Claims (7)
- Sortiereinrichtung (1) für Sendungsgüter (6), umfassend entlang eines Sortierförderers (3) angeordnete Sortierausgänge (2), welche jeder mit einer Aufnahme (4) für ein Behältnis (5) ausgestattet sind, in welchem die sortierten Sendungsgüter gelagert werden, wobei die Sortiereinrichtung ebenfalls einen Behältnis-Förderer (8) umfasst, der sich unter den Sortierausgängen zum Transportieren der mit sortierten Sendungsgütern gefüllten Behältnisse von den Sortierausgängen zu einem Versorgungseingang (7) des Sortierförderers erstreckt, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass sie einen Behältnis-Manipulator-Zuführ-Roboter (9) umfasst, der in der Lage ist, sich entlang des Behältnis-Förderers vor den Sortierausgängen zu verlagern und unter der Steuerung einer Regel-/Steuereinheit (19) ein Behältnis aus einer Aufnahme eines diesem zugeordneten Sortierausgangs zu entnehmen, um es auf den Behältnis-Förderer zu transferieren, wobei der Zuführ-Roboter eine mechanisch mit dem Behältnis-Förderer verbundene Rutsche (14) umfasst, die vorgesehen ist, um das von der Aufnahme entnommene Behältnis durch Schwerkraft-Einwirkung auf den Behältnis-Förderer zu transferieren, und dass der Behältnis-Förderer einen zwischen einer einen Transfer des Behältnisses von der Rutsche auf den Behältnis-Förderer erlaubenden eskamotieren Position und einer die geförderten Behältnisse auf dem Behältnis-Förderer an einem Ausstoßen von dem Förderer während ihres Transports zu dem Versorgungseingang hindernden angehobenen Position schwenkbaren äußeren Rand (16) aufweist. - Sortiereinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rutsche und der schwenkbare Rand derart angeordnet sind, dass das Behältnis den schwenkbaren Rand in die eskamotierte Position während seines Transfers auf dem Behältnis-Förderer verschiebt.
- Sortiereinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der schwenkbare Rand ein Rückholmittel (17) derart umfasst, um den schwenkbaren Rand von seiner eskamotierten Position zu der angehobenen Position zurückzuführen.
- Sortiereinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der schwenkbare äußere Rand in unabhängig voneinander schwenkbare Abschnitte (18) unterteilt ist, und dass unter jedem Sortierausgang sich einer der Abschnitte derart erstreckt, dass der von der Regel-/Steuereinheit gesteuerte Zuführ-Roboter in der Lage ist, sich zugleich vor einem Sortierausgang und einem Abschnitt des schwenkbaren Randes zu platzieren.
- Sortiereinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Behältnis-Förderer gradlinige motorisierte Förderwalzen (20) umfasst.
- Sortiereinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Behältnis-Förderer geneigte motorisierte Förderwalzen (21) umfasst.
- Sortiereinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Behältnis-Förderer eine feststehende äußere Wand (22) auf der der beweglichen äußeren Wand gegenüberliegenden Seite umfasst.
