Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum Verstellen von zwei zwischen zwei gegenüberliegenden Stockschienen angeordneten beweglichen Weichenzungen.The present invention relates to a device for adjusting two movable switch tongues arranged between two opposite pole rails.
Zur Umstellung von Weichen ist eine Vielzahl unterschiedlicher Umstellvorrichtungen bekannt. Häufig werden Klammerspitzen- oder Klinkenverschlüsse eingesetzt. Letztgenannter Klinkenverschluss ist zum Beispiel aus der europäischen Patentanmeldung
Die Klinke eines Klinkenverschlusses ist verschwenkbar an einem Verschlusslager gehalten. An dem Verschlusslager wird weiter direkt oder über ein Zwischenbauteil die Weichenzunge befestigt, zu deren Verstellung und Verriegelung der Klinkenverschluss eingesetzt wird. Der Klinkenverschluss hat somit die Aufgabe, die an einer Stockschiene anliegende Weichenzunge sowie die abliegende Weichenzunge in einer geometrisch exakt definierten Position festzuhalten und mechanisch zu verriegeln. Die Art der mechanischen Verriegelung erfolgt mit Vorteil formschlüssig. Aufgrund der Sicherheitsrelevanz der beschriebenen Funktionalität bestehen an die Herstellung und die Wartung von Weichen erhöhte Ansprüche, sodass es im Besonderen eine Aufgabe der Konstruktion ist, den Weichenverschluss möglichst einfach und sicher aufzubauen. Solche Verschlussklinken werden mittels einer geeigneten Lagerung an beiden Weichenzungen befestigt und verriegeln damit die Weichenzunge direkt mit der Stockschiene. Eine solche Anordnung gewährleistet in Kombination mit einem Weichenantrieb eine sichere Durchfahrt eines Schienenfahrzeuges. Aufgrund der unterschiedlichen Spurweiten (Meterspur, Kapspur, Normalspur, Breitspur etc.) und in Kombination mit der hohen Varianz der Profile für Weichenzungen bzw. Stockschienen entsteht ein breites Spektrum an geometrischen Anforderungen für die Realisierung der erwähnten Aussenverschlüsse. In der Regel wird für jede Ausführungsvariante ein eigener Verschlusstyp benötigt, was aus Sicht der Konstruktion bzw. Heute kommen entweder Aussen- oder Innenverschlüsse zum Einsatz. Welches Prinzip konkret eingesetzt wird, ist von verschiedenen Faktoren abhängig. Einerseits geht es um die Geschwindigkeit der Züge, andererseits um die Bauart der Weichenzungen. Weitere Aspekte wie beispielsweise die vorherrschenden Umweltbedingungen spielen ebenfalls eine Rolle. Konventionelle (Aussen)Verschlüsse haben folgende Nachteile:
- a) Der Verschluss muss für jedes Schienenprofil und spezifisch für jede Spurweite neu konstruiert werden. Daraus resultiert eine hohe Anzahl unterschiedlicher Ausführungen.
- b) Aufgrund der Vielfalt der Verschlüsse sind kaum Skaleneffekte im Rahmen der Fertigung realisierbar.
- c) Klimatische bzw. Umwelteinflüsse können den Einsatz konventioneller Aussenverschlüsse verunmöglichen.

Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäss durch eine Vorrichtung zum Verstellen von zwei zwischen zwei gegenüberliegenden Stockschienen angeordneten beweglichen Weichenzungen, umfassend:
- a) für jede Stockschiene eine Basisplatte, die an der Stockschiene befestigbar ist und sich weitgehend horizontal ausgerichtet in den zwischen den beiden Stockschiene befindlichen Raum ausdehnt;
- b) eine Verschlusseinheit, die an den beiden Basisplatten befestigbar und in dem zwischen den beiden Stockschienen befindlichen Raum anordenbar ist,
- c) eine in der Verschlusseinheit geführte Nockenstange, mit der die Weichenzungen durch Zungenstellstangen, die die Nockenstange mit den Weichenzungen verbinden, zwischen zwei Endpositionen bewegbar sind,
- d) eine Verriegelung durch das Zusammenwirken von einer in der Verschlusseinheit geführten Nockenstange und mindestens einer in der Verschlusseinheit schwenkbar gelagerten Verschlussklinke erzielbar ist,
- e) die Nockenstange von einem Weichenantrieb zwischen den beiden Endpositionen der Weichenzungen bewegbar ist.

