Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft eine Kraftstoffversorgungsanlage einer Brennkraftmaschine nach dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1. Des Weiteren betrifft die Erfindung einen Kraftstoffverteilerblock für eine Kraftstoffversorgungsanlage.
  • Aus der DE 10 2013 000 606 A1 ist der grundsätzliche Aufbau einer aus dem Stand der Technik bekannten Common-Rail Kraftstoffversorgungsanlage einer Brennkraftmaschine, nämlich einer mit Schweröl betriebenen Schiffsdieselbrennkraftmaschine bekannt. So umfasst die Common-Rail Kraftstoffversorgungsanlage der Fig. 1 je Zylinder der Brennkraftmaschine jeweils mindestens einen Injektor. Über die Injektoren ist in jeden der Zylinder der Brennkraftmaschine Kraftstoff einspritzbar. Die Common-Rail Kraftstoffversorgungsanlage umfasst weiterhin eine mindestens eine Niederdruckpumpe, mindestens eine Hochdruckpumpe und einen Hochdruckpumpenspeicher aufweisende Pumpeinrichtung, um Kraftstoff von einem Niederdruckbereich der Common-Rail Kraftstoffversorgungsanlage in einen Hochdruckbereich derselben zu fördern, wobei im Hochdruckbereich zwischen der Pumpeinrichtung und den Injektoren ein permanent unter Hochdruck stehendes Druckspeichersystem vorgesehen ist. Das permanent unter Hochdruck stehende Druckspeichersystem, welches auch als Common-Rail bezeichnet wird, weist mehrere Verteilereinheiten auf. Die Verteilereinheiten sind mit der Pumpeinrichtung sowie untereinander über permanent unter Hochdruck stehende Hochdruckleitungen verbunden. Das Druckspeichersystem, nämlich die Verteilereinheiten, sind weiterhin über abhängig vom Einspritztakt zeitweise unter Hochdruck stehende Hochdruckleitungen mit den Injektoren verbunden. Den abhängig vom Einspritztakt zeitweise unter Hochdruck stehenden Hochdruckleitungen, welche die Injektoren mit den Verteilereinheiten verbinden, sind Schaltventile zugeordnet, die abhängig vom Einspritztakt den Injektoren Kraftstoff zuleiten.
  • Eine solche aus dem Stand der Technik bekannte Kraftstoffversorgungsanlage einer Brennkraftmaschine verfügt im Hochdruckbereich, insbesondere im Bereich des Druckspeichersystems, welches die über die Hochdruckleitungen gekoppelten Verteilereinheiten umfasst, über eine Vielzahl von Dichtstellen. Im Bereich dieser Dichtstellen kann es zu Leckagen kommen, wobei dann, wenn eine Leckagemenge zu groß wird, ein ordnungsgemäßer Betrieb der Kraftstoffversorgungsanlage nicht mehr gewährleistet werden kann. Ferner können die Hochdruckleitungen als solche beschädigt sein, wodurch ebenfalls eine unzulässig hohe Leckage verursacht werden kann. Es ist bekannt, die Hochdruckleitungen als gemantelte Hochdruckleitungen auszuführen, um die Leckage über Mantelrohre der Hochdruckleitungen abzuführen.
  • Nach der DE 10 2013 000 606 A1 sind sämtliche Verteilereinheiten des Druckspeichersystems an eine gemeinsame Leckagesammelleitung mit einem für alle Verteilereinheiten gemeinsamen Leckagesensor angeschlossen, um eine über einem Grenzwert liegende Leckagemenge der Verteilereinheiten zu detektieren. Ferner ist jeder Verteilereinheit des Druckspeichersystems eine individuelle als Sichtprüfeinrichtung ausgebildete Leckageprüfeinrichtung zugeordnet, um im Falle einer über den Leckagesensor detektierten Leckage die Leckage mindestens einer Verteilereinheit zuzuordnen.
