- the cookware holder with the at least four inflow channels, these can be arranged, particularly in the horizontal direction, particularly close to the place where the cooking fumes arise. In this way, the cooking fumes generated in an edge region of the food support can also be reliably removed downwards with a comparatively low extraction rate.
- the invention relates in particular to a cookware carrier for a built-in kitchen appliance made of a gas-permeable and / or liquid-permeable, in particular porous and / or textile, material.
- the inflow channels are also to be understood as the geometrically determined or undetermined penetrations which characterize the gas-permeable and / or liquid-permeable material.
- the inflow channels are gas-permeable and liquid-tight. In this way it can be achieved that cooking fumes are reliably sucked off downwards, but liquids cannot penetrate into an area below the food support.

The invention relates to a cookware carrier for a built-in kitchen device for carrying cookware and a hob with such a cookware carrier. The invention further relates to a hob system with such a hob.

The invention has for its object to provide an improved cookware carrier for a built-in kitchen appliance, which enables a particularly compact design of a hob system and ensures an efficient extraction of cooking fumes.
This object is achieved by a cookware carrier with the features of claim 1. According to the invention, it was recognized that a cookware carrier for a built-in kitchen appliance with at least four inflow channels penetrating these enables particularly efficient extraction of the cooking vapors, a compact dimensioning of a cooktop system is guaranteed and is also visually appealing. By designing the cookware holder with the at least four inflow channels, these can be arranged, particularly in the horizontal direction, particularly close to the place where the cooking fumes arise. In this way, the cooking fumes generated in an edge region of the food support can also be reliably removed downwards with a comparatively low extraction rate. The invention relates in particular to a cookware carrier for a built-in kitchen appliance made of a gas-permeable and / or liquid-permeable, in particular porous and / or textile, material. The inflow channels are also to be understood as the geometrically determined or undetermined penetrations which characterize the gas-permeable and / or liquid-permeable material.
According to one aspect of the invention, the inflow channels are gas-permeable and liquid-tight. In this way it can be achieved that cooking fumes are reliably sucked off downwards, but liquids cannot penetrate into an area below the food support.
The plurality of inflow channels can be designed as bores penetrating the cookware carrier, in particular as micro-bores and / or as perforations. Preferably, at least one of the inflow channels is arranged in a plan view in a central area of the item to be cooked, in particular in the area of the geometrical center of gravity of the item to be cooked. At least one of the inflow openings can be arranged in a top view in an edge region of the food support.
According to one aspect of the invention, the surface portion of a perforated surface of the cookware carrier compared to the total surface of the cookware carrier is at least 30%, in particular at least 50%, in particular at least 75%, in particular 100%, in a plan view.
The plurality of inflow channels are preferably designed to be permeable to gases and impermeable to liquids. For this purpose, a surface of the food support can have a hydrophobic coating. In this way, it is advantageously achieved that liquids, in particular overflow liquids, are reliably prevented from penetrating into an area below the food support.
According to one aspect of the invention, a gas-permeable and liquid-repellent, in particular liquid-tight, layer is arranged on the at least one inflow opening, in particular on the cookware carrier. The gas-permeable and liquid-repellent layer can be arranged above or below the food support. The gas-permeable and liquid-repellent layer can also be attached to the at least one filter. The gas-permeable and liquid-repellent layer can, in particular on the cookware carrier and / or on the filter, be integrally or interchangeably attached, in particular interchangeable without tools. The gas-permeable and liquid-repellent layer is preferably designed to be cleanable, in particular dishwasher-safe.
According to one aspect of the invention, the cookware carrier is dishwasher-safe and / or is designed for cleaning in a pyrolysis process. In particular, the cookware carrier can be scratch-resistant and / or corrosion-resistant and / or heat-resistant, in particular for temperatures of at least 200 ° C., in particular at least 300 ° C., in particular at least 400 ° C., in particular at least 500 ° C.
The cookware carrier preferably has a weight of less than 10 kg, in particular less than 5 kg, in particular less than 2.5 kg. The food holder is therefore particularly easy to handle and clean.
Gemäß einem Aspekt der Erfindung betragen die Querschnittsflächen der mehreren Einströmkanäle insgesamt mindestens 1000 mm2, insbesondere mindestens 5000 mm2, insbesondere mindestens 10000 mm2.According to one aspect of the invention, the cookware carrier is formed in one piece, in particular in one piece. According to one aspect of the invention, the cross-sectional areas of the plurality of inflow ducts total at least 1000 mm 2 , in particular at least 5000 mm 2 , in particular at least 10000 mm 2 .