Auf diese Weise wird eine zentral zwischen den Stockschienen angeordnete Verschlusseinheit für den Weichenmechanismus geschaffen, wobei die bewährte Funktionalität der Verschlussklinke im Prinzip beibehalten, aber in die Verschlusseinheit verlagert wird. Das Konzept der universellen Verschlusseinheit gepaart mit an den Stockschiene vorzugsweise mit Klemmstücken befestigbaren Basisplatten reduziert den Entwicklungsaufwand insbesondere im Hinblick auf neue Produkt/Marktkombinationen erheblich. Die Anpassungsaufwände für allfällige Markteintritte werden deutlich reduziert bei gleichzeitiger Volumenausweitung, weil für unterschiedliche Weichen dasselbe Konzept verwendet werden kann. Insgesamt resultieren daher die folgenden Vorteile:
- a) Die Eintrittskosten für neue Märkte werden reduziert.
- b) Die time-to-market für neue Märkte wird deutlich verringert.
- c) Die Produktvielfalt im Bereich der Weichenstellsysteme wird reduziert.
- d) Aufgrund der Möglichkeit zur Vormontage wird der Aufwand für die Montage vor Ort deutlich vereinfacht.

Der erfinderische Wert liegt daher in der Realisierung einer universell verwendbaren Verschlusseinheit, welche die beiden Stockschienen formschlüssig über die Basisplatten verbindet, was zusätzlich eine Spurerweiterung im Bereich der Weichenspitzen verhindert. - Apparatus (2) for adjusting two moveable point blades (6a, 6b) arranged between two opposing stock rails (4a, 4b), comprising:a) for each stock rail (4a, 4b), a base plate (8a, 8b) which can be fastened to the stock rail (4a, 4b) and extends, oriented in a largely horizontal manner, into a space (12) located between the two stock rails (4a, 4b);b) a closing unit (16) which can be fastened to the two base plates (8a, 8b) and can be arranged in the space (12) located between the two stock rails (4a, 4b),c) a cam bar (18) guided in the closing unit (16), with which the point blades (6a, 6b) can be moved between two end positions by way of blade throw rods (22a, 22b) which connect the cam bar (18) to the point blades (6a, 6b),d) a locking can be achieved by way of the interaction between the cam bar (18) guided in the closing unit (16) and at least one locking pawl (24a, 24b) which is mounted such that it can pivot in the closing unit (16),e) the cam bar (18) can be moved between the two end positions of the point blades (6a, 6b) by a points drive.
- Apparatus (2) according to claim 1,
characterised in that
the two base plates (8a, 8b) comprise an internal opening (14), into which the closing unit (16) can be introduced. - Apparatus (2) according to claim 1 or 2,
characterised in that
the closing unit (16) is designed as a locking box, which lies against the base plates (8a, 8b) with flanges. - Apparatus (2) according to one of claims 1 to 3, characterised in that
the closing unit (16) can be screwed to the base plates (8a, 8b) . - Apparatus (2) according to one of claims 1 to 4, characterised in that
the closing unit (16) and the base plates (8a, 8b) can be electrically isolated from one another by means of isolating elements, preferably isolating plate and/or isolating bushes. - Apparatus (2) according to one of claims 1 to 5, characterised in that
the base plates (8a, 8b) each comprise a region which is embodied as a sliding seat for the point blades (6a, 6b).