  • Hiervon ausgehend liegt der vorliegenden Erfindung die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine neuartige Kraftstoffversorgungsanlage einer Brennkraftmaschine und einen Kraftstoffverteilerblock für eine solche Kraftstoffversorgungsanlage zu schaffen, mit Hilfe derer das Überschreiten oder Erreichen einer zulässigen Gesamtkraftstoffleckage der Kraftstoffversorgungsanlage im Hochdruckbereich, um zwar im Bereich der Druckspeichersystems sowie der oder jeder Hochdruckpumpe, bei einfachem konstruktivem Aufbau zuverlässig überwacht bzw. erfasst werden kann.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird durch eine Kraftstoffversorgungsanlage einer Brennkraftmaschine nach Anspruch 1 gelöst.
  • Erfindungsgemäß ist zwischen der oder jeder Niederdruckpumpe und der oder jeder Hochdruckpumpe ein Kraftstoffverteilerblock vorgesehen, welchem ausgehend von der oder jeder Niederdruckpumpe Kraftstoff zuführbar ist, von welchem ausgehend Kraftstoff der oder jeder Hochdruckpumpe führbar ist, und welchem ausgehend von den Verteilereinheiten und der Pumpeinrichtung eine Kraftstoffleckage zuführbar ist, wobei der Kraftstoffverteilerblock eine Kraftstoffleckagesammelleitung für die dem Kraftstoffverteilerblock zugeführte Kraftstoffleckage mit einer Engstelle oder Drossel, mit einem Bypass zu der Engstelle oder Drossel und mit einem Leckagesensor im Bereich des Bypasses aufweist, und wobei die Engstelle oder Drossel derart bemessen ist, dass dann, wenn die über die Kraftstoffleckagesammelleitung geführte Kraftstoffleckage kleiner als ein Grenzwert ist, sämtliche Kraftstoffleckage über die Engstelle oder Drossel strömt, wohingegen dann, wenn die über die Kraftstoffleckagesammelleitung geführte Kraftstoffleckage größer als der Grenzwert ist, ein Teil der Kraftstoffleckage über den Bypass und damit über den Leckagesensor strömt. Hiermit kann das Überschreiten oder Erreichen einer zulässigen Gesamtkraftstoffleckage der Kraftstoffversorgungsanlage im Hochdruckbereich, um zwar im Bereich der Druckspeichersystems sowie der oder jeder Hochdruckpumpe, bei einfachem konstruktivem Aufbau zuverlässig überwacht bzw. erfasst werden.
  • Nach einer vorteilhaften Weiterbildung der Erfindung ist die Engstelle oder Drossel von einer in die Kraftstoffleckagesammelleitung austauschbar einbauten Baugruppe bereitgestellt, insbesondere von einer Madenschraube, in die eine die Engstelle oder Drossel definierende Bohrung eingebracht ist. Hiermit kann im Betrieb der Brennkraftmaschine eine einfache Justierung der Kraftstoffleckageüberwachung erfolgen. Die Engstelle oder Drossel kann einfach angepasst und gewartet werden.
  • Der Kraftstoffverteilerblock für die Kraftstoffversorgungsanlage ist in Anspruch 4 definiert.
  • Bevorzugte Weiterbildungen der Erfindung ergeben sich aus den Unteransprüchen und der nachfolgenden Beschreibung. Ausführungsbeispiele der Erfindung werden, ohne hierauf beschränkt zu sein, an Hand der Zeichnung näher erläutert. Dabei zeigt:

  • Die hier vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Kraftstoffversorgungsanlage, insbesondere eine Common-Rail Kraftstoffversorgungsanlage, einer insbesondere als Großdieselbrennkraftmaschine oder Schiffsdieselbrennkraftmaschine ausgebildeten Brennkraftmaschine. Des Weiteren betrifft die Erfindung einen Kraftstoffverteilerblock für eine Kraftstoffversorgungsanlage.