According to a further aspect of the invention, the cookware carrier has a glass or ceramic plate, in particular a glass ceramic plate, which is penetrated by the at least four inflow channels. The cookware carrier preferably consists of a glass plate, in particular a glass ceramic plate, penetrated by the inflow channels. The cookware carrier preferably consists essentially of a material with a thermal conductivity of at most 3.0 W / mK, in particular at most 2.0 W / mK, in particular at most 1.0 W / mK. The cookware carrier is therefore largely transparent to electromagnetic radiation, in particular heat radiation. Radiant heating units and / or induction heating units can thus be arranged below the carrier for heating the items to be cooked.
According to a further aspect of the invention, the cookware carrier has at least ten, in particular at least twenty, in particular at least fifty, in particular at least one hundred, in particular at least one thousand, inflow channels on. It is advantageously achieved in this way that the cooking fumes can be drawn off via a multiplicity of openings distributed over a surface of the cookware carrier. The cooking fumes can thus be extracted with high efficiency in any area above the food support. In particular, a largely homogeneous take-off performance can be achieved over the horizontal extent of the cookware carrier.
According to a further aspect of the invention, each of the plurality of inflow channels has a cross-sectional area of at most 100 mm 2 , in particular at most 10 mm 2 , in particular at most 1 mm 2 , in particular at most 0.1 mm 2 . A cookware carrier with inflow channels which have such a small, in particular barely perceptible, cross-sectional area is particularly visually appealing. The penetration of objects into the inflow channels can be reliably prevented. Such inflow channels can be made impermeable to liquids and permeable to gases. The penetration of overflow liquids into an area below the food support can thus be reliably prevented.
According to a further aspect of the invention, a distance between two adjacent inflow channels or a cross-sectional area of the inflow channels can vary over a horizontal extent of the food support. The distance between two adjacent inflow ducts or a cross-sectional area of the inflow ducts preferably varies such that a withdrawal intensity is inhomogeneous over a horizontal extent of the cookware carrier. For example, a fume cupboard intensity can be increased. The distance between adjacent inflow channels in the region of the hotplates is then preferred particularly small or the cross-sectional area of the inflow channels is particularly high in the area of the hotplates. According to a further aspect of the invention, a number of the inflow channels per unit area can vary over a horizontal extension of the cookware carrier. The multiple inflow channels can be arranged in a plan view inhomogeneously distributed over an extent of the food support. The cross-sectional area of the inflow channels can vary, in particular depending on their position. For example, a plurality of inflow channels per unit area can be present in a horizontal edge region of the cookware carrier, a smaller number of inflow channels per unit area being present in an area around the geometrical center of gravity of the cookware carrier. Likewise, inflow channels with a larger cross-sectional area can be present in an edge region of the cookware carrier than in an area around the geometric area center of gravity of the hob system. Different removal speeds can thus be achieved via the horizontal position along an upper side of the food support. The number of inflow ducts and / or the cross-sectional area of the inflow ducts in a region around a hotplate is preferably particularly large. The deduction rate is therefore particularly high in the area of the production of cooking fumes.
Alternatively, the extraction channels can be arranged homogeneously, in particular equidistantly, over a horizontal extension of the cookware carrier. The plurality of inflow channels can have an identical cross-sectional area. The plurality of inflow channels are preferably round in cross section, in particular circular, or square, in particular rectangular or slit-shaped.
According to a further aspect of the invention, the cookware carrier comprises one within and / or adjacent to the plurality of inflow channels arranged filter. The filter can be glued to the cookware carrier and / or connected to the cookware carrier via a filter receptacle, in particular in a form-fitting manner, in particular via a rail. The filter is preferably reversible, in particular without tools, removable from the cookware carrier. The filter can be designed as a grease filter and / or as an odor filter. The filter is preferably designed as a combination filter, which comprises both a grease filter and an odor filter. The filter can have a collecting tray for receiving overflow liquid. For example, the filter is triangular in cross section. Due to the arrangement of the filter within and / or adjacent to the several inflow channels, the food support can be designed to be particularly space-saving and have a particularly low overall height. A surface area of the filter covered by the food support in a plan view is preferably at least 50% of the surface of the food support in the top view. This ensures energy-efficient filtering of cooking fumes.
According to one aspect of the invention, the cookware carrier has at least one free area, in particular in the area of the hotplates, in which it is formed free of inflow channels penetrating these. A surface area of the at least one free area is preferably at least 10,000 mm 2 in a plan view.
Another object of the invention is to improve a hob.
This object is achieved by a hob with at least one cookware holder as described above and at least one heating unit arranged on the cookware holder for heating the cookware. The advantages of the cooktop correspond to the advantages of the cookware holder already described.
