Description

The invention relates to a wall element for a noise protection wall, the wall element having two opposite surfaces, one side of which faces potential sound sources and this side has a perforated plate and a light source.

A generic wall element for a noise barrier is from the KR 101830146 B1 known. A front sheet metal facing the sound side is curved, that is, it extends from the top and extends forward out of the plane of the soundproof wall and is then returned to the soundproof wall at an angle of almost 90 °. On this underside of the front sheet, which is designed at least on the underside as a perforated sheet, a downward-directed LED module is then attached, which emits onto a sheet that is directed below and is bent in a similar shape.

From the JP H05-3318 U Another soundproof wall is known, on which a lamp is attached to the outside of the soundproof wall.

The CN 106351137 A shows a further soundproofing wall, on the traffic-facing side of which several functional elements are arranged. A lamp for lighting purposes is arranged there, for example. A radar sensor for speed detection is also provided there.

A wall element for a noise protection wall, the front plate of which is a painted aluminum perforated plate, is in the DE 30 09 082 A1 described.

A generic wall element for a noise barrier is from the DE 10 2017 008 181 A1 known. The noise protection element described there, which has a flat cover element with sound openings, in particular an expanded metal or a perforated plate.

Further details of the structural design of such wall elements are, for example, in the EP 2 607 554 B1 described. In the interior of the wall element, in particular damping elements are provided and received, which absorb and absorb sound entering through the perforated plate.

The invention has for its object to further develop a wall element of the type mentioned and to provide special protection for the light source.

This object is achieved with a wall element with the features of claim 1. Advantageous embodiments of the invention are specified in the subclaims.

In the case of a wall element for a noise protection wall, the wall element having two opposite surfaces, one side of which faces potential sound sources and this side has at least one perforated plate and one light source, it is essential to the invention that the side of the wall element facing the potential switching source predominantly coincides with the Perforated sheet is clad so that the at least one light source is arranged behind the perforated sheet within the wall element, so that the light of the light source can be emitted to the outside through the holes in the perforated sheet. In this way, the wall element can be expanded by the inclusion of at least one light source by an additional lighting function and, moreover, even by information systems that are achieved by the lighting. The use of a perforated plate, the term being used largely as a metallic end element with openings is to be understood, in particular in the typical configuration of a sheet with circular holes, preferably takes place on the entire side facing the sound source, preferably on more than 90% of this area. A sound-absorbing material and / or a sound-absorbing body is arranged behind the perforated plate, which absorbs and absorbs the sound waves penetrating into the perforated plate through the holes or recesses. At the same time, when using such a perforated plate, there is the possibility of arranging light sources behind the perforated plate. These can emit the light through the holes or recesses to the outside. The light is emitted to the outside through the holes in such a way that it radiates outward at right angles from the wall element and / or can be seen from there. A viewer can see the light sources behind through the holes in the perforated plate. At the same time, the perforated plate provides protection for the elements arranged in the interior of the wall element, in particular for the insulation element and also for the light sources, against weather influences and also against unauthorized access.

In a particularly preferred embodiment, the light source is an LED. The light source is preferably composed of a large number of LEDs. Other light sources are also conceivable, in particular all types of light sources that are used in the field of street lighting.

In a particularly preferred embodiment, the light source has a horizontal extension over at least 50% of the length of the wall element. The horizontal extent is particularly preferably at least 90% of the length of the wall element and particularly preferably 100% of the length of the wall element. For technical reasons, narrow edge strips can be excluded.

In another particularly preferred embodiment of the invention, the wall element has at least two horizontally arranged one above the other extending light sources that are spaced apart. This means in particular that an unilluminated strip remains between the two light sources, so that the two light sources are perceived as separate light strips.

In another, particularly preferred embodiment of the invention, a large-area light source is arranged in the wall element, in particular a light source which consists of a multiplicity of LED points, and via which directly or in text or with from top to bottom or from bottom to top continuous characters information can be displayed. The individual LED points are intended and designed to be controlled individually. In this way, messages and messages can be created.

In another preferred embodiment of the invention, the wall element has light sources for at least three different colors. This can either be designed in such a way that the light sources, in particular LEDs, are available in three or more colors or there can be light sources whose color can be changed. This is achieved either by the type of light source itself or by connecting an appropriate filter. The use of two colors is also a favorable and preferred embodiment in individual cases. In a particularly preferred embodiment, however, the three traffic light colors green, yellow and red will be used in particular to transmit information to road users moving along the noise barrier.

