Solche Vorrichtungen und Verfahren sind im Stand der Technik vielfach bekannt. Aus der EP 0 607 196 B1 ist eine Vorrichtung und ein Verfahren zu deren Betrieb bekannt, mit dem bzw. mit der Etiketten, auch Schlaufenetiketten, aus Bändchenmaterial hergestellt werden. Dazu wird ein in eine Vorschubvorrichtung eingeführtes Bandmaterial mittels der Vorschubeinrichtung in Richtung einer Klemmzange transportiert. Die Klemmzange übernimmt das Bandmaterial, nämlich ein Ende des Bandmaterials, während die Vorschubeinrichtung zurück in ihre Ausgangslage verstellt wird. Dann wird ein Faltblech in Gang gesetzt, dessen Bewegungsrichtung senkrecht zur aufgespannten Fläche des Bandmaterials ausgerichtet ist. Das Faltblech wird in Richtung des Bandmaterials bewegt und längt dieses ab, sodass eine einfache Schlaufe entsteht. Das Faltblech ist mit samt dem Band in eine Positionierzange eingefahren, welche zeitgleich mit einer Schere schließt, die das Bandmaterial zu einem Bändchen vereinzelt, wobei die Positionierzange die fertig gefaltene Schlaufe übernimmt, während das Faltblech in seine Ursprungslage zurückgefahren wird. Zwar ist aus der EP 0 607 196 B1 eine Vorrichtung bekannt, mittels derer verschiedene Etikettentypen herstellbar sind, jedoch müssen auch hier zusätzliche Elemente in die Vorrichtung eingebracht werden, um beispielsweise ein u-Formetikett herstellen zu können.     - wherein the strip (4) forms a single loop (1),
    - the strip (4) is then held in a clamping way at a second clamping position (10) that is spaced from the first clamping position (8) and that holds a second end (12) of the strip (4),
    - the tape material (2) is cut through in the direction of the tape material supply (2) behind the second clamping position (10), is separated from the supply of tape material (2), and is singulated to a strip (4), which has a sufficient length for forming the loop (1, 1'),
    - wherein the strip (4) already formed to a single loop (1) extends between the first clamping position (8) and the second clamping position (10),
    - the thus positioned first and second ends (7, 12) are positioned transversely to the border of the textile piece and in alignment therewith
    - or the thus positioned first and second ends (7, 12) are aligned from a position differing from an alignment position transversely to the border of the textile piece into a position, in which they are positioned transversely to the border of the textile piece,
    - the loop (1, 1') is fixed with the ends (7, 12) to the textile piece.
  2. The method of claim 1, characterized by that the first end (7) of the strip (4) held in a clamping way at the first clamping position (8) or the second end (12) of the strip (4) held in a clamping way at the second clamping position (10) is pivoted about at least one pivot axis (21) relative to the respectively other end (7 or 12) so that a u-shaped loop (1') or a v-shaped loop is formed, in which the ends, namely the first end (7) and the second end (12), are positioned in part in an overlapping way or side-by-side.
  3. The method of claim 1 or claim 2, characterized by that the first end (7) of the strip (4) held in a clamping way at the first clamping position (8) or the second end (12) of the strip (4) held in a clamping way at the second clamping position (10) is adjusted relative to the respectively other end (7 or 12) or both ends (7, 12) are adjusted relative to each other in the plane that is spanned by the strip (4), or in parallel to this plane so that a u-shaped loop (1') or a v-shaped loop is formed, in which the ends (7, 12) are positioned in part in an overlapping way or side-by-side.