The heating unit can be designed, for example, as an induction heating unit, for inductive energy transfer, and / or as a radiation heating unit, for transferring heat radiation to the food to be cooked. In this way, particularly in combination with the cookware carrier having a glass plate, this advantageously achieves particularly energy-efficient heating of the cookware. An area above the cookware support in which the at least one heating unit heats the cookware is referred to as a cooking point.
The at least one heating unit, in particular the induction coils, can each have a diameter or a length and width of up to 23 cm, in particular up to 24 cm, in particular more than 24 cm. The cooktop system can in particular have four cooktops with a diameter or a length and width of 24 cm each.
The at least one heating unit can be arranged directly on an underside of the food support. A distance between the heating unit and the food to be cooked is therefore particularly small and the energy transfer can take place efficiently.
The at least one heating unit can also be arranged at a distance from the underside of the food support. It is in particular possible to arrange a vacuum duct section of an extractor device between the underside of the cookware holder and the at least one heating unit, in particular in the form of an induction generator.
The hob is preferably designed as a built-in kitchen appliance. A built-in kitchen device is understood to mean a device designed for installation in kitchen furniture, in particular in a kitchen base cabinet, in particular in a worktop.
Another object of the invention is to improve a hob system.
This object is achieved by a cooktop system with a cooktop as described above and an extractor device for extracting the cooking fumes downwards. The advantages of the cooktop system according to the invention correspond to the advantages of the cooktop already described and of the above-described cookware holder. The hob system is preferably designed as a built-in kitchen appliance.
The extractor device can have at least one, in particular at least two, in particular at least three, in particular at least four, in particular at least six, fans. The extractor device preferably comprises a plurality of fans, at least two of the fans, in particular all of the fans, being controllable separately from one another, in particular by means of a correspondingly designed control device. The at least one fan can be designed as a cross-flow fan and / or as an axial fan and / or as a radial fan. A diameter of a fan wheel of the at least one fan is at most 150 mm, in particular 120 mm, in particular 100 mm, in particular 80 mm. A large number of fans with fan wheels of small diameter enable the formation of a hob system with particularly small dimensions, in particular in the vertical direction. moreover Such an extractor device is particularly quiet in operation.
In principle, fans with larger fan wheels, in particular with a diameter of 160 mm, 200 mm or up to 250 mm, can also be used. In particular, it is possible to use four fans with fan wheels, each with a diameter of 160 mm. The fan wheels can each have an overall height of 80 mm or less, in particular 50 mm or less.
The cookware carrier preferably completely covers the at least one fan in a plan view. The hob system can thus be particularly compact in the horizontal direction. Alternatively, the at least one fan can be arranged in a plan view at least in sections outside an outer edge of the food support. In particular, the at least one fan can be arranged behind the hob, in particular behind the at least one cookware carrier. An overall height of the hob system can thus be reduced, particularly in the front area.
According to a further aspect of the invention, the fans are arranged in a plan view in an area behind the rear edge of the food support. This makes it possible to design the cooktop system in the front area, in particular in the area of the cooktops, which are also referred to as cooktops, with a particularly low overall height. In the front area, in particular over at least 50%, in particular at least 70%, in particular at least 80%, in particular at least 90% of its extent in the direction perpendicular to the front edge, the cooktop system can have a height of at most 10 cm, in particular at most 8 cm, in particular not more than 6 cm, in particular not more than 4 cm. This information about the height of the hob system applies in particular to the entire area in which the hob is arranged. The cooktop system in this area has such a low overall height that the entire space in the base cabinet below can be used. In particular, there is no need to dispense with the top drawer. If necessary, this can be designed with a somewhat reduced insertion depth.
According to one aspect of the invention, the extractor device has at least one fan motor, which is connected to at least two, in particular at least three, of the fans in a rotationally driving manner. All of the fans are preferably driven in rotation by means of a single fan motor. For this purpose, the fan motor can have a rotationally transmitting connection to the respective fan wheel of the at least two, in particular at least three, fans via one or more rotary transmission means, in particular one or more gears and / or a belt drive. The fan motor can, in particular, be brought into a rotationally transmitting connection with the fan wheels of the fans via a switchable coupling device or can be decoupled from them. In general, the number of fan motors can be smaller than the number of fans, in particular smaller than the number of fan wheels. This aspect is also advantageous regardless of the other details of the present invention.
According to a further aspect of the invention, the hob system, in particular the extractor hood device, comprises at least one drip tray for collecting overflow liquids. The at least one collecting tray can at least partially overlap at least two of the inflow channels in a plan view. The at least one preferably overlaps The drip tray completely shows the area of the food support penetrated by the inflow channels in a plan view. The extractor device can also have at least one baffle for guiding overflow liquids to the at least one drip tray. A penetration of overflow liquids to the at least one fan can be reliably prevented.
