    Domaine de l'invention
  • L'invention concerne un écrin de poche pour pièce d'horlogerie ou de joaillerie, agencé pour être manipulé avec une seule main, comportant une boîte obturable et agencée pour renfermer au moins un support de réception d'au moins une pièce d'horlogerie ou de joaillerie, entre au moins un plateau et un couvercle, ladite boîte comportant un fond avec lequel coopère ledit couvercle pour la fermeture dudit écrin.
  • L'invention concerne le domaine des dispositifs de préservation et de transport des pièces d'horlogerie ou de joaillerie.
    • Arrière-plan de l'invention
  • La préservation et le transport des pièces d'horlogerie ou de joaillerie nécessitent des conditionnements adaptés, pour la protection de ces objets souvent très coûteux. Ces conditionnements sont susceptibles de subir de fortes contraintes dynamiques, notamment lors de voyages ou d'expéditions, avec des changements de position dans l'espace et de forts gradients de vitesses et d'accélérations.
  • Des écrins capitonnés, adaptés aux dimensions précises des objets, peuvent permettre, quand ils sont neufs, une protection correcte. Toutefois les capitons, notamment les mousses en matière plastique, vieillissent mal et se dégradent dans le temps, n'assurant alors plus une stabilisation optimale. De plus ces écrins sont dédiés à une forme et à des dimensions d'objet particulières, et ne sont donc pas polyvalents, ce qui n'est pas pratique quand il s'agit de partir en voyage et d'emporter plusieurs montres ou bijoux, et que l'utilisateur ne veut pas occuper tout l'espace de ses bagages avec plusieurs écrins unitaires, qui présentent, de plus, souvent un fort encombrement extérieur.
  • Le document ES1041455U au nom de YGC Comunicacion décrit un écrin pour montres-bracelet, avec la combinaison fonctionnelle d'un corps de base et d'un couvercle, qui l'un ou l'autre comporte des compartiments creux de réception de montres, permettant de les loger et de les visualiser directement.
  • Le document FR2293757A au nom de YEMA décrit un dispositif pour la présentation d'objets tels que des articles de bijouterie ou horlogerie, qui comporte un socle support apte à recevoir l'objet présenté, le socle étant constitué par au moins un bloc en matière moulée, comportant en creux l'empreinte de l'objet, ce dernier étant ainsi apte à être placé et bloqué en position sur ledit socle dont il est rendu solidaire par simple friction, la face apparente de l'objet étant ainsi visible et présentée au-dessus du socle. Ce socle comporte une face arrière ou face de repos située du côté opposé à l'empreinte réceptrice de l'objet présenté, cette face de repos étant prévue avec des moyens permettant sa solidarisation sur une surface d'appui. Plus particulièrement les socles support des articles présentés sont associés à une surface d'appui, ladite surface étant elle-même prévue avec des moyens susceptibles d'être associés à des moyens de solidarisation amovible prévue sur la face arrière des dits socles et permettant la solidarisation amovible et le déplacement du socle par rapport à ladite surface.

  • La présente invention se propose de développer des écrins très polyvalents, de volume modéré, et offrant une protection optimale aux montres et/ou bijoux contenus et transportés.

    • la figure 11 représente, en perspective éclatée, l'écrin de la figure 7, comportant une boîte extérieure vidée de son contenu, constitué ici par un réceptacle intercalaire destiné à occuper la partie inférieure de la boîte, surmonté par le plateau déjà visible sur la figure 1, ou bien par le plateau de la figure 4, un de ces plateaux étant surmonté par le support, qui est ici représenté séparé du plateau porteur, à une distance où le champ d'attraction magnétique entre eux devient faible ;

    Description détaillée des modes de réalisation préférés
  • L'invention concerne un écrin 1 de poche pour pièce d'horlogerie ou de joaillerie 10. Par « écrin de poche », on entend que cet écrin 1 est agencé pour être manipulé avec une seule main, pour être emporté facilement en voyage, sur soi ou dans un bagage. Un tel écrin 1 est conçu pour renfermer une ou plusieurs pièces d'horlogerie ou de joaillerie 10, telles que des montres, des bracelets, ou autres bijoux, ou similaires.
  • Cet écrin 1 comporte une boîte 2 obturable, conçue pour renfermer les différents constituants de l'écrin 1, et la ou les pièces d'horlogerie ou de joaillerie 10.
  • Cette boîte 2 est agencée pour renfermer au moins un support 3 de réception d'au moins une pièce d'horlogerie ou de joaillerie 10, entre au moins un plateau 4 et un couvercle 5 de la boîte 2.