  • Fig. 1 zeigt den grundsätzlichen Aufbau einer als Common-Rail Kraftstoffversorgungsanlage ausgeführten Kraftstoffversorgungsanlage einer Brennkraftmaschine, nämlich einer mit Schweröl betriebenen Schiffsdieselbrennkraftmaschine. So umfasst die Common-Rail Kraftstoffversorgungsanlage der Fig. 1 je Zylinder der Brennkraftmaschine jeweils mindestens einen Injektor 1. Über die Injektoren 1 ist in jeden der Zylinder der Brennkraftmaschine Kraftstoff einspritzbar.
  • Die Common-Rail Kraftstoffversorgungsanlage umfasst weiterhin eine mindestens eine Niederdruckpumpe 5, mindestens eine Hochdruckpumpe 2 und einen Hochdruckpumpenspeicher 8 aufweisende Pumpeinrichtung 3, um Kraftstoff von einem Niederdruckbereich 4 der Common-Rail Kraftstoffversorgungsanlage in einen Hochdruckbereich 6 derselben zu fördern, wobei im Hochdruckbereich 6 zwischen der Pumpeinrichtung 3 und den Injektoren 1 ein permanent unter Hochdruck stehendes Druckspeichersystem 7 vorgesehen ist.
  • Das permanent unter Hochdruck stehende Druckspeichersystem 7, welches auch als Common-Rail bezeichnet wird, weist mehrere Verteilereinheiten 9 auf. Die Verteilereinheiten 9 sind mit der Pumpeinrichtung 3 sowie untereinander über permanent unter Hochdruck stehende Hochdruckleitungen 10 verbunden.
  • Das Druckspeichersystem 7, nämlich die Verteilereinheiten 9, sind weiterhin über abhängig vom Einspritztakt zeitweise unter Hochdruck stehende Hochdruckleitungen 11 mit den Injektoren 1 verbunden. Den abhängig vom Einspritztakt zeitweise unter Hochdruck stehenden Hochdruckleitungen 11, welche die Injektoren 1 mit den Verteilereinheiten 9 verbinden, sind Schaltventile 12 zugeordnet, die abhängig vom Einspritztakt den Injektoren Kraftstoff zuleiten.
  • Zwischen die Niederdruckpumpe 5 der Pumpeinrichtung 3 und die oder jede Hochdruckpumpe 2 der Pumpeinrichtung 3 ist ein Kraftstoffverteilerblock 13 geschaltet. Dem Kraftstoffverteilerblock 13 ist ausgehend von der Niederdruckpumpe 5 Kraftstoff aus dem Niederdruckbereich 4 der Kraftstoffversorgungsanlage zuführbar. Ausgehend vom Kraftstoffverteilerblock 13 ist der Kraftstoff in Richtung auf die oder jede Hochdruckpumpe 2 führbar.
  • Im Hochdruckbereich 6 der Kraftstoffversorgungsanlage kann eine Kraftstoffleckage auftreten. Fig. 1 zeigt Kraftstoffleckageleitungen 14, 15 und 16, über welche eine derartige Kraftstoffanlage dem Kraftstoffverteilerblock 13 zuführbar ist.
  • So ist eine Kraftstoffleckage, die im Bereich der Verteilereinheiten 9 des Druckspeichersystems 7 auftritt, über die Kraftstoffleckageleitung 14 dem Kraftstoffverteilerblock 13 zuführbar. Kraftstoffleckage, die im Bereich der Hochdruckpumpen 2 sowie des Hochdruckpumpenspeichers 8 auftritt, ist über die Kraftstoffleckageleitungen 15 und 16 dem Kraftstoffverteilerblock 13 zuführbar.
  • Fig. 2 zeigt schematisiert Details des Kraftstoffverteilerblocks 13. So umfasst der Kraftstoffverteilerblock 13 eine Kraftstoffleckagesammelleitung 17 für die dem Kraftstoffverteilerblock 13 über die Kraftstoffleckageleitungen 14, 15 und 16 zugeführte Kraftstoffleckage.
  • Der Pfeil 23 visualisiert die über die Kraftstoffleckagesammelleitung 17 geführte und im Bereich derselben gesammelte Kraftstoffleckage, die sich aus der über die Kraftstoffleckageleitung 14 dem Kraftstoffverteilerblock 13 vom Druckspeichersystem 7 zugeführten Kraftstoffleckage und der über die Kraftstoffleckageleitungen 15, 16 dem Kraftstoffverteilerblock 13 von den Hochdruckpumpen 2 und dem Hochdruckpumpenspeicher 8 zugeführten Kraftstoffleckagen zusammensetzt.
