Claims (10)
- Fluidzirkulationspumpe, die für eine Hydraulikanlage bestimmt ist, umfassend:- einen Pumpenkörper, umfassend eine Zirkulationszone, die dazu vorgesehen ist, ein Fluid von einer Ansaugöffnung zu einer Auslassöffnung zirkulieren zu lassen,- einen Elektromotor (24), umfassend einen beweglichen Teil (20) und einen festen Teil (30), wobei der bewegliche Teil (20) einen Rotor umfasst, der in einem Tragrohr (24a), das gegenüber der Zirkulationszone dicht ist, angeordnet ist, wobei der feste Teil (30) einen Stator (24b) umfasst, der in einem Gehäuse (31), das mit dem Pumpenkörper verbunden ist, angeordnet ist, wobei das Tragrohr (24a) an einem seiner Enden geschlossen und gegenüber der Zirkulationszone mit dem anderen seiner Enden mit einer Wand (32), die das Gehäuse (31) verschließt, dicht verbunden ist, um eine gegenüber der Zirkulationszone dichte Kammer zu bilden, die durch das Gehäuse (31), das Tragrohr (24a) und die Wand (32) begrenzt ist, wobei die Kammer ein Element (24a, 32) umfasst, von dem mindestens ein bestimmter Teil (24a, 32) geeignet ist, sich unter der Wirkung des von einem in der Zirkulationszone zirkulierenden Fluid ausgeübten Drucks zu verformen oder zu verlagern,- eine elektronische Steuerung (22), die eingerichtet ist, um den Elektromotor zu steuern,- mindestens einen Sensor (40), der an die elektronische Steuerung (22) angeschlossen ist, der in der Kammer angeordnet und geeignet ist, direkt oder indirekt eine Verlagerung oder eine Verformung des bestimmten Teils (24a, 32) ohne Kontakt mit einem in der Zirkulationszone zirkulierenden Fluid zu messen,dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die elektronische Steuerung (22) eingerichtet ist, um einen vom Sensor (40) empfangenen Messwert in eine Distanz (d) umzuformen, um die Distanz (d) mit einer Referenzdistanz zu vergleichen, und um eine Distanzabweichung von der Referenzdistanz in einen Druckwert eines in der Zirkulationszone zirkulierenden Fluids umzuformen.
- Zirkulationspumpe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die elektronische Steuerung (22) eingerichtet ist, um einen vom Sensor (40) empfangenen Messwert in einen Druckwert eines in der Zirkulationszone zirkulierenden Fluids nach einer vorbestimmten Transferfunktion umzuformen.
- Zirkulationspumpe nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Sensor (40) ein sensitives Element (42) umfasst, das gegenüber dem bestimmten Teil (24a, 32) oder einem auf den bestimmten Teil (24a, 32) aufgesetzten Stück in einer Distanz zu diesem bestimmten Teil (24a, 32) bzw. diesem auf den bestimmten Teil (24a, 32) aufgesetzten Stück entsprechend der Referenzdistanz angeordnet ist, wobei das sensitive Element (42) geeignet ist, eine Größe in Zusammenhang mit der Distanz (d) zu messen, die es von dem bestimmten Teil (24a, 32) bzw. dem auf den bestimmten Teil (24a, 32) aufgesetzten Stück trennt.
- Zirkulationspumpe nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Sensor (40) ein reflektiver Sensor, beispielsweise vom Typ Licht- oder Ultraschallsensor, ist, der geeignet ist, ein Signal zu entsenden und ein Signal, das nach Reflexion auf dem bestimmten Teil (24a, 32) bzw. dem auf den bestimmten Teil (24a, 32) aufgesetzten Stück entsandt wird, zurück zu empfangen.
- Zirkulationspumpe nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Sensor (40) ein Sensor mit kapazitiver Wirkung ist, der geeignet ist, eine elektrische Kapazität proportional zu der Distanz zu messen, die ihn von dem bestimmten Teil (24a, 32) bzw. dem auf den bestimmten Teil (24a, 32) aufgesetzten Stück trennt.
- Zirkulationspumpe nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Sensor (40) ein Sensor mit induktiver Wirkung ist, der geeignet ist, ein elektromagnetisches Signal, das elektrischen Strom in dem bestimmten Teil (24a, 32) bzw. in dem auf dem bestimmten Teil (24a, 32) aufgesetzten Stück induziert, zu entsenden und eine Abschwächung des elektromagnetischen Signals, das durch den in dem bestimmten Teil (24a, 32) bzw. in dem auf den bestimmten Teil (24a, 32) aufgesetzten Stück zirkulierenden elektrischen Strom induziert wird, zu messen.
- Zirkulationspumpe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der bestimmte Teil (24a, 32) ein Teil der Wand (32) und/oder des Tragrohrs (24a) ist.
- Zirkulationspumpe nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei der die elektronische Steuerung (22) des Elektromotors (24) eingerichtet ist, um den Informationsaustausch mit dem Sensor (40) und externen Steuerelementen, wie einem Kesselregler, mit Hilfe eines Kommunikationsmittels, beispielsweise vom Typ Kommunikationsbus oder Kommunikation durch Impulsbreitenmodulation eines elektronischen Signal, zu ermöglichen, wobei das Kommunikationsmittel geeignet ist, die elektronische Steuerung (22) an eines oder mehrere der externen Steuerelemente anzuschließen.
- Hydraulikanlage, umfassend einen oder mehrere Fluidzirkulationswege, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie eine Zirkulationspumpe nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche umfasst.
- Hydraulikanlage nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie externe Steuerelemente umfasst, wie einen Kesselregler, und ein Kommunikationsmittel, beispielsweise vom Typ Kommunikationsbus oder Kommunikation durch Impulsbreitenmodulation eines elektronischen Signals, wobei das Kommunikationsmittel die elektronische Steuerung (22) des Elektromotors (24) an eines oder mehrere der externen Steuerelemente anschließt, um den Informationsaustausch zwischen dieser elektronischen Steuerung (22), dem Sensor (40) und den externen Steuerelementen zu ermöglichen.
