Claims (3)
- Ein Hochfrequenzfilter mit einer Hohlraumstruktur, wobei das Hochfrequenzfilter Folgendes umfasst:ein Gehäuse (22), das im Inneren einen Hohlraum und eine offene Seite aufweist, um mindestens einen Hohlraum zu bilden;mindestens ein Resonanzelement (42), das sich in dem Hohlraum des Gehäuses (22) befindet;einen Deckel (12), der so konfiguriert ist, dass er die offene Seite des Gehäuses (22) verschließt, und der mindestens ein Durchgangsloch (122) umfasst, das mit einem Innengewinde versehen ist und einen vorbestimmten Durchmesser an einer Position aufweist, die dem mindestens einen Resonanzelement (42) entspricht;eine Abstimm-Metallplatte (62), die zwischen der Abdeckung (12) und dem Gehäuse (22) angeordnet ist und in ihrer Größe der Abdeckung (12) entspricht; undmindestens eine Frequenzabstimmungsschraube (32), die so konfiguriert ist, dass sie mit dem mindestens einen Durchgangsloch des Deckels (12) verschraubt werden kann,so dass die Abstimm-Metallplatte (62) lokal entsprechend und durch die mindestens eine Frequenzabstimmungsschraube (32) in Richtung des mindestens einen Resonanzelements (42) gedrückt wird,dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das mindestens eine Durchgangsloch (122) der Abdeckung (12) ein unteres Ende aufweist, das an der Abstimm-Metallplatte (62) anliegt und mit einem abgestuften Abschnitt (b) ausgebildet ist, so dass es einen größeren Durchmesser als ein Durchmesser anderer Abschnitte aufweist.
- Hochfrequenzfilter nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Abstimm-Metallplatte (62) durch ein Lötverfahren fest an der Abdeckung (12) angebracht ist.
- Hochfrequenzfilter nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobeidas Gehäuse (22) mindestens zwei Hohlräume aufweist,die mindestens zwei Hohlräume ein Kopplungsfenster (224) aufweisen, das als Verbindungsdurchgang zwischen den Hohlräumen ausgebildet ist,der Deckel (12) ein Schraubenloch (124) aufweist, das in dem Deckel (120) an einer Position ausgebildet ist, die dem Kopplungsfenster (224) entspricht,die Metallplatte (62) mit einem Durchgangsloch (622) zur Kupplungsabstimmung an einer Position versehen ist, die dem in der Abdeckung (120) ausgebildeten Schraubenloch (124) entspricht, undeine Kupplungsabstimmungsschraube (52), die mit dem Schraubenloch (124) verschraubt ist, in Richtung des Kupplungsfensters (224) durch das Schraubenloch (124) und das Durchgangsloch (622) zur Kupplungsabstimmung vorsteht.
