FIGURENBESCHREIBUNGFIGURE DESCRIPTION

Die in Fig. 1 dargestellte Vorrichtung 1 zur Haarverlängerung umfasst eine erste Vielzahl von ersten Haaren 2 und eine zweite Vielzahl von zweiten Haaren 3. Alle Haare 2, 3 verlaufen von einem Trägerband 4 in einer Hauptrichtung 5 weg. Dabei ist das Trägerband 4 mit seiner Haupterstreckungsrichtung quer zu der Hauptrichtung 5 ausgerichtet. Die Haare 2, 3 enden mit ihren oberen Enden 6, 7 am oberen Rand 8 des Trägerbands 4. Alle oberen Enden 6 und 7 sind in der Hauptrichtung 5 parallel zueinander ausgerichtet. Die oberen Enden 6 der ersten Haare 2 sind in eine erste Kunststoffmatrix 9 eingebettet. Die Kunststoffmatrix 9 bedeckt die gesamte Vorderseite des Trägerbands 4 und schließt nach außen mit einer matten ersten Abdeckschicht ab, die ein erstes Abdeckband 26 umfasst. Die Enden 7 der zweiten Haare 3 sind in eine Kunststoffmatrix 10 eingebettet, die nach außen mit einer matten zweiten Abdeckschicht abschließt, die ein zweites Abdeckband 27 umfasst. Die Kunststoffmatrix 10 ist angrenzend an den oberen Rand 8 auf der ersten Kunststoffmatrix 9 angeordnet und erstreckt sich in der Hauptrichtung 5 nur über einen Teil der ersten Kunststoffmatrix 9 und des Trägerbands 4. Konkret beträgt dieser Teil nur etwa ein Fünftel bis ein Drittel der Breite des Trägerbands 4 in der Hauptrichtung 5. Über den restlichen Teil des Trägerbands 4 und der ersten Kunststoffmatrix 9 hinweg verlaufen die zweiten Haare 3 frei. Von außen sind die erste Kunststoffmatrix 9 und die zweite Kunststoffmatrix 10 einschließlich ihrer Abdeckbänder 26, 27 bis zu den eingebetteten Haaren 2, 3 transluzent, so dass auch die eingebetteten Haare 2, 3 den optischen Eindruck der ersten Kunststoffmatrix 9 und der zweiten Kunststoffmatrix 10 mitbestimmen. Die Anzahl der zweiten Haare 3 ist etwa so groß wie die Anzahl der ersten Haare 2. Sie kann aber auch kleiner oder größer sein. Nach dem Abtrocknen der zweiten Klebstoffschicht wird nahe des oberen Rands des Trägerbands 4 in einem Schritt 19 eine vierte Klebstoffschicht auf das erste Abdeckband 26 aufgetragen. Dieses Auftragen erfolgt aber nur über einen Teil der Breite des Trägerbands 4. In einem Schritt 20 werden anschließend die zweiten Haare 3 mit ihren oberen Enden 7 auf die vierte Klebstoffschicht aufgelegt. In einem Schritt 21 wird dann eine fünfte Klebstoffschicht auf die oberen Enden 7 der zweiten Haare 3 aufgetragen. Die fünfte Klebstoffschicht wird in einem Schritt 22 mit dem zweiten Abdeckband abgedeckt. In einem Schritt 23, der auch zu einem anderen Zeitpunkt des Verfahrens durchgeführt werden kann, werden die dritte Klebstoffschicht 11 und die diese abdeckende Schutzfolie 12 an der Rückseite des Trägerbands 4 angebracht. In einem Schritt 24 erfolgt zur Ausbildung der fertigen Vorrichtung 1 das Zuschneiden des Trägerbands 4 mit allen darauf angebrachten Schichten 11, Haaren 2, 3 und Abdeckbändern 26, 17 seitlich und am oberen Rand 8 des Trägerbands 4. Nach dem Zuschneiden enden alle Haare 2, 3 am oberen Rand 4 des Trägerbands 4. Bei diesem Aushärten erfolgt auch ein Anbinden der ersten Kunststoffmatrix 9 an das Trägerband 4, ein Anbinden oder Einbetten des ersten Abdeckbands 26 an bzw. in die erste Kunststoffmatrix 9, ein Anbinden der zweiten Kunststoffmatrix 10 an das erste Abdeckband 26 und ein Anbinden oder Einbetten des zweiten Abdeckbands 27 an bzw. in die zweite Kunststoffmatrix 10. Es versteht sich, dass die erste und zweite Klebstoffschicht mit den eingebetteten ersten Haaren 2 und dem aufgelegten ersten Abdeckband 26, bevor die vierte Klebstoffschicht aufgebracht wird, auf die die zweiten Haare 3 aufgelegt werden, soweit abgetrocknet oder ausgehärtet werden, dass die zweiten Haare 3 unterhalb der zweiten Kunststoffmatrix 10 nicht mit der zweiten Klebstoffschicht oder dem ersten Abdeckband 26 verkleben. Claims (13)

  1. Device (1) for hair supplementation comprising
    - first hairs (2), which are aligned parallel to each other at their upper ends in a main direction (5) and are embedded and anchored in a first plastic matrix (9),
    - a carrier tape (4) running transversely to the main direction (5), on the front side of which the first plastic matrix (9) is attached, the first plastic matrix (9) extending over the full width of the carrier tape (4) in the main direction (5), and
    - a layer of adhesive (3) covering the back of the carrier tape (4), adapted to fix the carrier tape (4) to natural hair (14) of a wearer of the hair supplement device (1),
    - second hairs (3) which are aligned parallel to each other at their upper ends in the main direction (5) and are embedded and anchored in a second plastic matrix (10),
    - wherein the second hairs (3) below the second plastic matrix (10) run freely in the main direction (5) across the first plastic matrix (9),
    characterized in
    - that the first plastic matrix (9) is covered with a first matt covering layer on its outer side facing away from the carrier tape (4), and
    - that the first and the second hairs (2, 3) end in the main direction (5) with the first or second plastic matrix (9, 10) at an upper edge (8) of the carrier tape (4), wherein the second plastic matrix (10) is arranged at the upper edge (8) of the carrier tape (4) on the first matt covering layer, wherein the second plastic matrix (10) extends in the main direction (5) over not more than a half of the width of the carrier tape (4), and wherein the second hairs (3) below the second plastic matrix (10) run freely in the main direction (5) across the first matt covering layer.