In another development of the invention, a control device is assigned to the wall element, in particular provided in the wall element, which controls the light source of the wall element jointly and / or in dependence on or from the light sources of other wall elements. This provides information about the light sources of the wall element, which in adaptation to typical speeds of Road users and / or in adaptation to individual speeds of individual road users can be transferred to adjacent wall elements, so that the perceptibility is improved. In this context, it is a particularly preferred further development of the invention that the wall element is assigned a speed measuring device for measuring the speed of vehicles in the area of the wall element. This speed measuring device can be integrated in the wall element itself or can be spatially separated from the wall element and only have a data connection with the light sources of the wall element. This makes it possible to control the light sources, in particular the color assignment of the light sources, as a function of the speed of vehicles in the area of the wall element. Alternatively, constant information can be carried parallel to the vehicle.

In a particularly preferred embodiment, the wall element, in particular the control device which is assigned to the wall element, is provided and designed for integration into a traffic control system. As a result, the entire wall element can be expanded to include a variety of functions and can therefore be used with particular advantage.

Another aspect of the invention relates to the provision of a noise barrier for reducing noise emissions along traffic routes with vertically erected posts and wall panels arranged between the posts, which are characterized in that each wall panel has at least one, but preferably two, three or more, wall elements of those described above Type.

The invention is explained in more detail below on the basis of a preferred exemplary embodiment shown in the drawing. The schematic diagrams show in detail: and
Fig. 1:
a first embodiment of the invention;
Fig. 2 .:
a second embodiment of the invention.

In Figure 1 A noise barrier 1 is shown, three posts 2 and a total of four wall sections 3 being shown in the figure. In this embodiment, the wall panels 3 also correspond to the wall elements 4, since in this embodiment each wall panel 3 is formed from only a single wall element 4. The noise barrier 1 is shown here along a road with a motor vehicle 12 shown as an example. The noise emissions from road traffic are to be reduced with the help of the noise barrier. On the street side, the noise barrier has a perforated plate 6, in this case particularly preferably a corrugated perforated plate, with a plurality of recesses 7 or holes through which the sound penetrates into the wall elements 4 and is picked up there by insulation materials and / or insulation geometries arranged in the wall elements and is absorbed. Three light sources 8, 9 and 10 are arranged in each wall element 4, the light sources 8 and 9 each extending horizontally over the entire length of the wall element 4. Between the light sources 8 and 9 there remains an unilluminated space 11, which optically separates the light sources 8 and 9. Each wall element 4 has an upper end 5 on its upper side, which is provided here as a round plate for rejecting weather influences and overall for the static stabilization of the wall elements. A further light source 10 is also arranged below this upper termination 5. The light sources 8 and 9 are arranged behind the perforated plate and thereby integrated into the wall element 4. The light source 10 is arranged within the upper termination 5. In individual cases, this can also be arranged outside the perforated plate. This is possible in particular if protection is provided by the upper end 5. In the case of the light sources typically and according to the invention arranged behind the perforated plate, the radiation takes place through the Recesses 7 of the perforated plate 6 through. The use of LEDs is particularly favorable here, since they have a high light intensity with a comparatively low energy requirement.

In Figure 2 a noise barrier with posts 2 and wall panels 3 located between the posts 2 is again shown, each wall panel 3 being formed by exactly one wall element 4. As already in the embodiment in Figure 1 the wall elements 4 have the perforated plate 6 on the side shown in the picture, which faces the sound waves, that is to say the motor vehicle 12. A total of six light sources 13 to 18 are present in the wall element 4 on the right in the figure. These are shown here as red light sources. However, these are preferably switchable and switchable to other colors. The light sources 13, 14 and 17, 18 each extend over the entire or almost entire length of the wall element 4 and are each separated from one another by an unilluminated intermediate space 11. The light sources 15, 16 only extend over a partial area of the wall element 4. In the two central wall fields, light sources 19 to 26 are shown in yellow. The light sources 21, 22 extend again over the entire length of a wall element 4, while the other light sources only extend over partial areas of the wall element 4. The light sources 23, 24 and 25, 26 are arranged at different heights and each formed only over a partial area of the wall element. However, the length of the light sources 23, 24 on the one hand and 25, 26 on the other hand add up to the total length of the wall element 4. Between the horizontal light sources there are unilluminated gaps 11. These light sources are yellow. In the wall element on the far left are light sources 27 to 30, which are green. Information of this kind can be transmitted to the driver of the motor vehicle 12 via such colored light sources and a corresponding control device and the integration into a traffic control system. In particular, the colors can convey an exceeding of a maximum speed or a guiding speed. If the journey is too fast, there is also the option of turning red controlled light sources to run in parallel with the motor vehicle 12 and to activate the corresponding red light sources in each case in the wall element 4 (or to switch accordingly in color) on which the motor vehicle 12 is located. For this purpose, information about the speed of the motor vehicle 12 must be fed into the control device of the wall elements. This can be done by measuring the speed of the motor vehicle with an appropriate measuring device. Alternatively, data could also be exchanged with the motor vehicle.