  • La boîte 2 comporte un fond 6, avec lequel coopère le couvercle 5 pour la fermeture de l'écrin 1.
  • Au moins un plateau 4 et au moins un support 3 sont agencés pour le maintien de l'un sur l'autre par attraction magnétique. Plus particulièrement, chaque plateau 4 et chaque support 3 sont agencés pour le maintien de l'un sur l'autre par attraction magnétique.
  • L'intérieur du couvercle 5 peut être capitonné, de façon à ce que chaque support 3, muni d'une pièce d'horlogerie ou de joaillerie 10, soit fermement maintenu sur un plateau 4 du côté inférieur, et en appui sur le capitonnage du côté supérieur : ce capitonnage présente plus particulièrement un intérêt quand la pièce d'horlogerie ou de joaillerie 10 comporte des composants mobiles, comme dans le cas d'un collier, bracelet, ou similaire.
  • Un tel capitonnage n'est toutefois pas nécessaire quand la pièce d'horlogerie ou de joaillerie 10 peut être fermement maintenue sur un tel support 3, qui comporte avantageusement des moyens d'immobilisation 30 pour le maintien d'une pièce d'horlogerie ou de joaillerie 10, tels que bride ou similaire: en effet, l'attraction magnétique est avantageusement choisie élevée, pour que l'attraction du support 3 sur le plateau 4 suffise à maintenir la pièce d'horlogerie ou de joaillerie 10 plaquée au plateau 4 dans toute position dans l'espace, ainsi que dans des conditions usuelles de vitesse et d'accélération d'un voyageur ordinaire.
  • Le support 3 illustré sur la figure 3 est plus particulièrement conçu pour la réception d'une montre, et comporte avantageusement une rainure à sa partie inférieure, agencée pour loger le brin inférieur du bracelet, dont le brin supérieur est retenu par les moyens d'immobilisation 30, ici une boucle dans laquelle est inséré ce brin supérieur.
  • La nouvelle génération de montres insensibles à des champs magnétiques très élevés permet cet emploi de forts champs magnétiques pour le maintien efficace de montres dans un tel écrin.
  • Différentes configurations sont possibles : outre la configuration où à la fois le plateau 4 et le support 3 comportent une partie ferromagnétique, chacune soumise au champ d'attraction d'un aimant logé dans le fond 6 de la boîte, sous le plateau 4 et donc aussi sous le support 3, les configurations les plus simples sont celles où au moins le plateau 4 et/ou le support 3 comporte une partie aimantée : chaque plateau 4 comporte au moins une partie aimantée selon une première aimantation ou bien en matériau ferromagnétique, et chaque support 3 comporte alors au moins une partie qui est, respectivement, en matériau ferromagnétique ou aimantée selon une deuxième aimantation opposée à cette première aimantation quand chaque plateau 4 comporte une partie aimantée selon une première aimantation, ou bien aimantée quand le plateau 4 comporte une partie en matériau ferromagnétique.
  • On comprend que l'invention est conçue plus particulièrement pour autoriser le placement dans l'écrin de chaque pièce d'horlogerie ou de joaillerie 10 au gré de l'utilisateur, sans tenir compte de subdivisions préexistantes, et en optimisant l'utilisation du volume intérieur disponible, tout en garantissant une distance de sécurité entre les diverses pièces d'horlogerie ou de joaillerie 10, quand l'écrin 1 en comporte plusieurs. Une surface supérieure plane du plateau 4 autorise la plus grande liberté de placement. Naturellement, cet avantage de l'invention n'est pas incompatible avec un positionnement traditionnel d'une pièce d'horlogerie ou de joaillerie 10 dans un logement creux de l'écrin: tout plateau 4 peut aussi comporter au moins une poche 40 agencée pour le placement particulier de l'un ou l'autre support 3, dans une position géométrique particulière par rapport à l'écrin 1.
  • Les figures 2, 4, 8, 10, et une variante de la figure 11, montrent le cas particulier de plateaux 4 à surface supérieure plane, ce qui autorise l'utilisateur à occuper l'espace comme il l'entend, avec la sécurité que chaque pièce d'horlogerie ou de joaillerie 10 est parfaitement maintenue et protégée.
  • Plus particulièrement, le plateau 4 comporte des moyens de préhension 41 pour faciliter sa manipulation, sous forme d'oreilles, boucles, ou autres.
  • Dans une réalisation particulière, la surface supérieure du plateau 4 est à fleur avec la surface de chant du fond 6.