  2. Device (1) of claim 1, characterized in that the second plastic matrix (10) is covered with a second matt covering layer on its outer side facing away from the carrier tape (4),
  3. Device (1) of claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the second plastic matrix (10) extends in the main direction (5) over no more than one third of the width of the carrier tape (4).
  4. Device (1) of any of the preceding claims, characterized in that the first covering layer and, if present, the second covering layer comprise a covering tape (26, 27).
  5. Device (1) of any of the preceding claims, characterized in that the first and/or second plastic matrix (9, 10) and, if present, its covering layer is/are transparent or translucent from the outside up to the hairs (2, 3).
  6. Device (1) of any of the preceding claims, characterized in that
    - the second plastic matrix (10) extends in the main direction (5) over 2 to 6 mm or 2.5 to 4 mm, and/or
    - the first plastic matrix (9) and the carrier tape (4) extend in the main direction (5) over 5 to 15 mm or 6 to 12 mm.
  7. Device (1) of any of the preceding claims, characterized in that the second hairs (3) account for 30 to 70 % or 45 to 60 % of all the hairs (2, 3) of the device (1).
  8. Device (1) of any of the preceding claims, characterized in that the second plastic matrix (10) extends transversely to the main direction (5) up to the carrier band ends of the carrier band (4) and/or up to the matrix ends of the first plastic matrix (9) and that a length of the carrier band (4) between its carrier band ends is 10 to 50 mm or 15 to 40 mm.
  9. Device (1) of any of the preceding claims, characterized in that the carrier tape (4), the first plastic matrix (9) and the second plastic matrix (10) have a predetermined bending point (13) halfway along the carrier tape (4) transversely to the main direction (5), at which a material cross-section of the carrier tape (4) and/or of the first plastic matrix (9) and/or of the second plastic matrix (10) is reduced by at least 10 % compared with regions adjoining transversely to the main direction (4).
  10. Device (1) of any of the preceding claims, characterized in that the adhesive layer (11) is covered with a removable protective film on its outer side facing away from the carrier tape (4).
  11. Device (1) of claim 10, characterized in that the protective film is divided transversely to the main direction (5) into two sections at half the length of the carrier tape (4).
  12. Method of manufacturing a device (1) for hair supplementation of any of the preceding claims,
    - wherein a first adhesive layer is applied to a front side of a carrier tape (4),
    - wherein first hairs (2), which are aligned parallel to each other at their upper ends in a main direction (5), are placed on the first adhesive layer and covered with a second adhesive layer,
    - wherein the second adhesive layer is covered with a first covering tape (26) and
    - wherein a back of the carrier tape (4) is covered with a third adhesive layer (11) adapted to attach the carrier tape (4) to natural hairs (14) of a wearer of the hair supplement device (1),
    characterized in
    - that after the second adhesive layer has dried, a fourth adhesive layer is applied to the first covering tape (26), the fourth adhesive layer extending in the upper region of the carrier tape (4) and in the main direction (5) over not more than a half of the width of the carrier tape (4),
    - that second hairs (3), which are aligned parallel to one another at their upper ends in the main direction (5), are placed on the fourth adhesive layer and covered with a fifth adhesive layer, and
    - that the carrier tape with the layers (12), hairs (2, 3) and covering tapes (26, 27) arranged thereon is cut to size in such a way that the first and second hairs (2, 3) end in the main direction (5) with the first or second plastic matrix (9, 10) at the upper edge of the carrier tape.
  13. Method of claim 12, characterized in
    - that the third adhesive layer is covered with a removable protective film (12) and/or
    - that the fifth adhesive layer is covered with a second covering tape (27).
