Claims (12)

  1. Vitrage feuilleté (101, 301) pour un véhicule comprenant
    - un réseau (160, 360) de fils chauffants ;
    - une première barre collectrice (121, 321) et une seconde barre collectrice (122, 322) en connexion électrique avec le réseau (160, 360) de fils chauffants et disposées de sorte qu'une tension appliquée entre la première barre collectrice (121, 321) et la seconde barre collectrice (122, 322) permet le chauffage du vitrage (101, 301) ; et
    - un circuit conducteur (130, 330) électriquement connecté à la seconde barre collectrice (122, 322) pour fournir de l'énergie électrique à la seconde barre collectrice (122, 322) ;
    caractérisé en ce que
    - le réseau (160, 360) de fils chauffants s'étend sur la première barre collectrice et une première section (121, 321) du circuit conducteur (130, 330) ; et
    - une bande (150, 351) comprenant un polymère est positionnée entre la première section (131, 331) du circuit conducteur (130, 330) et le réseau (160, 360) de fils chauffants pour isoler électriquement la première section (131, 331) du circuit conducteur (130, 330) du réseau (160, 360) de fils chauffants.
  2. Vitrage feuilleté (101, 301) selon la revendication 1, comprenant de plus un connecteur (142) pour appliquer la tension au circuit conducteur (130, 330), dans lequel la première barre collectrice (121, 321) est disposée entre la seconde barre collectrice (122, 322) et le connecteur (141).
  3. Vitrage feuilleté (101, 301) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la bande (150, 351) comprend un polyester, un polyamide ou un polyimide.
  4. Vitrage feuilleté (101, 301) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la bande (150, 351) comprend un polyimide aromatique ou poly(éthylène 2,6-naphtalate) ou PVB exempt de plastifiant.
  5. Vitrage feuilleté (101, 301) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le retrait de la bande (150, 351) est inférieur à 0,4 % après un chauffage dans un four à 200°C pendant 2 heures.
  6. Vitrage feuilleté (101, 301) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la bande (150, 351) est d'une épaisseur de 1 µm à 200 µm, de préférence d'une épaisseur de 12 µm à 130 µm, encore mieux d'une épaisseur de 20 µm à 80 µm, bien mieux encore d'une épaisseur de 22 µm à 55 µm.
  7. Vitrage feuilleté (101, 301) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la bande (150, 351) est d'une largeur d'au plus 2 cm plus large que la section de circuit conducteur à laquelle elle est fixée.
  8. Vitrage feuilleté (101, 301) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le circuit conducteur se trouve entre la première barre collectrice et le bord inférieur du vitrage.
  9. Procédé pour la fabrication d'un vitrage feuilleté (101, 301) selon la revendication 1, comprenant les étapes de :
    a. fourniture d'un premier pli de matériau de couche intermédiaire (181) ;
    b. fourniture d'un réseau (160, 360) de fils chauffants sur le pli de matériau de couche intermédiaire (181) ;
    c. fourniture d'une première barre collectrice (121, 321) et d'une seconde barre collectrice (122, 322) en connexion électrique avec le réseau (160, 360) de fils chauffants et disposées de sorte qu'une tension appliquée entre la première barre collectrice (121, 321) et la seconde barre collectrice (122, 322) permet le chauffage du vitrage (101, 301) ;
    d. fourniture d'un circuit conducteur (130, 330) électriquement connecté à la seconde barre collectrice (122, 322) pour fournir de l'énergie électrique à la seconde barre collectrice (122, 322) ;
    e. disposition du pli de matériau de couche intermédiaire (181) entre un premier pli rigide (171) et un second pli rigide (172), dans lequel le circuit conducteur (130, 330), les première et seconde barres collectrices (121, 321 ; 122, 322), et le réseau (160, 360) de fils chauffants se trouvent entre le pli de matériau de couche intermédiaire (181) et le premier pli rigide (171) ;
    f. formation d'un vitrage feuilleté (101, 301),
    caractérisé en ce qu'avant la formation du vitrage feuilleté (101, 301), le réseau (160, 360) de fils chauffants s'étend sur la première barre collectrice (121, 321) et une première section (131, 331) du circuit conducteur (130, 330), et le circuit conducteur (130, 330) est muni d'une bande (150, 351) comprenant un polymère positionné entre la première section (131, 331) du circuit conducteur (130, 330) et le réseau (160, 360) de fils chauffants pour isoler la première section (131, 331) du circuit conducteur (130, 330) du réseau (160, 360) de fils chauffants.
  10. Procédé selon la revendication 9, dans lequel la bande (150, 351) comprend un polyester, un polyamide ou un polyimide.
  11. Procédé selon la revendication 9, dans lequel la bande (150, 351) comprend un polyimide aromatique ou poly(éthylène 2,6-naphtalate) ou PVB exempt de plastifiant.
  12. Procédé selon la revendication 9, comprenant de plus une étape de découpe du réseau (160, 360) de fils chauffants, de préférence sur un bord de vitrage (111, 112).
