Claims (13)
- Stützvorrichtung (10), die für die Herstellung einer Verpackungsvorrichtung für ein Blumenarrangement mit Wasservorrat konfiguriert ist, umfassend ein strukturelles Stützelement (1), das eine im Wesentlichen kreisförmige Basis (2) umfasst, von deren Umfang aus sich eine Vielzahl von länglichen Elementen (3) erstreckt, wobei die Basis (2) und die länglichen Elemente (3) ein einteiliges, spritzgegossenes Kunststoffelement bilden, wobei sich die länglichen Elemente (3) im Wesentlichen nach oben erstrecken, wenn die Basis (2) auf einer horizontalen Fläche ruht und wenn keine Belastung auf die länglichen Elemente ausgeübt wird, die sich dann in einer Ruheposition befinden, wobei die länglichen Elemente so konfiguriert sind, dass sie bei der Herstellung des Blumenarrangements elastisch in Richtung der Mittelachse der Basis zu den Stielen des Straußes hin verformt werden,wobei die Stützvorrichtung ein flexibles Mittel (4) umfasst, das nicht lösbar mit dem Stützelement (1) verbunden ist, wasserundurchlässig ist und sich zwischen den länglichen Elementen, über den gesamten Umfang des Stützelements (1), von der Basis (2) und über die gesamte oder einen Teil der Höhe der länglichen Elemente (2) erstreckt und so konfiguriert ist, dass es mit dem Stützelement (1) einen Behälter mit dem Wasservorrat (7) bildet,dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das flexible undurchlässige Mittel (4) ein von dem Stützelement getrenntes Element ist, das durch Schweißen oder Verschmelzen von Material an den länglichen Elementen (3) und der Basis (2) des Stützelements (1) angebracht ist, wobei das flexible Mittel (4) eine flexible Folie umfasst, die an die länglichen Elemente (3) und die Basis (2) geschweißt ist, und das Stützelement (1) ein Formteil ist, wobei das an den länglichen Elementen angebrachte flexible Mittel durch die Technik des In-Mould-Labelling erhalten wird.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei das flexible Mittel (4) ein flexibles röhrenförmiges Element (40) ist, das eine obere Basis (41), die an mehreren diskreten Positionen ihres Umfangs mit den länglichen Elementen (3) verbunden ist, und eine untere Basis (42) aufweist, die an ihrem gesamten Umfang dicht mit der Basis (2) verbunden ist, um eine Wasserdichtigkeit zwischen der Basis (2) und dem flexiblen röhrenförmigen Element (40) zu gewährleisten.
- Stützvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 2, wobei das Stützelement (1) und das angebrachte undurchlässige flexible Mittel (2) aus demselben Material sind.
- Stützvorrichtung (10), die für die Herstellung einer Verpackungsvorrichtung für ein Blumenarrangement mit Wasservorrat konfiguriert ist, umfassend ein strukturelles Stützelement (1), das eine im Wesentlichen kreisförmige Basis (2) umfasst, von deren Umfang aus sich eine Vielzahl von länglichen Elementen (3) erstreckt, wobei die Basis (2) und die länglichen Elemente (3) ein einteiliges, spritzgegossenes Kunststoffelement bilden, wobei sich die länglichen Elemente (3) im Wesentlichen nach oben erstrecken, wenn die Basis (2) auf einer horizontalen Fläche ruht und wenn keine Belastung auf die länglichen Elemente ausgeübt wird, die sich dann in einer Ruheposition befinden, wobei die länglichen Elemente so konfiguriert sind, dass sie bei der Herstellung des Blumenarrangements elastisch in Richtung der Mittelachse der Basis zu den Stielen des Straußes hin verformt werden,wobei die Stützvorrichtung ein flexibles Mittel (4) umfasst, das nicht lösbar mit dem Stützelement (1) verbunden ist, wasserundurchlässig ist und sich zwischen den länglichen Elementen, über den gesamten Umfang des Stützelements (1), von der Basis (2) und über die gesamte oder einen Teil der Höhe der länglichen Elemente (2) erstreckt und so konfiguriert ist, dass es mit dem Stützelement (1) einen Behälter mit dem Wasservorrat (7) bildet,dadurch gekennzeichnet, dassdie Basis (2), die länglichen Elemente (3) und das undurchlässige flexible Mittel (4) ein einstückig geformtes Kunststoffelement bilden, wobei das flexible Mittel, das sich zwischen der Basis (2) und den länglichen Elementen (3) erstreckt, aus Materialsegeln (43) besteht, die sich zwischen der Basis (2) und den länglichen Elementen erstrecken und deren Dicke geringer ist als die der länglichen Elemente und der Basis.