Claims (11)

  1. Secure cap (1) that is dome-shaped and intended to snap-fit onto the top of an aerosol can (100), said cap being provided with a side opening (2, 2a, 2b) for accessing a push button (6) for operating a valve (101) of the can, said cap further being provided at the top thereof with an axial opening (3) for accessing an axial diffuser device (4) which is mounted on an outlet tube (102) of the valve (101) aligned with an axis of rotation of the can, and said cap further being provided with a flap (5) for protecting said side opening (2a, 2b), which can be manoeuvred between a position for concealing the side opening and a position allowing free access to the side opening, characterised in that the cap made of two portions includes a base (20) provided with a crown (21) forming a lower portion of the dome and includes an attached lid (30) being mounted on the base (20) in alignment with the crown, forming an upper portion of the dome and including the axial opening (3); the side opening (2a, 2b) being made at least in one portion (2a) in the lid and at most in one portion (2b) in the crown, the flap (5) being inside the cap and mounted sliding in slides respectively lower (22a) in the base and upper (22b) in the lid.
  2. Cap according to claim 1, for which the base is provided with the axial diffuser device (4) and with a central portion forming a wall (23) of semi-circular section around the axial diffuser device, the axial diffuser device being connected to the central portion by one or more flexible links (24) and including a radial alignment forming said operating push button (6), said crown (21), surrounding and protecting the diffuser and operating push button assembly around the periphery thereof; being connected to said wall by at least one platform (25) and/or at least one rib (251, 252, 253).
  3. Cap according to claim 2, for which the semi-circular central portion extends towards the can by a skirt (23a) provided with lugs (27) for attaching the base to a seam (105) around the valve of the can.
  4. Cap according to claim 1, 2 or 3, for which the axial opening (3) in the lid is a circular opening whereof the edge extends towards the inside of the lid by an annular chimney-shaped wall (32).
  5. Cap according to claims 2 and 4, for which the annular wall (32) joins the semi-circular wall (23) around the diffuser device (4) so as to form an anti-spray channel.
  6. Cap according to claim 5 for which the annular wall (32) and the semi-circular wall (23) include mutual hooking means (28, 33) adapted to secure the base and the lid.
  7. Cap according to any one of the preceding claims, for which the upper edge of the crown and the lower edge of the lid are provided with mutual snap-fit means (29, 34) adapted to secure the base and the lid.
  8. Cap according to any one of the preceding claims, for which the ends of the lower slide (22a) and of the flap are provided with a snap-fit device (51, 52) defining two extreme stable positions for retaining the flap.
  9. Cap according to any one of the preceding claims, for which the flap (5) slides inside the cap (1) and moves in rotation about the axis of rotation of the can.
  10. Cap according to any one of the preceding claims, for which the crown includes an inner rim (210) for snap-fitting with a peripheral seam (110) of the can.
  11. Aerosol can equipped with a cap according to any one of claims 1 to 10.
