Claims (9)
- Cooking device (1), comprising- a hob (2) composed of a plurality of surface portions (21),- a heating device (3) having a plurality of heating units (31) for heating pots (5) which are positioned on the hob (2), each heating unit (31) being associated with at least one surface portion (21),- a detection device (4) for detecting the position of pots (5) on the hob (2) and for identifying one or more occupied surface portions (21) on which pots (5) are positioned, and- a display apparatus (6) for displaying an operating state of the occupied surface portion(s) (21) and/or the associated heating unit (31),- the display apparatus (6) having a display surface (61) designed as a touch-sensitive touch display that corresponds to a smaller hob surface (22) of the hob (2),- and the display apparatus (6) being designed to display a pot (5) detected by the detection device (4) on the occupied surface portion(s) (21) by means of at least one geometric element (62) in a region (611) of the display surface (61) that is associated with the occupied surface portion(s) (21) of the hob (2), characterised in that- the geometric element (62) is designed as a line element having a dividing line (621) and a transverse line (622) extending in the centre perpendicularly to the dividing line (621) as a cross, the geometric element comprising sub-regions (623) on both sides of the dividing line (621) and the transverse line (622) as four quadrants, and- the display apparatus (6) is designed to display a plurality of operating parameters (63) of the occupied surface portion(s) (21) and/or the associated heating unit (31) in the sub-regions (623) of the geometric element (62), a user selecting the displayed operating parameters of a pot (5) by touch and being able to change them in a further step using an optically designed adjustment capability which is also visualised on the display surface (61).

- Cooking device (1) according to either of the preceding claims, characterised in that a linear expansion of the dividing line (621) and the transverse line (622) and an orientation of the geometric element (62) depends on a size of the pot (5) detected by the detection device (4) and its orientation on the hob (2) such that the linear expansion of the dividing line (621) in its direction of extension is different from a linear expansion of the transverse line (622) in its direction of extension if the pot (5) has an elliptical or rectangular but not square bottom.
- Cooking device (1) according to any of the preceding claims, characterised in that the display apparatus (6) is designed to change the colour and/or type of line of the geometric element (62) depending on an operating state of the heating unit(s) (31) for heating the detected pot (5) and/or the occupied surface portion(s) (21) and/or the presence of the detected pot (5) on the surface portion(s) (21).
- Cooking device (1) according to any of the preceding claims, characterised in that the display apparatus (6) is designed to change the colour of each displayed operating parameter (63) depending on a setting capability of the operating parameter (63).
- Cooking device (1) according to claim 5, characterised in that the touch display is designed to move the geometric element (62) and/or to allow it to move in at least one further region (611) of the display surface (61) if a movement of the pot (5) on the hob (2) is detected by the detection apparatus (4), which region is associated with the surface portion(s) (21) of the hob (2) onto which the pot (5) has been moved.
- Cooking device (1) according to claim 6, characterised by a memory means which stores operating parameters (63) associated with the geometric element (62) such that, when the geometric element (62) is moved, the operating parameters associated with the geometric element (62) are moved together with the geometric element (62).
- Cooking device according to any of the preceding claims, characterised in that the touch display is designed such that a displayed linear expansion and/or orientation of the geometric element (62) can be adjusted.
- Cooking device according to any of the preceding claims, wherein the touch display is designed such that a displayed linear expansion and/or orientation of the geometric element can be adjusted, wherein the dividing line and/or transverse line can be made larger or smaller by the user by means of zooming in or out in order to influence the size of the heated zone in relation to the bottom of the pot.