  4. A method for forming a loop (1, 1') from flexible tape material (2) and for fixing the loop (1, 1') to a textile piece, in particular to the border of a textile piece, comprising the following method steps:
    - the tape material (2) is conveyed in the form of a strip (4) in a conveying direction (5) extending in parallel to the strip (4), out of a tape material supply or is drawn from a tape supply spool,
    - the first front end (7) of the strip (4), in the conveying direction (5), is held in a clamping way at a first clamping position (8),
    - further tape material (2) is conveyed out of the tape material supply or is drawn from the tape supply spool until a length of the strip (4) sufficient for forming a loop is obtained,
    - wherein the strip (4) forms a straight tape strip,
    - the strip (4) is then held in a clamping way at a second clamping position (10) that is spaced from the first clamping position (8) and that holds a second end (12) of the strip (4),
    - the tape material (2) is cut through in the direction of the tape material supply (2) behind the second clamping position (10), is separated from the supply of tape material (2), and is singulated to a strip (4), which has a sufficient length for forming the loop (1, 1'),
    - wherein the strip (4) to be formed to a loop (1, 1') extends between the first clamping position (8) and the second clamping position (10),
    - the first end (7) of the strip (4) held in a clamping way at the first clamping position (8) or the second end (12) of the strip (4) held in a clamping way at the second clamping position (10) is pivoted about at least one pivot axis (21) relative to the respectively other end (7 or 12), and/or the first end (7) of the strip (4) held in a clamping way at the first clamping position (8) or the second end (12) of the strip (4) held in a clamping way at the second clamping position (10) is adjusted relative to the respectively other end (7 or 12) or both ends (7, 12) are adjusted relative to each other in the plane that is spanned by the strip (4), or in parallel to this plane so that a single loop (1) or a u-shaped loop (1') or a v-shaped loop is formed, in which the ends (7, 12) are positioned on top of each other or in part in an overlapping way or side-by-side,
    - the thus positioned first and second ends (7, 12) are positioned transversely to the border of the textile piece and in alignment therewith
    - or the thus positioned first and second ends (7, 12) are aligned from a position differing from an alignment position transversely to the border of the textile piece into a position, in which they are positioned transversely to the border of the textile piece,
    - the loop (1, 1') is fixed with the ends (7, 12) to the textile piece.
  5. The method of one of claims 1 to 4, characterized by that the conveying direction (5) extends transversely to the border of the textile piece.
  6. The method of one of claims 2 or 4, characterized by that the pivot axis (21) extends substantially vertically or in parallel to the plane spanned by the strip (4).
  7. The method of claim 4, characterized by that the first clamping position (8) is moved, with entrainment of the first end (7), in the conveying direction (5) or in parallel to the conveying direction (5) of the tape material (2) until the tape has the sufficient length for forming a loop.
  8. The method of one of claims 3, 5, 6, characterized by that the first end (7) is moved and positioned into a position outside the conveying path, below or above the conveying path, wherein the tape material (2) is conveyed beyond the positioning location further in the conveying direction (5) until the desired length is obtained.
  9. The method of one of claims 2, 3, 4, 7, 8, characterized by that the tape is separated before pivoting and/or adjusting the first or second end (7 or 12) of the tape material (2).
  10. The method of one of claims 2, 3, 4, 7, 8, characterized by that after pivoting and/or adjusting the first or second end (7 or 12), the tape is separated from the tape material (2).
  11. The method of one of claims 1 to 3, 5, 6, 8 to 10, characterized by that the strip (4) is conveyed by a shaping slide that is advanced from an initial position with entrainment of tape material (2) until a desired final position is reached, and forms the tape material (2) during sliding into a single loop (1), wherein a clamping process of the first end (7) occurs, before the shaping slide arrives at the desired final position, wherein the shaping slide, after arrival at the final position, is slid back into its initial position, and the first end (7) is held in a clamping way during the whole sliding process, wherein a clamping process of the second end (12) of the strip (4) occurs during the pushing-back process of the shaping slide into the initial position or after arrival at the initial position of the shaping slide.
  12. The method of one of claims 1 to 11, characterized by that the tape material (2) is conveyed in an intermittent way.
  13. A device for forming a loop (1, 1') from flexible tape material (2) and for fixing the loop (1, 1') to a textile piece, in particular to the border of a textile piece, for carrying out a method of one of claims 1 to 12, wherein the device:
    - comprises a conveying device (3) for the tape material (2), by means of which the tape material (2) in the form of a strip (4) is conveyed in a conveying direction (5) extending in parallel to the strip (4), in a length of the strip (4) sufficient for forming a loop, out of a tape material supply or is drawn from a tape supply spool,
    - comprises a first clamping element (6), wherein a first front end (7) of the strip (4), in the conveying direction (5), is held in a clamping way at a first clamping position (8) of the strip (4) by the first clamping element (6), characterized by that the device
    - comprises a second clamping element (9), wherein a second clamping position (10) of the strip (4) spaced from the first clamping position (8) is held in a clamping way by the second clamping element (9), and the strip (4) for forming a loop is formed between the clamping positions (8, 10),
    - comprises a separating device (11) for singulating the tape material (2) to a tape, wherein the strip (4), after singulating, has a second end (12), and the second clamping position (10) is arranged in a region of the second end (12); and the device further
    - comprises a positioning device that positions the ends (7, 12) at the border of the textile piece, and
    - comprises a transporting device that transports the textile piece with the positioned ends (7, 12) of the tape to a fixing device, and the fixing device fixes the ends (7, 12) of the tape in the correct position at the textile piece.
