Claims (6)

  1. Dispositif de pressage (200) pour le pressage d'un matériau de revêtement contre des pièces à usiner en forme de plaque ou de baguette qui se composent de préférence au moins par sections de bois, matériaux dérivés du bois, matière plastique ou similaires, avec :
    - un rouleau de pressage (218) pour le pressage du matériau de revêtement contre les pièces à usiner,
    - un support (210) qui loge de manière rotative le rouleau de pressage (218) autour d'un axe (A'), et
    - un appareil de régulation de force qui est configuré afin de commander ou réguler une force, avec laquelle le rouleau de pressage presse contre le matériau de revêtement,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'appareil de régulation de force comporte un actionneur (202) logé dans le support qui présente un embout (203) logé de manière rotative qui loge de manière excentrée et rotative le rouleau de pressage (218), dans lequel l'actionneur est configuré afin d'exercer lors de l'actionnement un couple sur l'embout; de sorte que le rouleau de pressage (218) exerce une force de pression contre le matériau de revêtement.
  2. Dispositif de pressage selon la revendication 1, dans lequel
    l'axe médian (A') du rouleau de pressage est en déport par référence à l'axe de rotation (A) de l'embout d'une distance dans la plage de 8 mm à 12 mm, de préférence à peu près de 10 mm.
  3. Dispositif de pressage selon la revendication 1 ou 2, de plus avec un dispositif (524) d'amenée du matériau de revêtement, dans lequel le dispositif d'amenée du matériau de revêtement est configuré de sorte que le rouleau de pressage (218) logé de manière excentrée agisse sous la forme d'un basculeur.
  4. Dispositif de pressage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, dans lequel l'actionneur comporte un servomoteur qui est de préférence configuré afin de régler un couple souhaité par un utilisateur et/ou dans lequel celui-ci est configuré afin de compenser les couples de friction et/ou couples d'encliquetage.
  5. Dispositif de pressage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, dans lequel l'actionneur est un actionneur pneumatique (302) qui utilise de préférence une soupape proportionnelle et un appareil de limitation de pression du fluide pneumatique afin d'appliquer un couple sur l'embout.
  6. Dispositif de revêtement pour des pièces à usiner en forme de plaque ou de baguette qui se composent de préférence au moins par sections de bois, matériaux dérivés du bois, matière plastique ou similaires, avec :
    un dispositif de pressage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
    dans lequel le dispositif de revêtement est de préférence configuré afin de commander la position et l'orientation du rouleau de pressage par référence aux pièces à usiner et la force, avec laquelle le rouleau de pressage presse contre les pièces à usiner, indépendamment les unes des autres.
