Stand der TechnikState of the art

A clean, dust-free and possibly germ-free atmosphere prevails in a clean room. Nowadays, ultra-clean rooms are used in a variety of ways, for example in the pharmaceutical industry, in microelectronics, in precision mechanics or in optics.

In the manufacture of different products, particularly pharmaceuticals, it is often necessary that each product is manufactured in a separate such clean room, which must be free of dust and germs. In order to be able to manufacture several different products at the same time in a larger factory space, the factory space has to be divided into many smaller clean rooms, so that there are separate clean rooms that can be used for the production of a product. This construction of the separated clean rooms is done by arranging wall elements on the building walls and / or building ceilings and / or building floors and by arranging functional elements, for example doors for entering the clean rooms or supply shafts in these wall elements. In addition, glass elements can be used through which an operator can, for example, monitor a machine working in the interior of a clean room without having to enter the clean room. In addition, such glass walls also have a particularly advantageous effect on the lighting of the clean rooms.

The WO 2004/009928 A1 describes a building wall with a support frame made of profiles which are arranged on the floor and on the ceiling, as well as such profiles for the building wall. The DE 91 01 799 U1 discloses a clean room system according to the preamble of claim 1. It relates to a connection system for wall elements of a clean room wall. Each wall element is connected to a floor anchor and a sealed ceiling connection. On its lower edge, the wall element has a connection profile in which a groove accessible from below is formed. In addition, a U-shaped compensation profile is provided which has a roof-shaped projection that engages in the groove and thus secures the wall element. Finally, a U-shaped floor rail is provided which is attached to the floor and onto which the compensation profile is attached. The distance between the compensation profile and the floor can be changed via an adjusting element which is formed on a holding element resting between the legs of the floor rail. The ceiling connection is essentially U-shaped and engages around the wall element in the pushed-in state.

Vorzugsweise verläuft die Nut über die gesamte Breite der Wandelemente.DISCLOSURE OF THE INVENTION A clean room system for high clean rooms is proposed. The clean room system comprises wall elements and fastening elements for fastening these wall elements to building floors and building ceilings. The wall elements have, at least on their side facing the floor, a groove which, in particular, runs parallel to the front of the wall elements. The groove preferably runs over the entire width of the wall elements.

Optionally, the wall elements also have a groove on the opposite side. This makes it possible to mount the wall elements in two different orientations. The wall elements consist for example of metal, in particular of a light metal such. B. aluminum, or made of plastic.

On the one hand, floor fastening elements for fastening the wall elements to a building floor are provided as fastening elements. The ground fastening element is preferably at least partially made of metal, in particular of a light metal such as. B. aluminum. The floor fastening element has at least one fastening rail to which the floor-side groove of the wall elements is adapted. More precisely, the shape and the depth of the groove are adapted to the shape and the height of the fastening rail. The shape here also includes a width of the groove or the fastening rail and an angle at which the two are formed in comparison to the bottom side or the floor fastening element. The fastening rail is preferably also made of metal, in particular of the same material as the fastening element, and is advantageously formed in one piece with the floor fastening element.

In addition, a U-shaped ceiling fastening element is provided for fastening the wall elements to a building ceiling. In the further description, “U-shaped” means that the element has two legs which protrude essentially at right angles from a common base in the same direction. The ceiling mounting element is preferably at least partially made of metal, in particular of a light metal such as. B. aluminum. The base of the U-shaped ceiling fastener is attached to the corner of the building. Any type of fastening means that provide enough support can be used for fastening, e.g. B. screws can be used.

The U-shaped ceiling fastening element is designed in such a way that the wall elements can be inserted between the legs of the U-shaped ceiling fastening element. According to the invention it is provided that the distance between the base of the ceiling fastening element and the edge or side of the wall elements pointing in the direction of the ceiling is equal to or greater than the height of the fastening rail. This structure is for assembling the Wall elements particularly well suited. In this way, the wall elements can first be pushed into the ceiling fastening element in a simple manner. If the upper edge of the wall elements is in contact with the base of the ceiling fastening element, the wall elements can be displaced, tilted and / or moved in such a way that the groove is positioned freely above the fastening rail. Since the distance between the base of the ceiling fastening element and the edge or side of the wall elements pointing in the direction of the ceiling is equal to or greater than the height of the fastening rail, the wall elements do not hit the fastening rail of the when they are fully inserted into the ceiling fastening element Floor fastening element. This advantageous combination of the mutually adapted spacing between the base of the ceiling fastening element and the ceiling-side edge of the wall elements with the height of the fastening rail consequently significantly simplifies the assembly of the wall elements. The wall element is then lowered and the fastening rail engages in the groove in the wall elements. The legs of the U-shaped ceiling fastening element are designed in such a way that, on the one hand, they enable the wall elements to be pushed in and, on the other hand, enclose the wall elements in the pushed-in state.

