Claims (5)
- Structure de câblage à vis avant, comprenantun boîtier (1), une vis de fixation (4), un bloc de presse rotatif (6), une feuille de ressort de rappel (7) et un conducteur électrique (8), dans laquelle le conducteur électrique (8) est fixé dans le boîtier (1),une extrémité de la feuille de ressort de rappel (7) est serrée sur le boîtier (1) et l'autre extrémité de celle-ci vient en butée contre le bloc de presse rotatif (6),une face latérale du bloc de presse rotatif (6) est pourvue d'un arbre rotatif ou d'une tige de connexion, le bloc de presse rotatif (6) a une forme de came et la feuille de ressort de rappel (7) a une section courbée conforme à la forme de came du bloc de presse rotatif (6),une extrémité de la vis de fixation (4) vient en butée contre le bloc de presse rotatif (6)caractérisée en ce quele conducteur électrique (8) comprend une pièce métallique conductrice (81) en matériau conducteur et un cadre de câblage (82) en matériau non conducteur, dans laquelle le cadre de câblage (82) est fixé dans le boîtier (1), une extrémité de la pièce métallique conductrice (81) est insérée dans le cadre de câblage (82) et l'autre extrémité de celle-ci traverse le boîtier (1) et s'étend hors du boîtier (1), et le bloc de presse rotatif (6) est connecté en rotation au cadre de câblage (82),une partie bosselée (822) est prévue au niveau du cadre de câblage (82) du conducteur électrique (8), la partie bosselée (822) est pourvue d'un trou fileté, et la vis de fixation (4) est vissée à la partie bosselée (822),dans laquelleune première face dentée (62) est disposée sur une paroi en arc de cercle d'un côté du bloc de presse rotatif (6).
- Structure de câblage à vis avant selon la revendication 1, caractérisée par le fait que le cadre de câblage (82) est pourvu d'un trou rotatif (821) pour connecter le bloc de presse rotatif (6), le trou rotatif (821) étant un trou oblong en forme de « r ».
- Structure de câblage à vis avant selon la revendication 2, caractérisée par le fait que la pièce métallique conductrice (81) est en forme d'angle droit, que plusieurs languettes saillantes (811) sont disposées sur un côté de la pièce métallique conductrice (81), et qu'une deuxième face dentée (812) est disposée sur une paroi latérale de l'autre côté de la pièce métallique conductrice (81).
- Structure de câblage à vis avant selon la revendication 1, caractérisée par le fait que la vis de fixation (4) comprend une partie filetée et une partie lisse, le diamètre de la partie lisse est plus petit que le diamètre de la partie filetée, et la partie lisse de la vis de fixation (4) vient en butée contre le bloc de presse rotatif (6).
- Structure de câblage à vis avant selon la revendication 1, caractérisée par le fait que le boîtier (1) est en plastique et comprend un boîtier supérieur (11) et un boîtier inférieur (12), le boîtier supérieur (11) et le boîtier inférieur (12) étant engagés l'un avec l'autre.