  14. The device of claim 13, characterized by that the device comprises a pivoting device, by means of which the first clamping element (6) or the second clamping element (9) for forming a loop is pivotable about at least one pivot axis (21) relative to the respectively other clamping element (6 or 9) so that the strip (4) forms a single loop (1) or a u-shaped loop (1') or a v-shaped loop, in which the ends (7, 12) are arranged on top of each other or at least in part in an overlapping way or side-by-side and are positionable and fixable at the border of the textile piece.
  15. The device of one of claims 13 or 14, characterized by that the device comprises an adjusting device, by means of which the first clamping position (8) or the second clamping position (10) is adjustable relative to the respectively other clamping position (8 or 10) or both clamping positions (8, 10) are adjustable relative to each other in the plane that is spanned by the strip (4), or in parallel to this plane so that the strip (4) forms a single loop (1) or a u-shaped loop (1') or a v-shaped loop, in which the ends (7, 12) are arranged on top of each other or at least in part in an overlapping way or side-by-side and are positionable and fixable at the border of the textile piece.
  16. The device of one of claims 13 to 15, characterized by that the conveying direction (5) is not directed in parallel, but transversely to the border of the textile piece.
  17. The device of one of claims 14 to 16, characterized by that the pivot axis (21) is aligned substantially vertically or in parallel to the plane spanned by the strip (4) .
  18. The device of one of claims 13 to 17, characterized by that the conveying device (3) is a belt drive (13) with a transport support (14), and the tape material (2) is conveyed between the belt of the belt drive (13) and the transport support (14).
  19. The device of claim 18, characterized by that the transport support (14) is formed as a shaping slide, or additionally a shaping slide is arranged in the device, wherein the belt drive (13) and/or the shaping slide is movable in the conveying direction (5) of the strip (4) from an initial position forwards into a working position, in which the tape material (2) is formed to a single loop (1), and is movable back again into the initial position.
  20. The device of claim 18 or 19, characterized by that the belt drive (13) is adjusted into a conveying position, in which the tape material (2) is pushed by the belt of the belt drive (13) against the transport support (14) and is conveyed via the transport support (14), wherein the belt drive (13) is preferably adjustable from the conveying position into a resting position, in which the belt drive (13) releases the tape material (2).
  21. The device of one of claims 13 to 20, characterized by that the first clamping element (6) is movable, with entrainment of the first end (7), in the conveying direction (5) or in parallel to the conveying direction (5) of the tape material (2).
  22. The device of one of claims 13 to 21, characterized by that the first and/or the second clamping element (6 or 9) comprises or is a transporting device, by means of which the first end (7) and/or the second end (12) is/are movable away from the respectively other end (7 or 12).
  23. The device of one of claims 13 to 22, characterized by that the first and/or the second clamping element (6 or 9) is a pliers.
  24. The device of one of claims 13 to 23, characterized by that the first and/or the second clamping element (6 or 9) is a belt drive (17) with a support element (18) opposite to the belt drive (17), wherein the strip (4) with its first and/or second clamping position (8 or 10) is arranged between the belt of the belt drive (17) or an advancing roller and the support element (18).
  25. The device of one of claims 13 to 24, characterized by that the first and/or the second clamping element (6 or 9) is an adjustable clamp, wherein the strip (4) with its first and/or second clamping position (8 or 10) is held in a clamping way between parts of the clamp and is adjustable with the clamp.
  26. The device of one of claims 13 to 25, characterized by that the ends (7, 12) project beyond the clamping positions (8, 10) and are fixable with the projecting region at the textile piece.
  27. The device of claims 13 and 14 and 15, characterized by that an adjustable computer control system is provided, which corresponds to the parts of the device and controls the activities and functions thereof, namely
    - the conveying device (3),
    - the first clamping element (6),
    - the second clamping element (9),
    - the separating device (11),
    - the pivoting device,
    - the adjusting device,
    - the positioning device.
  28. The device of claim 27, characterized by that the computer control system corresponds to the fixing device and controls the activity and function thereof.
