Definitions

  • the present invention relates to an outer wall with a wall panel and a facade made of facade panels, which is supported by the wall panel.
  • the facade cladding can consist of wood, natural stone, artificial stone, ceramics, sheet metal (e.g. galvanized sheets or copper sheets) or composite materials (e.g. glass fiber concrete and fiber cement) up to opaque glass.
  • Façade panels are selected for the façade cladding, which are currently attached to or on suitable substructures. Fastening systems made of metal profiles or special holders are often used as substructures, on which the facade panels are hung.
  • the document DE 66 07 805 U proposes a fixing without reinforcements with claws and without spacers.
  • the facade panels point according to the proposal from the document DE 66 07 805 U on its inside with a distance to the edge of the facade panel running ribs which limit a recessed compared to the ribs fastening surface.
  • a connecting mass is applied to this fastening surface, with which the plate is fastened to the wall panel. Because the ribs spring back from the edges of the plate, there is an air channel between two adjacent plates which, according to the document DE 66 07 805 U serves to remove moisture. This solution has also not been implemented in practice.
  • the attachment is from the document DE 66 07 805 U known facade panels on a shear wall easier than those from the document DE 16 59 812 A and the document DE 25 16 954 A1 well-known attachment, since the panels can be attached directly to the shear wall on site without having to be provided with claws or holders or similar.
  • the facade panels are fixed by means of at least two strips and/or dabs of a hardened or set adhesive or mortar, and between two adjacent strips and/or Batzen, the shear wall or the coating of the shear wall and the facade panels an air space is provided.
  • a disadvantage of watertight sealing is that moisture that penetrates outside of a building through the wall panel cannot be drained away. This can lead to damage to the outer wall.
  • the invention was therefore based on the object of improving an outer wall according to the preamble of claim 1 in such a way that dehumidification of the outer wall is possible.
  • joints are provided between the facade panels. These joints are used for rear ventilation of the facade panels, which allows dehumidification of the wall panel and its coating.
  • the airspace is connected to the outside air so that moisture and especially steam can be removed via an air flow.
  • the air space between the back of the facade panel, the substrate and the adhesive or mortar strips or lumps is so large that a ventilation space with the 50cm 2 per meter required in DIN 18516-1 and the FVHF guideline is achieved.
  • the adhesive or mortar is matched on the one hand to the material of the wall panel or the coating and on the other hand to the material of the facade panel. It is possible that the substrate, i.e. the wall panel or the coating of the wall panel, and/or the inside of the facade panel are provided with a layer of the material of the mortar or adhesive or another suitable material in order to improve adhesion. This can be done immediately before the mortar or adhesive is applied, so that this layer on the shear wall, the coating or the inside of the facade panel has not hardened. This material can be a primer.
  • the shear wall can be made of solid bricks, sand-lime brick, natural stone, concrete, reinforced concrete, lightweight concrete, aerated concrete or thermal insulation and perforated bricks. If provided, the coating can be plaster or plastered thermal insulation.
  • the plaster can be made from a cementitious mortar, from which a mineral load-bearing substrate is produced, to which the strips or chunks of mortar adhere.
  • the primer can be a two-component reaction resin mortar or an adhesive emulsion mixed with quartz sand and cement. On the primer can be either fresh on fresh or after a Hardening or setting of the adhesive or mortar can be applied.
  • the primer can have a layer thickness of approx. 1 ⁇ m to approx. 1 mm.
  • the two-component reaction resin mortar is preferably free of solvents and water. It can be thin, especially compared to the glue or grout.
  • the adhesive emulsion can be an alkali-resistant, plasticizer-free plastic dispersion.
  • the emulsion can be solvent-free.
  • the emulsion can be mixed with fine quartz sand and cement and, if necessary, with water.
  • the emulsion can in particular be an acrylate dispersion possibly mixed with quartz sand. It is possible that the emulsion is or contains a solvent-free polyurethane.
  • the plastics in the adhesive or mortar can be liquid, water-based polymer dispersions in the form of emulsion or latex, respectively, which are referred to as liquid or wet finish. It is possible for certain of the polymer dispersions to be converted into dry-miscible, redispersible polymer dispersions by spray drying Dispersible polymer powder can be converted to then be added to the adhesive or mortar. Liquid polymer dispersions can also be admixed.
  • methyl cellulose water-retaining starch ether water-retaining air entraining agent Increase in suppleness and yield fruit acid retardation of solidification lithium carbonate acceleration of solidification metallic soap Production of water-repellent substances on solidification Plastic powder di spersion adhesion improvement
  • the connection between the facade panel and the substrate using the adhesive or mortar can then achieve a minimum adhesion value of 0.5 to 0.6.
  • the lower value of the connection actually made with an outer wall according to the invention compared to the value determined according to the standard results, among other things, from the fact that the adhesive or mortar is applied over the entire surface between the facade panel and the substrate.
  • the adhesive or mortar is preferably thixotropic in the sense of DIN EN 12004 and is tacky for an extended period of time.
  • the glue or Mortar can show fire behavior according to DIN EN 13501-1 of class A2-s1,d0.
  • the viscosity of the adhesive or mortar can preferably be adjusted by adding water.