The floor fastening element has a U-shaped base part and a U-shaped end part. The base of the U-shaped floor part is arranged on the building floor in such a way that its legs point away from the floor. To attach the bottom part to the building floor, any type of fastening means that provide enough support, z. B. screws can be used. The end part has the fastening rail or fastening rails at its base in the opposite direction to its legs. The terminating part can be plugged onto the base part, the legs of the terminating part preferably encompassing or being encompassed by the legs of the base part. It is provided that when the legs of the terminating part encompass the legs of the bottom part, the distance between the inner edges of the legs of the terminating part is slightly smaller than the distance between the outer edges of the legs of the bottom part. This creates a mechanical tension between the legs when plugging on.

According to one aspect, the floor fastening element has two fastening rails which are arranged at a horizontal distance from one another. The two fastening rails preferably run essentially parallel to one another. One wall element can be inserted into each of the two fastening rails so that they are spaced apart from one another by the horizontal distance. Functional components, lines and the like, which are necessary for operation, can be installed in the space created as a result. Correspondingly, the ceiling fastening element can be adapted in that two U-shaped ceiling fastening elements are arranged next to one another with the horizontal spacing of the wall elements or a common element is provided which has two U-shaped ceiling fastening elements.

According to a further aspect, the U-shaped terminating part can have a plate which forms the base completely or at least partially. In other words, a plate is inserted into the base of the terminating part. The plate is releasably connected to the legs of the end part. For this connection of the plate with the legs, conventional fastening means which are easily detachable, e.g. B. screws can be used. The width of the plate is adapted to the width of the wall elements and the distance between the wall elements. If the floor fastening elements have two fastening rails, as described above, the two fastening rails on the end part are separated from one another by the plate. As a result, the horizontal distance between the wall elements and thus also the space available as installation space can be varied.

According to another aspect, the floor fastening element has an adjusting element which is arranged between the floor part and the terminating part. As an example, the adjusting element has a base body and a turntable, which are connected to one another via a screw. The base body is arranged on the base of the bottom part and the rotary plate is in contact with the end part. In particular, the turntable can preferably only be in contact with the plate of the closing part. The adjusting element is set up to move the terminating part and the bottom part with respect to one another and thus to change the vertical distance between the end part and the floor, as a result of which the wall elements can be adjusted in height.

According to one aspect, the floor fastening element has a groove which is arranged on the outside thereof where the wall elements sit on the floor fastening element. This is for example in the case of a floor fastening element with an above-described terminating part on the outer edge of the top of the terminating part. In this groove sealing material, such as. B. silicone, are inserted in order to hermetically seal the connection between the floor fastening element and the wall element.

According to one aspect, the floor fastening element, in particular the terminating part, has at least one recess for a corner connector which connects the floor fastening elements to one another across a corner. The corner connector is pushed into a recess in one of the floor fastening elements and fastened there. Then another floor fastening element is pushed with its recess onto the corner connector and then fastened. This allows room corners to be implemented in the clean rooms in a simple manner.

According to one aspect, the wall elements have struts reinforced with honeycombs, i.e. the struts are reinforced with a honeycomb structure. The struts and / or the honeycombs made of metal, in particular made of a light metal such as, for. B. formed aluminum. The struts reinforced with honeycombs are preferably arranged in vertical strips, preferably on the back of the wall elements. The struts reinforced with honeycomb serve to give the wall elements structural stability. In particular with regard to horizontally acting (shear) forces, the honeycomb structure offers increased stability, which counteracts any curvature of the wall elements. The additional stability is particularly effective with room-high wall elements - these are typically up to 4 m high.

