  • the harness 10 comprises two harness connectors 100 disposed at a front of the harness 10.
  • the harness connector 100 is formed of a rigid material (such as a metal) and is preferably formed of a lightweight metal such as aluminium.
  • the connector 100 comprises a first closed loop frame portion 110 which defines a first aperture 111 .
  • the connector 100 further comprises at least two second frame portions 120 rigidly coupled to the first frame portion 1 10 (or otherwise integrally formed therewith) disposed on opposing sides of the first frame 1 10 on an outer periphery thereof.
  • the second frame portions 120 separately define a second aperture 121 having a substantially circular shape.
  • the connector 100 further comprises a bridging member 130 which extends across the first aperture 111 and is rigidly coupled at each end thereof with the first frame portion 110 or otherwise formed integrally therewith.

  • the rope bridge 60 serves as an attachment point for securing a rope (not shown), and may comprise a ring 62 or similar threaded thereon for facilitating the attachment of a rope (not shown) to the rope bridge 60 using a karabiner (not shown) or similar for suspending a user above the ground.

Abstract

L'invention concerne un harnais destiné à soutenir un utilisateur en position suspendue, conjointement avec un raccord de harnais. Le harnais comprend une ceinture destinée à entourer la taille d'un utilisateur, et deux bandes de jambe conçues pour entourer les jambes gauche et droite d'un utilisateur. Le harnais comprend en outre un berceau destiné à accoupler les bandes de jambe à la ceinture, et qui comprend au moins deux raccords de harnais. Les raccords de harnais comprennent un premier cadre en boucle fermée définissant une première ouverture, au moins deux seconds cadres en boucle fermée solidarisés au premier cadre, chaque second cadre en boucle fermée définissant une deuxième ouverture, et un élément de liaison qui s'étend sur la première ouverture entre lesdits deux seconds cadres.