According to a further aspect of the invention, the extractor device comprises at least one filter for filtering the cooking fumes, which is arranged in the vacuum channel section. The at least one filter can be designed as a fat filter and / or as an odor filter, in particular as an activated carbon filter. The at least one filter is preferably arranged in a reversibly removable manner in the vacuum channel section. By arranging the at least one filter in front of the at least one fan, the at least one filter can be removed from the extractor device in a particularly simple manner.
According to a further aspect of the invention, the at least one heating unit is arranged at a distance from the at least one cookware carrier. The vacuum duct section of the extractor hood device can thereby extend in particular between the at least one heating unit and the at least one cookware carrier. The vacuum channel section extends in particular over a gap which is formed between the at least one heating unit and the at least one cooking material carrier. This advantageously means that cooking vapors can also be removed in the area of the hotplates, in particular in a plan view in the area of the at least one heating unit.
According to a further aspect of the invention, the at least one cookware carrier is reversibly displaceable relative to a vacuum channel section of the extraction device. The at least one cookware carrier can be pivotable relative to the vacuum duct section. The at least one cookware carrier, in particular a center of gravity of the at least one cookware carrier, can preferably be displaced in the vertical direction by at least 100 mm, in particular at least 150 mm, in particular at least 200 mm, relative to the vacuum channel section. The at least one cookware holder is thus particularly easy to clean.
According to a further aspect of the invention, the hob system has at least one cookware holder for carrying the at least one cookware holder, the at least one cookware holder being reversibly removable from the at least one cookware holder receptacle. The at least one cookware holder can in particular be reversibly detachable without tools from the at least one cookware holder receptacle. This advantageously means that the at least one cookware carrier can be removed and cleaned particularly easily from the cooktop system.
The at least one cookware carrier can have a handle for easier removal from the cooktop system. The at least one cookware holder receptacle can have a tilting edge. The tilting edge enables the at least one cookware holder to be tilted about a horizontal axis by applying a force acting downwards in the vertical direction to an upper side of the cookware holder.
According to a further aspect of the invention, the hob system is a compact device, in particular for installation in a kitchen base cabinet, educated. The compact device is understood to mean an assembly unit comprising the hob and the extractor device, the extractor device comprising the vacuum duct section and the at least one fan. The cooktop system, which is designed as a compact device, can be installed particularly quickly and with little effort.
According to a further aspect of the invention, the plurality of inflow channels each belong to one of at least two extraction sections, wherein the cooking fumes can be extracted independently via each of the extraction sections. The inflow ducts of each of the at least two discharge sections can each be connected to vacuum duct sections which are separated from one another in an airtight manner. Each of the at least two extraction sections, in particular via a separate vacuum duct section, is preferably in air-conducting connection with at least one fan for sucking in the cooking fumes. Each of the at least two extraction sections preferably comprises at least one, in particular at least two, in particular at least five, in particular at least ten, in particular at least fifty, inflow channels.
Each of the at least two extraction sections preferably overlaps at least one of the heating units in a plan view. In a top view, in particular in the form of a grid or matrix, the cookware carrier can be divided into the at least two extraction sections. In a plan view, the extraction sections can be rectangular, in particular square, or round, in particular elliptical or circular. A number of the extraction sections preferably corresponds to a number of the cooking zones and / or the heating units. The cooking fumes can thus be extracted in a targeted manner in the area of the hob in which a heating unit is active and in which cooking fumes are generated. The deduction can therefore be made available specifically in the area in which it is needed. Such a hob system can be operated in a particularly energy-efficient manner.
According to one aspect of the invention, the at least four inflow channels can be reversibly closed individually, in particular independently of one another. The inflow ducts, which belong to different discharge sections, can preferably be reversibly closed independently of one another. For this purpose, the extractor device can have a plurality of closing elements which can be displaced independently of one another.
According to a further aspect of the invention, an overall height in a region between a front edge and a geometrical centroid of the cooktop system is at most 180 mm, in particular at most 150 mm, in particular at most 120 mm, in particular at most 100 mm, in particular at most 80 mm, in particular at most 50 mm. It has been shown that a cooktop system with an overall height of 40 mm is possible in the front area.
The cooktop system has such a low overall height, in particular in an area which extends over at least 30 cm, in particular at least 40 cm, in particular at least 50 cm, starting from the front edge in the direction perpendicular to the latter.
The cooktop system can have such a low overall height, in particular in the entire area of the cooktop.
According to a further aspect of the invention, the cooktop system can be designed for flush mounting, for top mounting or for mounting with the aid of a mounting frame.
A space below the cooktop system can therefore be largely preserved as storage space.