  • the adhesive or mortar can preferably be conveyed with a worm pump. It can preferably be used up to a layer thickness of up to 15 mm.
  • the stripes are mostly aligned vertically. This has the advantage that little or no water is deposited on the hardened or set strip.
  • the strips can preferably be applied to the back of the facade panel using a worm pump. With a format of 35*70 cm, preferably four strips of cement or mortar are applied, which have a width of approx. 4 cm. When pressing on, these can be compressed to a layer thickness of approx. 1.4 cm. Spacers can be used to ensure that the beads are not compressed too much and that a minimum distance is maintained between the facade panel and the substrate, which is necessary to ensure standard-compliant rear ventilation of the facade. These spacers have no structural importance and can be taken from the space between the facade panel and the subsurface. It is possible that the spacers remain in the gap.
  • the façade panels are (also) attached with chunks of mortar or adhesive, it is advantageous if the chunks have a diamond-shaped or round cross-section so that no water can collect on the hardened chunks.
  • An inside of the facade panel and the wall panel or the coating of the wall panel can have a distance of more than approx. 1 cm, preferably approx. 1.4 cm to approx. 2 cm. That makes it easier the rear ventilation of the facade panels and the removal of moisture and steam.
  • Spacers can be used to maintain this distance. Spacers can be used, which are removed after the facade panel has been attached or which remain between the wall panel or its coating and the facade panel after the facade panel has been attached.
  • Temporary spacers can be cords or hoses with an outer diameter that corresponds to the distance to be set between the wall panel or its coating and the inside of the facade panel.
  • spacers can be provided on an inside of the facade panel, which are attached to the wall panel or the coating of the wall panel and/or the inside of the facade panel or which are part of the facade panel.
  • Such spacers can protrude as webs on the inside of the facade panel. They have the advantage that they can be used by craftsmen as a guide when applying strips or dabs of glue or grout so that they are oriented in the desired way.
  • the profiling can also have an optical purpose, which is also achieved by backing the joints, for example with strips of plastic or other.
  • the facade panels can basically be made of any material.
  • a facade panel can be a glass panel, a ceramic panel, in particular a stoneware panel, a natural stone panel, in particular a slab of slate, a fiber cement panel, a solar module or photovoltaic panel, a metal panel or a plastic panel.
  • the stoneware plate can be a stoneware plate, as in the German utility model application 20 2017 106 696.7 is described.
  • a stoneware tile is described, which is characterized in that the tile has an average penetration depth of water, which is 200 to 1500 ⁇ m, in particular 300 to 1500 ⁇ m, in a 2-hour vacuum dye penetration test at 200 mbar and/or that in a 30 to 50 ⁇ m/h and/or in a direction parallel to the inside of approx. 150/h to 200 ⁇ m/h in the area of the tile adjacent to the inside in an immersion test at normal pressure
  • An outer wall with a facade panel for example a ceramic panel, in particular in the German utility model application 20 2017 106 696.7
  • the stoneware slab described above can be produced by laying beads of a cementitious mortar with an adhesive strength of class C2 (according to DIN EN 12004) and an adhesive strength value of at least > 1N/mm 2 on the subsequent inside of the slab, with the mortar being frost-resistant, weather-resistant and permanently wet-proof.
  • the bulges are > 2 to 4 cm thick.
  • the panel is given a scratch coat of approx. 1 mm thick mortar. Spacers can be placed between the beads, if not already done, to adjust the distance between the facade panel and the substrate.
  • the substrate on which the plate is glued i.e. the wall panel or its coating
  • a scratch coat of approx. 1 mm thickness from the mortar.
  • the panel is then applied and fixed fresh-on-fresh, preferably so that the ridges, which form the strips after curing, are vertical.
  • the spacers which are temporarily inserted and can be removed after the mortar has set, can be hoses or round cords made of plastic, such as acrylic, silicone, Teflon or textiles with similar properties, or rigid spacers, such as ceramic spacers act.
  • a brick wall panel is provided as a supporting element.
  • Thermal insulation 2 is glued to wall panel 1 .
  • the thermal insulation 2 is provided with a mineral plaster 3.
  • the thermal insulation 2 and the plaster 3 form a coating 2, 3 of the wall panel 1.
  • Strips 4 are formed from the same, at least equivalent, system-compliant or specially approved mortar that was used to produce the plaster 3 , with which facade panels 6 made of ceramic are attached to the wall panel 1 .
  • An inside of the plate 6 is filled with the mortar.
  • a scratch coat has been applied to the plaster.
  • the plate 6 is fresh-on-fresh, that is to say before the hardening of the scratch coat on the plaster 3 and the filling 5 on the plate 6 and the strip 4 on the inside of the plate, glued to the wall panel 1.
  • a joint between two panels can be backed with a strip 7, in particular a strip, for example made of a plastic ( Figure 2a ).
  • a shiplap 61 is formed on one edge of the panels 6, which basically has the same effect as a strip 7 ( Figure 2b ).
  • webs 62 can also be provided on one edge of the panels ( Figures 2c and 2d ).
  • edges of the plates 6 do not run at right angles to the front or inside of the plates 6, but are beveled ( Figure 2e )
