Definitions
- the present invention relates to a recessed luminaire, in particular for force-reducing and stepless 360 ° adjustment.
- recessed lights in particular recessed lights for attachment to a wall or ceiling, the radiation direction of a light arranged in the recessed downlight only limited, difficult or even not set.
- Such known recessed lights are often rigidly mounted in the wall or ceiling and radiate only in a predetermined direction of the lamp.
- Other known recessed lights are designed to be pivotable in stages, so that the lamps arranged therein remain in a plurality of predetermined holding positions.
- Recessed lights are also known, which are infinitely movable and adjustable by means of bearings. Such recessed lights are mounted uniaxially or biaxially rotatory. In order to release a rotational movement, these recessed lights preferably have an inner ring and an outer ring, which are connected to one another via a guide rod and corresponding recesses on the respective other inner or outer ring. So that a recessed light can move in a second rotational axis, a further ring between the outer and the inner ring is arranged, which has on the inside or outside another guide rod. This further guide rod is preferably arranged offset by 90 ° to the other guide rod.
- the recessed luminaires with two degrees of rotational freedom do not have the possibility of a 360 ° adjustment. To achieve this, another ring would be needed, such as an Aerotrim designed for pilot training.
- the known recessed lights therefore have the disadvantage that they can either achieve no 360 ° -Justage and / or frequent adjustment of the holding position, the construction is more susceptible to interference by more parts and also priced more expensive and possibly unprofitable.

Description
The present invention relates to a recessed luminaire, in particular for force-reducing and stepless 360 ° adjustment.
Known recessed lights, in particular recessed lights for attachment to a wall or ceiling, the radiation direction of a light arranged in the recessed downlight only limited, difficult or even not set. Such known recessed lights are often rigidly mounted in the wall or ceiling and radiate only in a predetermined direction of the lamp. Other known recessed lights are designed to be pivotable in stages, so that the lamps arranged therein remain in a plurality of predetermined holding positions.
Recessed lights are also known, which are infinitely movable and adjustable by means of bearings. Just like the recessed luminaires with only one rotational degree of freedom, the recessed luminaires with two degrees of rotational freedom do not have the possibility of a 360 ° adjustment. To achieve this, another ring would be needed, such as an Aerotrim designed for pilot training.
The known recessed lights therefore have the disadvantage that they can either achieve no 360 ° -Justage and / or frequent adjustment of the holding position, the construction is more susceptible to interference by more parts and also priced more expensive and possibly unprofitable.
The object of the present invention is to provide a recessed luminaire which does not have the above disadvantages.
This object is achieved by a recessed luminaire according to claim 1.
The recessed luminaire according to the invention comprises at least one condyle and at least one socket, wherein the socket comprises a Gelenkpfannenseitenwand with a Gelenkpfanneninnenfläche, wherein the Gelenkpfannen inner surface comprises at least one contact attachment for at least partial abutment on the condyle.
The terms socket and condyle are known from the anatomy. The socket surrounds the condyle beyond its circumference.
In a preferred embodiment, the condyle is substantially a spherical element which is arranged to be continuously rotatable in a cavity within the socket.

Vorzugsweise erstreckt sich die Gelenkpfannenseitenwand rotationssymmetrisch um die Mittellängsachse (z).In a preferred embodiment, the socket has on an upper side an upper joint socket end and on a lower side a lower joint socket end. Preferably, the Gelenkpfannenseitenwand is disposed between the upper joint cup end and the lower joint cup end. The joint socket inner surface of the joint socket which surrounds the at least one contact attachment extends on one side of the side wall of the joint socket side facing the central longitudinal axis (z). More preferably, the joint socket inner surface extends over the entire joint socket side wall from the upper joint socket end to the lower joint socket end. Preferably, the Gelenkpfannenseitenwand extends rotationally symmetrical about the central longitudinal axis (z).

On an inner side of the at least one stop plate, the inner surface of the joint socket extends, at least one partial surface thereof. The stop plate preferably has approximately the first radius (r 1 ) on the inner surface of the joint socket. The at least one stop plate is preferably slightly inwardly, on the central longitudinal axis (z) to extend, arched, so that the stop plates in the direction of the central longitudinal axis (z) and with a kind of curvature on the central longitudinal axis (z) to extend. Due to the thin-walled thickness D, the at least one stop plate is preferably elastic and allows removal of the joint head in the direction of the lower joint cup end as soon as a corresponding force F is exerted on the joint head. The preferred plurality of stop plates extending around the central longitudinal axis (z) have a preferred notch between the respective stop plates. The notch forms the distance of the stop plates to each other. When removing the condyle, the at least one stop plate to the outside, away from the central longitudinal axis (z), pushed or bent and the condyle can be removed. Preferably, the stopper plates have a snap-action function in that, upon contact with the condyle, the latter first pushes or bends elastically outward and thus away from the central longitudinal axis (z) and then back to the central longitudinal axis (z).
Preferably, the recessed light is installed on the retaining spring and / or the pressure plate in a wall or cover. Once the recessed light is embedded in a wall or ceiling, preferably the projection of the socket, which is further preferably designed as a jewelry and / or glare ring, outside of the wall or ceiling with its bottom on this. The retaining spring and / or the pressure plate are mounted inside and / or behind the wall or ceiling and prevent by means of positive and / or traction unintentional removal of the recessed light.
In order to achieve the installed state, the recessed light is guided on or in a recess in the wall or ceiling. Optionally, retaining spring and / or pressure plate, which are arranged laterally on the recessed light, when inserted into the wall or ceiling, a resistance that must be overcome. In a movement of the recessed light in the recess of the wall or ceiling and a contact of the retaining spring and / or pressure plate with an edge of the recess, these deform elastically in partial areas and on the central longitudinal axis (z). After reaching the installed state, retaining spring and / or pressure plate preferably relax completely. More preferably, retaining spring and / or pressure plate relax substantially and remain taut in and / or behind the wall or ceiling.
Advantageously, the recessed luminaire allows a force-reducing and stepless substantially 360 ° -Justage, wherein the contact attachment of the socket reduces contact with the condyle and reduces their friction to each other.

The
Between the
The embodiments illustrated in the figures are not to be construed restrictively. Rather, features described therein can be combined with each other and with the features described above to further embodiments. Thus, the recessed light can have laterally arranged retaining springs and / or pressure plates in combination or individually. Also, the Gelenkpfannenseitwand can not include stop plates, but is formed without such with a trained as an annular bead contact cap on the Gelenkpfanneninnenfläche, preferably adjacent to the lower hinge cup end. Furthermore, one or a plurality of lighting means can be arranged in the interior of the recessed light. Accordingly, the condyle on the bottom part thus has a plurality of Leuchtmittelfassungen. The reference numerals indicated in the description of the figures and the claims do not limit the scope of protection of the present invention, but merely refer to the embodiments shown in the figures. With the present invention, a recessed luminaire is thus provided, which allows a force-reducing and stepless substantially 360 ° -Justage, wherein the contact cap the joint socket reduces contact with the condyle and reduces their friction with each other.