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, wobei sich das flexible Mittel (4) über den gesamten Umfang des Stützelements (1) erstreckt, von der Basis (2) über die gesamte oder einen Teil der Höhe der länglichen Elemente (3), ohne die länglichen Elemente zu überragen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, wobei sich das flexible Mittel über den gesamten Umfang der Stütze erstreckt, von der Basis über die gesamte Höhe der länglichen Elemente, mit einem über die freien Enden der länglichen Elemente hinausragenden Teil.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, wobei die Basis (2) eine Scheibe (20) sowie einen vorspringenden Umfangsrand (21) umfasst, von dem aus sich die länglichen Elemente erstrecken.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, wobei die länglichen Elemente (3) ausgehend von ihrer Basis (2) jeweils einen ersten starren Längenabschnitt (30) aufweisen, der die Krümmung einer Kugel aufnimmt, indem er sich aufweitet, gefolgt von einem zweiten flexiblen Längenabschnitt (31), der so konfiguriert ist, dass, wenn die länglichen Elemente zur Mittelachse hin zusammengefasst werden, die länglichen Elemente wieder die Konfiguration einer Kugel annehmen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, wobei die unteren Enden der länglichen Elemente (3) abwechselnd über zwei verschiedene Durchmesser verteilt sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, wobei die länglichen Elemente (3) und das flexible Mittel (4), die sich von der Basis (2) aus erstrecken und sich dabei aufweiten, so konfiguriert sind, dass sie das Stapeln (Ep) von identischen Stützvorrichtungen ineinander zulassen.
- Verpackungssystem für Blumenarrangements, das eine Stützvorrichtung (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10 mit Wasservorratsfunktion sowie eine dekorative Folie (5) umfasst, die in Bezug auf die Stützvorrichtung (10) abnehmbar ist und eine ausreichende Größe hat, um die Stützvorrichtung (1) zu umhüllen, indem sie sie verdeckt, mit Aufweitung (50) der dekorativen Folie über dem Hals (6) des Blumenarrangements, wobei die dekorative Folie (5) aus einem nicht wasserdichten Material wie Papier besteht.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Blumenarrangements mittels eines Verpackungssystems nach Anspruch 11, das die folgenden Schritte umfasst:- Erhalten der dekorativen Folie (5), die nicht wasserdicht ist.- Erhalten der Stützvorrichtung (1) mit Wasservorratsfunktion (7)- Füllen des Wasservorrats (7) der Stützvorrichtung (1),- Einsetzen der Stiele (T) des Straußes in den Wasservorrat (7),- Formen der dekorativen Folie (5) um die Stützvorrichtung (1) herum, wobei die länglichen Elemente (3) wieder zur Mittelachse der Basis hin gegen die Stiele des Straußes gruppiert werden,- Binden der dekorativen Folie um den Strauß mit Aufweitung (50) der dekorativen Folie (5), die sich über den Hals (6) des Blumenarrangements erstreckt.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Stützvorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, die durch In-Mould-Labelling erhalten wird, wobei das Verfahren die folgenden Schritte umfasst:- Vorsehen einer Form, die für das Formen des Stützelements (1) mit seiner Basis (2) und seinen länglichen Elementen (3), die sich von der Basis aus erstrecken, ausgerichtet ist,- Anordnen des flexiblen dichten Mittels (4) in der Form, in Form eines flexiblen röhrenförmigen Elements (40),- Formen des Stützelements (1) durch Einspritzen von Kunststoff in die Form und Verschmelzen der länglichen Elemente (3) und der Basis (2) des Stützelements (1) mit dem flexiblen dichten Mittel (4) unter Erhalt einer dichten Verbindung zwischen der unteren Basis (42) des röhrenförmigen Elements (40) und der Basis (2) des Stützelements (1) über seinen gesamten Umfang, um eine wasserdichte Abdichtung zwischen der Basis (2) des Stützelements (1) und dem flexiblen röhrenförmigen Element (40) zu erhalten.