  • Die Kraftstoffleckagesammelleitung 17 verfügt über eine Engstelle oder Drossel 18 sowie über einen Bypass 19 zu der Engstelle oder Drossel 18, wobei dem Bypass 19 ein Leckagesensor 20 zugeordnet ist.
  • Die Engstelle oder Drossel 18 der Kraftstoffleckagesammelleitung 17 ist derart bemessen, dass dann, wenn die über die Kraftstoffleckagesammelleitung 17 geführte Kraftstoffleckage kleiner als ein Grenzwert ist, über die Engstelle oder Drossel 18 strömt.
  • Dann hingegen, wenn die über die Kraftstoffleckagesammelleitung 17 geführte Kraftstoffleckage größer als der Grenzwert ist, strömt ein Teil der Kraftstoffleckage über den Bypass 19 und damit über den Leckagesensor 20 und kann dann vom Leckagesensor 20 detektiert werden.
  • Hierdurch kann einfach und zuverlässig erkannt werden, ob die Gesamtkraftstoffleckage im Hochdruckbereich 6 der Kraftstoffversorgungsanlage kleiner oder größer als der Grenzwert ist.
  • Die Engstelle oder Drossel 18 ist vorzugsweise derart bemessen, dass über dieselbe eine sogenannte Schwitzleckage der Kraftstoffversorgungsanlage, die typischerweise in einer Größenordnung von 20 ml/min liegt, vollständig abgeführt werden kann. Ist die Kraftstoffleckage größer als eine solche Schwitzleckage, so strömt ein Teil der Kraftstoffleckage, der in Fig. 2 durch den Pfeil 24 visualisiert ist, über den Bypass 19, sodass dann eine Leckage, die oberhalb der Schwitzleckage liegt, über den Leckagesensor 20 detektiert werden kann. Ein Pfeil 22 visualisiert die Leckage, die über die Engstelle bzw. Drossel 18 strömen kann.
  • Nach einer vorteilhaften Weiterbildung ist die Engstelle oder Drossel 18 von einer in die Kraftstoffleckagesammelleitung 17 austauschbar eingebauten Baugruppe bereitgestellt, so zum Beispiel von einer Madenschraube 21, in die eine die Engstelle oder Drossel 18 definierende Bohrung eingebracht ist. Die Bohrung verfügt über einen definierten Durchmesser, um über dieselbe eine Kraftstoffleckage, die kleiner als der Grenzwert ist, vollständig abführen zu können. Eine Kraftstoffleckage, die hingegen größer als der Grenzwert ist, kann nicht mehr über diese Bohrung abgeführt werden, sodass der über dem Grenzwert liegende Teil der Kraftstoffleckage gemäß dem Pfeil 24 über den Bypass 19 und den Leckagesensor 20 geführt wird.

