Claims (14)

  1. Gehäuse, insbesondere dazu bestimmt, ein Telefon zu enthalten, Folgendes umfassend:

    wobei das Gehäuse weiter umfasst:
    - eine Verriegelungsvorrichtung (6) des Schiebers (4) auf einer der Schalen (1) in erster Position (P1), nur anhand eines speziellen Werkzeugs von außerhalb des Gehäuses betätigbar, wenn dieses Gehäuse geschlossen ist,
    - erste umkehrbare Immobilisierungsmittel (12, 43) des Schiebers (4) in zweiter Position (P2),
    - zweite umkehrbare Immobilisierungsmittel (13, 43) des Schiebers (4) in dritter Position (P3),
    und wobei, wenn das Gehäuse entriegelt ist, es durch den Schieber (4), der in zweiter Position ist, und sich der Öffnung des Gehäuses widersetzt, im Verschluss blockiert ist, wobei der Schieber (4), ohne spezielles Werkzeug, zwischen der zweiten Position (P2) und der dritten Position (P3) umkehrbar beweglich ist, um das Gehäuse im Verschluss frei zu blockieren oder es durch Betätigen des Schiebers (4) jeweils in seine zweite Position (P2) oder seine dritte Position (P3) zu deblockieren.
  2. Gehäuse nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Immobilisierungsmittel derart angeordnet sind, dass die Immobilisierung in der zweiten Position (P2) oder in der dritten Position (P3) durch umkehrbares Einrasten zwischen einem hervorstehenden Element (43) und einer Immobilisierungsaufnahme (12, 13) erfolgt.
  3. Gehäuse nach Anspruch 1 oder nach Anspruch 2, wobei die ersten Immobilisierungsmittel und die zweiten Immobilisierungsmittel jeweils eine erste Immobilisierungsaufnahme (12) und eine zweite Immobilisierungsaufnahme (13) umfassen, die an einer Immobilisierungswand (10) gebildet sind, die fest mit einer der Schalen (1) verbunden ist, und wobei der Schieber (4) ein hervorstehendes Element (43) umfasst, das imstande ist, je nachdem in der ersten Immobilisierungsaufnahme oder in der zweiten Immobilisierungsaufnahme aufgenommen zu werden, ob der Schieber jeweils in zweiter Position (P2) oder in dritter Position (P3) positioniert ist.

Gehäuse nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Verriegelungsvorrichtung (6) ein zwischen einer Blockierposition, in der dieses bewegliche Organ in einer Blockieraufnahme (11) aufgenommen ist, und einer Deblockierposition, in der dieses bewegliche Organ außerhalb der Blockieraufnahme ist, bewegliches Organ (43) umfasst, wobei eine von der Verriegelungsvorrichtung und der Blockieraufnahme fest mit dem Schieber (4) verbunden ist, und die andere von der Verriegelungsvorrichtung und der Blockieraufnahme fest mit der einen der Schalen (1) verbunden ist, sodass das bewegliche Organ in der Blockierposition den Schieber auf dieser Schale (1) verriegelt.