  • Plus particulièrement, le fond 6 de la boîte 2 est creux, et destiné à contenir tous les plateaux 4 d'un même écrin 1, dans un logement supérieur 7. L'invention est illustrée avec un logement supérieur 7 unique agencé pour recevoir, ou bien un plateau 4 unique tel qu'illustré sur la figure 2, 4 ou 8, ou bien une pluralité de plateaux 4 juxtaposés de façon sensiblement plane à la façon d'une mosaïque dans ce logement supérieur unique 7 et tel que visible sur la figure 10. Dans une autre variante non illustrée, le fond 6 peut être subdivisé intérieurement, et comporter une pluralité de logements supérieurs 7.
  • Le fond 6 comporte un logement supérieur 7 pour chaque plateau 4.
  • On remarque, encore, la possibilité d'agencer un écrin 1 avec des plateaux 4 de hauteurs différentes, de façon à l'équiper de supports 3 de hauteurs différentes, adaptées à la hauteur des pièces d'horlogerie ou de joaillerie 10 qu'il s'agit de protéger.
  • Le positionnement et la fixation éventuelle de chaque plateau 4 par rapport au fond 6 de la boîte 2 peuvent être réalisés selon différentes variantes.
  • Dans le cas particulier des figures, et selon l'invention, au moins un plateau 4 est amovible par rapport au fond 6. Plus particulièrement, au moins un tel plateau 4 amovible peut être retenu au fond 6 par du velours-crochet, ou par des moyens d'attraction magnétique, ou par des moyens de fixation mécanique, et en particulier par des fixations sans outil, notamment de type fixation quart de tour pour l'aviation, ou similaire.
  • Dans une autre variante, au moins un plateau 4 est fixé au fond 6 de façon non amovible par des moyens de fixation permanents, collage, sertissage, ou autre.
  • Dans une réalisation différente de l'invention, le fond 6 lui-même constitue chaque plateau 4, ou le plateau unique si c'est le cas.
  • Dans le cas particulier des figures, l'écrin 1 comporte au moins un réceptacle intercalaire 8, qui est agencé pour être logé entre un tel plateau 4 amovible et le fond 6. Plus particulièrement, au moins un tel plateau 4 amovible est retenu au réceptacle intercalaire 8 par du velours-crochet ou par des moyens d'attraction magnétique ou par des moyens de fixation mécanique, ou par tout moyen similaire tel que décrit plus haut.
  • De la même façon, plus particulièrement, au moins un réceptacle intercalaire 8 est amovible, et retenu au fond 6 par du velours-crochet ou par des moyens d'attraction magnétique ou par des moyens de fixation mécanique, ou similaire.
  • Dans une autre variante, au moins un réceptacle intercalaire 8 est fixé au fond 6 de façon non amovible par des moyens de fixation permanents.
  • Plus particulièrement, au moins un tel réceptacle intercalaire 8 comporte au moins un logement inférieur 9, qui est agencé pour la réception de composants de rechange de la pièce d'horlogerie ou de joaillerie 10, et/ou de documentation, notice, carte de garantie, preuve d'achat ou de douane, et/ou d'outillage.
  • L'écrin 1 peut comporter l'un ou l'autre réceptacle intercalaire 8 sur une partie seulement de la surface du fond 6, de façon à autoriser le placement directement sur le fond 6 d'au moins un plateau 4 destiné à porter des pièces d'horlogerie ou de joaillerie 10 sur toute la hauteur intérieure disponible de la boîte 2.
  • De façon particulière et non limitative, le fond 6, et/ou respectivement le couvercle 5 comme sur la figure 8 comporte au moins une paroi latérale 20, comme la réalisation des figures qui comporte classiquement quatre parois latérales 20. Le couvercle 5, ou respectivement le fond 6, est articulé sur au moins une paroi latérale 20, par des moyens d'articulation 56, tels que charnière ou similaire. La boîte 2 comporte des moyens de maintien en position fermée et/ou de verrouillage 50 entre le couvercle 5, ou respectivement le fond 6, et au moins une paroi latérale 20, et qui comportent un premier composant 505 sur le couvercle, coopérant avec un deuxième composant de fonction complémentaire 506 monté sur le fond. Et le fond 6, le couvercle 5, et les moyens de maintien en position fermée et/ou de verrouillage 50 sont agencés pour résister à une chute au sol de l'écrin 1, depuis une hauteur d'homme, et pour assurer le maintien de cet écrin 1 en position fermée lors d'une telle chute. La boîte 2 peut ainsi être comporter une structure massive réalisée en métal embouti ou soudé, en fibre de verre, en fibre de carbone, en matière plastique, en bois, en cuir, ou autre. Cette structure massive peut comporter des jours pour réduire sa masse sans nuire à sa rigidité. Cette structure massive peut être habillée avec tout revêtement intérieur et/ou extérieur convenable pour les pièces d'horlogerie ou de bijouterie destinées à y être renfermées.
