Abstract

The invention relates to a swivel construction for a cover part 1 or seat part 2 of a cover set or a complete toilet. The cover part 1 and / or the seat part 2 can be removed and locked in place when this is removed.

Toilets (water closets) have a toilet body, often made of ceramic, with a toilet bowl. Furthermore, usually a toilet seat and a lid are provided. The solution chosen for this invention basically provides a laterally, ie with respect to the rotational axis radially offset opening for moving out of the pin from the receptacle in the radial direction (the terms radial and axial here always refer to the axis of rotation). In this case, a fuse is provided according to the invention, that is a device for blocking this separability of the first and the second Garniturteils from each other. The insert element and the cage are initially characterized in that the former used in the latter and there is a rotation relative thereto. In principle, one of the two parts, preferably the cage, can be fixedly attached to one of the parts of the clothing, preferably the first clothing part, but otherwise also to the second, wherein the respective other of the two elements, in the preferred case, the insert element, regardless is rotatable. This rotation is subject to operation by a user, so that the operator can effect rotation from a locked rotational position to a release position (overlap) or vice versa through operation. Preferably, the user can perform both rotational movements; but there are also cases in which one of the movements only "automatically", ie z. The blocking possibility according to the invention is particularly simple and compact solved by the (at least) two-part design of the recording with two nested (radially consecutive) and the axis of rotation respectively containing parts, namely the insert element and the cage and, if desired, especially in axial direction can be realized practically without additional space.

A preferred realization provides that the element hitherto referred to as a "cage" is fixed relative to the first or second fitting part and thus forms a holder for the insert element rotatable therein. In a double embodiment, a further advantageous variant of the invention provides that the insert elements can be used reversed again.
