The design of the spring can be, for example, a leg spring. When the tilt fitting arm 18 is lowered, the front cover 5" is folded inwards towards the rear of the cabinet body towards the base 6. Instead of the leg spring, however, a helical spring is also conceivable, which is accommodated and mounted inside the housing of the guide device 7". This can be capable of either compressive loading and interacting directly with the front cover 5" or the hinge, or tensile loading and interacting with a rod connected to the front cover 5" or the hinge, which is connected to the end of the helical spring facing the rear of the cabinet body. An adjustable travel limiter can also be integrated into the hinge to prevent the front cover 5" from being moved too far outwards and thus beyond the front of the cabinet body 1 when the panel is open.

Claims (1)

  1. Cabinet with a cabinet body (1) having walls (2, 20), whose open cabinet side can be covered with at least one panel hinged to the cabinet body (1), with inner walls (3), which form a vertically extending gap (S) with associated side walls (2) that accommodates a fitting (4) for the panel, which can be covered by a front cover (5), wherein the front cover (5) covers the gap (S) when the panel is in the open position

    that the guide plate (11) is provided at its end facing away from the front cover (5) with an adjustable stop (17) that interacts with at least one counter-stop arranged on the side wall (2) or the inner wall (1) or the housing, wherein the guide plate (11) is ball-bearing mounted and is in working connection with a ball bearing guide that is connected to the side wall (2) or the inner wall (3) or the housing,