  • Les moyens de maintien en position fermée et/ou de verrouillage 50 peuvent être de type magnétique, ou comporter un verrou ou un loquet mécanique, ou encore comporter une serrure à clé ou à combinaison pour prévenir une ouverture inopinée, ou autre.
  • Dans une variante particulière, la boîte 2 de l'écrin 1 est monobloc, plus particulièrement et non limitativement en cuir ou en matière plastique, ou autre.
  • Si l'invention est plus particulièrement conçue pour un écrin de poche, à l'usage d'un utilisateur à titre personnel, elle trouve aussi une application dérivée pour des écrins de stockage pour magasins de vente de montres, de bijoux, de façon à renfermer et manipuler facilement des collections de plusieurs pièces sans nécessiter d'écrin individuel avant la vente, ainsi que pour les écrins destinés aux expositions, ou encore au stockage dans un coffre de banque.

Claims (9)

  1. Ecrin (1) de poche pour pièce d'horlogerie ou de joaillerie (10), agencé pour être manipulé avec une seule main, comportant une boîte (2) obturable et agencée pour renfermer au moins un support (3) de réception d'au moins une pièce d'horlogerie ou de joaillerie (10), entre au moins un plateau (4) et un couvercle (5), ladite boîte (2) comportant un fond (6) avec lequel coopère ledit couvercle (5) pour la fermeture dudit écrin (1), au moins un dit plateau (4) et au moins un dit support (3) étant agencés pour le maintien de l'un sur l'autre par attraction magnétique, et ledit fond (6) comportant un logement supérieur (7) pour chaque dit plateau (4) amovible par rapport audit fond (6)
    caractérisé en ce que ledit écrin comporte au moins un réceptacle intercalaire (8) agencé pour être logé entre un dit plateau (4) amovible et ledit fond (6) et
    en ce qu'au moins un dit plateau (4) amovible est retenu audit réceptacle intercalaire (8) par du velours-crochet ou par des moyens d'attraction magnétique ou par des moyens de fixation mécanique.
  2. Écrin (1) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que chaque dit plateau (4) et chaque dit support (3) sont agencés pour le maintien de l'un sur l'autre par attraction magnétique.
  3. Ecrin (1) selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que chaque dit plateau (4) comporte au moins une partie aimantée selon une première aimantation ou bien en matériau ferromagnétique, et en ce que chaque dit support (3) comporte au moins une partie qui est, respectivement, en matériau ferromagnétique ou aimantée selon une deuxième aimantation opposée à ladite première aimantation quand chaque dit plateau (4) comporte une partie aimantée selon une première aimantation, ou bien aimantée quand ledit plateau (4) comporte une partie en matériau ferromagnétique.
  4. Écrin (1) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins un dit réceptacle intercalaire (8) est amovible et retenu audit fond (6) par du velours-crochet ou par des moyens d'attraction magnétique ou par des moyens de fixation mécanique.
  5. Écrin (1) selon la revendication 1 ou 4 caractérisé en ce qu'au moins un dit réceptacle intercalaire (8) est fixé audit fond (6) de façon non amovible par des moyens de fixation permanents.
  6. Écrin (1) selon l'une des revendications 1, 4 ou 5, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins un dit réceptacle intercalaire (8) comporte au moins un logement inférieur (9) agencé pour la réception de composants de rechange de ladite pièce d'horlogerie ou de joaillerie (10), et/ou de documentation, et/ou d'outillage.
  7. Écrin (1) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins un dit plateau (4) comporte au moins une poche (40) pour la réception de façon complémentaire d'au moins un dit support (3) dans une position géométrique particulière dudit support (3) par rapport audit écrin (1).
  8. Écrin (1) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins un dit support (3) comporte des moyens d'immobilisation (30) pour le maintien d'une pièce d'horlogerie ou de joaillerie (10).
  9. Écrin (1) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en que ledit fond (6) ou ledit couvercle (5) comporte au moins une paroi latérale (20), en ce que ledit couvercle (5) ou respectivement ledit fond (6) est articulé sur au moins une dite paroi latérale (20), en ce que ladite boîte (2) comporte des moyens de maintien en position fermée et/ou de verrouillage (50) entre ledit couvercle (5) ou respectivement ledit fond (6) et au moins une dite paroi latérale (20).
