to any of the preceding claims, wherein as an open-mouth bag is pushed out, a compaction transmission and/or a short stroke device can be displaced upwardly from beneath or can be activated to facilitate pushing out, in particular if an open-mouth bag jams during pushing out.
  11. The compaction station (100) according to any of the preceding claims, wherein the pressure plug (120) is provided with a vacuum suction device (125) which can in particular be connected with a vacuum device.
  12. The compaction station (100) according to any of the preceding claims, with at least two compacting devices (101) for compacting open-mouth bags (3) filled with bulk materials, wherein the compacting devices (101) are disposed in series after one another and connected with one another by means of a conveyor device (106).
  13. Method for compacting bulk materials in an open-mouth bag (3) filled with bulk materials, wherein a filled open-mouth bag (3) is placed on a support unit (231),
    wherein the support unit (231) on which the filled open-mouth bag (3) is placed, is lowered into a tubular takeup space (112) of a container (110) far enough for the product level to be located within the tubular takeup space (112) of the container (110),
    and that the support unit (231) is supported from beneath, wherein a pressure plug (120) is inserted from above into the open end of the open-mouth bag (3) and acts on the bulk material from above, while the support unit (231) is pressed against the bag bottom from beneath.
  14. The method according to the preceding claim, wherein a ramming or jolting compaction is carried out from beneath, and/or wherein rapping or vibrating against the container is carried out from outside and/or from beneath to facilitate pushing out the open-mouth bag.
  15. The method according to any of the two preceding claims, wherein a compaction transmission and/or a short stroke device is activated from beneath or elevated, at least in case that an open-mouth bag jams when the open-mouth bag is pushed upwardly.
