FIG. 8 is a partially exploded view of the self-balancing wheel device according to Example 2 of the present invention; - The present invention will be further described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments.
- In example 1, as shown in
FIG. 1 to FIG. 5 , a self-balancing wheel device comprises a mounting block 1. Abalancing sheet 2 is hinged on the side face of the mounting block 1 via ahinge shaft 10, and thebalancing sheet 2 is attached on the side faces of the mounting block 1along the elongation direction of the mounting block 1. The balancingsheet 2 is provided withwheels 3 on two sides of thehinge shaft 10 respectively. Thewheels 3 at both ends of thebalancing sheet 2 can be rotated around thehinge shaft 10, and the mechanism is similar to the seesaw. The mounting block 1 is provided with a blockingportion 18 which can block the rotation of thebalancing sheet 2. When the balancingsheet 2 swings, it is blocked by the blockingportion 18 to prevent excessive swinging. Thebalancing sheet 2 is provided with two pieces, the connection line of two pieces of thebalancing sheet 2 is perpendicular to the sliding direction of the mounting block 1. The mounting block 1 is sandwiched by the two pieces of thebalancing sheet 2, and thebalancing sheet 2 is attached on two opposite side faces of the mounting block 1, and eachbalancing sheet 2 is provided withwheels 3. In the embodiment, twowheels 3 are arranged on thebalancing sheet 2, thebalancing sheet 2 has a "π" shape, and thewheels 3 on thebalancing sheet 2 slide in a guide groove. When sliding inside, when the unevenness occurs in one guide rail, the twowheels 3 on the balancingsheet 2 swing around thehinge shaft 10 under the gravity of the door leaf to realize automatic balance, so that the door leaf slides smoothly. - The mounting block 1 is provided with a
mounting cavity 13 in the middle of the mounting block 1. A rotatingcolumn 4 is disposed in themounting cavity 13 in a relatively rotatable manner. The rotatingcolumn 4 is placed in themounting cavity 13. The rotating shaft of the rotatingcolumn 4 is parallel to the sliding direction of the mounting block 1, and the mounting block 1 is provided with amounting hole 14 communicating with themounting cavity 13. The mounting block 1 is further provided with asteering column 15 inserted from themounting hole 14 into therotating column 4, and thesteering column 15 is extended from themounting hole 14 and connected to the door leaf. The size of the opening of themounting hole 14 limits the swinging amplitude of thesteering column 15, and prevents thesteering column 15 from excessively swinging, so that thesteering column 15 will rotate therotating column 4 to swing in the direction of thebalancing sheet 2 on both sides. - When the heights of guide rail are different, and under the gravity of the door leaf, the rotating
column 4 will rotate and swing, thereby adjusting the height of thewheels 3 of the twobalancing sheets 2, that is, adjusting the height of thewheels 3 in the guide rail, ensuring a smooth sliding of the door leaf. A nut groove 41 is disposed in the rotatingcolumn 4, and the nut groove 41 is provided with anut 42 for inserting and screwing thesteering column 15, and therotating column 4 is threaded connected with thesteering column 15 by thenut 42, which is simple and convenient to install. - In example 2, as shown in
FIG. 6 to FIG. 8 , the difference from example 1 is that thebalancing sheet 2 is provided with four pieces. The mounting block 1 is provided with a left arm 11 and aright arm 12 at both extending ends of the mounting block 1, and four pieces of thebalancing sheet 2 are provided and arranged on opposite sides of the left arm 11 and theright arm 12 respectively. Each balancingsheet 2 is provided with twowheels 3, so that there are eightwheels 3, and thewheels 3 on the same side are placed in the same guide rail. Since there aremany wheels 3, if fourwheels 3 are placed on onebalancing sheet 2, thebalancing sheet 2 will be too long and the swing amplitude will be too large. Therefore, each side of the mounting block is provided with two pieces of balancingsheet 2. Two opposite side faces of the left arm 11 is provided with aleft gasket groove 16 respectively, and two opposite side faces of theright arm 12 is provided with has aright gasket groove 17 respectively; and two side faces of the mounting block 1 are provided with a mountinggasket 5 respectively, and two ends of the mountinggasket 5 extend into the chamber of theleft gasket groove 16 and theright gasket groove 17 respectively, and thebalancing sheet 2 is attached on the outer wall of the mountinggasket 5. - Since the
balancing sheet 2 on the same side are provided separately, the mountinggasket 5 is attached to the side face of the mounting block 1 for the purpose of securing the strength of the mounting block 1.
