Claims (10)
- Ein Verbundprofilelement (10) eines Wandrahmens (11) für Schiebetüren (12), das ein erstes tragendes Profil (13) und ein zweites Führungsprofil (16) umfasst, wobei das Profilelement (10) mit Verbindungsmitteln (17, 18) für die lösbare Verbindung zwischen dem ersten Profil (13) und dem zweiten Profil (16) ausgestattet ist;
wobei die Verbindungsmittel (17, 18) eine Vielzahl von Befestigungselementen (17) umfassen, die monolithisch mit dem zweiten Führungsprofil (16) und ausgebildet sind, um in entsprechende Durchgangsöffnungen (18) einzudringen, die im ersten tragenden Profil (13) angebracht sind;
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
das erste tragende Profil (13) in dem Abschnitt, der demjenigen gegenüberliegt, welcher an die Tür (12) angrenzt, in einer Richtung senkrecht zu einer oberen Ebene (26) des ersten tragenden Profils (13) einen Vorsprung (25) umfasst, wobei der Vorsprung (25) höher ist als der Abschnitt der Befestigungselemente (17), der nach dem Eingriff zwischen dem zweiten Profil (16) und dem ersten Profil (13) aus der oberen Ebene (26) herausragt. - Das Profilelement (10) gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Befestigungselemente (17) aus bogenförmigen Nasen bestehen.
- Das Profilelement (10) gemäß einem oder mehreren der obigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Öffnungen (18) und die Befestigungselemente (17) entlang zweier Linien angeordnet sind, die parallel zueinander und zur Erstreckungsachse des zweiten Profils (16) sind.
- Das Profilelement (10) gemäß einem oder mehreren der obigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es Mittel umfasst, um das Gleiten des zweiten Profils (16) und des ersten Profils (13) zueinander zu verhindern.
- Das Profilelement (10) gemäß Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel zum Verhindern des Gleitens zueinander aus Folgendem bestehen:- einer ersten Durchgangsbohrung (22) auf dem ersten Profil (13) mit einer Erstreckung senkrecht zu der oberen Ebene (26),- einer entsprechenden zweiten Durchgangsbohrung (23), die sich auf dem zweiten Profil (16) befindet und dieselbe Erstreckungsachse hat wie die erste Bohrung (22),- einer Schraube und/oder einem Stift.
- Das Profilelement (10) gemäß einem oder mehreren der obigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es zwei Fertigstellungsprofile (27a, 27b) hat, wobei die Fertigstellungsprofile (27a, 27b) dieselbe Länge und dieselbe Ausdehnung haben wie das erste Profil (13) und jeweils komplementär zu einem entsprechenden seitlichen Abschnitt (28a, 28b) des ersten Profils (13) sind.
- Das Profilelement (10) gemäß Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Fertigstellungsprofile (27a, 27b) eine im Wesentlichen L-förmige spiegelsymmetrische Kontur und eine Komponente (29) haben, die ausgebildet ist, um mit Eingriff in einen entsprechenden Sitz (30) eingeführt zu werden, der in dem entsprechenden seitlichen Abschnitt (28a, 28b) des ersten Profils (13) angeordnet ist, wobei die Fertigstellungsprofile (27a, 27b) die äußeren Seitenflächen der entsprechenden seitlichen Abschnitte (28a, 28b) des ersten Profils (13) vollständig bedecken.
- Das Profilelement (10) gemäß einem beliebigen der Ansprüche 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedes Fertigstellungsprofil (27a, 27b) einen Abschnitt (31) hat, der an das zweite Führungsprofil (16) angrenzt und schräg im Verhältnis zu der Tür (12) ist; wobei der Abschnitt (31) einen Sitz zum Einführen einer Bürste und/oder Dichtung hat, der eine Ausdehnung hat, welche linear und parallel zur Schieberichtung der Tür (12) ist.
- Das Profilelement (10) gemäß einem oder mehreren der obigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es eine Vielzahl von Markierungen und/oder Führungen (32) zum Schneiden hat, die in verschiedenen Längen vorhanden sind.
- Das Profilelement (10) gemäß einem oder mehreren der obigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es aus Aluminium besteht und eine Korrosionsbeständigkeit der Klasse C5 hat.