Claims (6)

  1. Kraftstoffversorgungsanlage, insbesondere Common-Rail Kraftstoffversorgungsanlage, einer insbesondere als Großdieselbrennkraftmaschine oder Schiffsdieselbrennkraftmaschine ausgebildeten Brennkraftmaschine,
    mit einem Niederdruckbereich (4) und einem Hochdruckbereich (6),
    mit einer mindestens eine Niederdruckpumpe (5) und mindestens eine Hochdruckpumpe (2) aufweisenden Pumpeinrichtung (3), um Kraftstoff aus dem Niederdruckbereich (4) der Kraftstoffversorgungsanlage in den Hochdruckbereich (6) derselben zu fördern,
    wobei zwischen der Pumpeinrichtung (3) und Zylindern zugeordneten Injektoren (1) ein permanent unter Hochdruck stehendes Druckspeichersystem (7) vorgesehen ist, welches mehrere Verteilereinheiten (9) aufweist,
    gekennzeichnet, dass
    zwischen der oder jeder Niederdruckpumpe (5) und der oder jeder Hochdruckpumpe (2) ein Kraftstoffverteilerblock (13) vorgesehen ist, welchem ausgehend von der oder jeder Niederdruckpumpe (5) Kraftstoff zuführbar ist, von welchem ausgehend Kraftstoff der oder jeder Hochdruckpumpe (2) führbar ist, und welchem ausgehend von den Verteilereinheiten (9) und der Pumpeinrichtung (3) eine Kraftstoffleckage zuführbar ist,
    der Kraftstoffverteilerblock (13) eine Kraftstoffleckagesammelleitung (17) für die dem Kraftstoffverteilerblock (13) zugeführte Kraftstoffleckage mit einer Engstelle oder Drossel (18), mit einen Bypass (19) zu der Engstelle oder Drossel (18) und mit einem Leckagesensor (20) im Bereich des Bypasses (19) aufweist, wobei die Engstelle oder Drossel (18) derart bemessen ist, dass dann, wenn die über die Kraftstoffleckagesammelleitung (17) geführte Kraftstoffleckage kleiner als ein Grenzwert ist, sämtliche Kraftstoffleckage über die Engstelle oder Drossel (18) strömt, wohingegen dann, wenn die über die Kraftstoffleckagesammelleitung (17) geführte Kraftstoffleckage größer als der Grenzwert ist, ein Teil der Kraftstoffleckage über den Bypass (19) und damit über den Leckagesensor (20) strömt.
  2. Kraftstoffversorgungsanlage nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Engstelle oder Drossel (18) von einer in die Kraftstoffleckagesammelleitung (17) austauschbar einbauten Baugruppe bereitgestellt ist.
  3. Kraftstoffversorgungsanlage nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Engstelle oder Drossel (18) von einer Madenschraube (21) bereitgestellt ist, in die eine die Engstelle oder Drossel (18) definierende Bohrung eingebracht ist.
  4. Kraftstoffverteilerblock (13) für eine Kraftstoffversorgungsanlage, welchem ausgehend von mindestens einer Niederdruckpumpe (5) einer Pumpeinrichtung (3) der Kraftstoffversorgungsanlage Kraftstoff zuführbar ist, von welchem ausgehend Kraftstoff mindestens einer Hochdruckpumpe (2) der Pumpeinrichtung (3) der Kraftstoffversorgungsanlage zuführbar ist, und welchem ausgehend von Verteilereinheiten (9) der Kraftstoffversorgungsanlage und der Pumpeinrichtung (3) der Kraftstoffversorgungsanlage eine Kraftstoffleckage zuführbar ist, wobei der Kraftstoffverteilerblock (13) eine Kraftstoffleckagesammelleitung (17) für die dem Kraftstoffverteilerblock (13) zugeführte Kraftstoffleckage mit einer Engstelle oder Drossel (18), mit einem Bypass (19) zu der Engstelle oder Drossel (18) und mit einem Leckagesensor (20) im Bereich des Bypasses (19) aufweist, und wobei die Engstelle oder Drossel (18) derart bemessen ist, dass dann, wenn die über die Kraftstoffleckagesammelleitung (17) geführte Kraftstoffleckage kleiner als ein Grenzwert ist, sämtliche Kraftstoffleckage über die Engstelle oder Drossel (18) strömt, wohingegen dann, wenn die über die Kraftstoffleckagesammelleitung (17) geführte Kraftstoffleckage größer als der Grenzwert ist, ein Teil der Kraftstoffleckage über den Bypass (19) und damit über den Leckagesensor (20) strömt.
  5. Kraftstoffverteilerblock nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Engstelle oder Drossel (18) von einer in die Kraftstoffleckagesammelleitung (17) austauschbar einbauten Baugruppe bereitgestellt ist.
  6. Kraftstoffverteilerblock nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Engstelle oder Drossel (18) von einer Madenschraube (21) bereitgestellt ist, in die eine die Engstelle oder Drossel (18) definierende Bohrung eingebracht ist.