According to one aspect, the clean room system additionally has stands, which are inserted into the floor fastening elements and into the ceiling fastening elements are insertable. The uprights form a conclusion for the wall elements and are used to support functional elements such. B. doors or windows to be attached and thus implemented in the clean room. The stands also have a groove on the bottom. This groove corresponds to the groove of the wall elements described at the beginning and is also adapted to the fastening rail. The stands are fastened in the same way as the wall elements in the ceiling fastening elements and through the fastening rail.

Windows made by glass elements can also be provided in such clean room systems. Either a single glass element can cover the entire height of the room or a combination between at least one smaller wall element and a glass element can be provided. For the assembly of the glass elements, C-shaped profiles can advantageously be provided for both cases. The base of the C-shaped profiles is glued to the glass elements. The C-shaped profiles run around the glass elements on all sides and are, for example, riveted to one another. In order to ensure the cleanliness of the clean rooms, double-glazed windows are particularly preferred.

According to one aspect, two C-shaped profiles are connected to one another by a common leg. In other words, the two C-shaped profiles share a common leg that combines the two C-shaped profiles into one profile. Each of the two bases of the two C-shaped profiles is glued to a separate glass element. This creates double glazing. The length of the common leg of the two C-shaped profiles preferably corresponds to the horizontal distance between the wall elements, so that the wall elements and the glass elements are aligned.

To ensure that the C-shaped profile is equally suitable for the two above-mentioned cases, on the one hand one of the legs of the C-shaped profile is designed so that it rests on the floor fastening element and at the same time rests on the fastening rail. In connection with the aforementioned aspect that two C-shaped profiles are connected to one another by a common leg, it should be noted that the leg that can be placed on the floor fastening element is not the common leg in this case. In combination with two Fastening rails ensures that the common profile (made up of the two C-shaped profiles) rests against one fastening rail on both sides and is thus secured. On the other hand, the C-shaped profile can be placed on the wall elements by means of a holding device. The holding device is then attached to the stands already described and engages in the groove of the wall elements. For example, the holding device comprises a U-shaped connecting piece, the legs of which engages in the groove of the wall elements and on whose legs the C-shaped profile rests, and a fastening plate connected to the base of the connecting piece, which can be fastened with conventional fastening means, e.g. B. screws, is attached to the stand. Optionally, spacers can also be provided which space the C-shaped profile from a base, in the above-described case from the holding device. These spacers can, for. B. be screws.

In addition, the clean room system can contain other functional elements, such as B. Doors or the like. The functional elements are preferably attached to the stands already described.

Figure 1 shows an isometric view of a first embodiment of the clean room system according to the invention for high clean rooms. The clean room system has wall elements 1 which, on their side facing the floor, have a groove 10 which runs over the entire width of the wall elements 1 parallel to the front of the wall elements 1. A floor fastening element 2 is provided for fastening the wall element 1 to a building floor, not shown. The floor fastening element 2 has a U-shaped base part 21 and a U-shaped end part 22 which are plugged into one another. According to the invention, a fastening rail 20 connected in one piece to the terminating part 22 is provided. The height H, the width and the angle, ie the shape of the fastening rail 20 essentially correspond to the depth, the width and the angle, ie the shape of the groove 10 of the wall elements 1. The structure of the floor fastening element 1 is shown in FIG Figure 2 made clear.

Furthermore, a U-shaped ceiling fastening element 3 is provided for fastening the wall element 1 to a building ceiling (not shown). The structure of the ceiling fastener 3 is shown in FIG Figure 3 made clear. The U-shaped ceiling fastening element 3 is designed in such a way that the wall element 1 can be inserted between legs 31 of the U-shaped ceiling fastening element 3. The distance A between a base 30 of the ceiling fastening element 3 and an upper edge of the wall element 1 on the ceiling side is greater than the height H of the fastening rail 20. For assembly, the wall elements 1 are first pushed into the ceiling fastening element 3. If the upper edge of the wall elements 1 lies against the base 30 of the ceiling fastening element 3, the wall elements 1 can be displaced, tilted and / or moved in such a way that the groove 10 is positioned freely above the fastening rail 20. The wall element 1 is then lowered and the fastening rail 20 engages in the groove 10. The legs 31 of the U-shaped ceiling fastening element are designed in such a way that, on the one hand, they enable the wall elements 1 to be pushed in and, on the other hand, they enclose the wall elements 1 in a pushed-in state.

An adjusting element 4 is arranged between the bottom part 21 and the terminating part 22. The adjusting element 4 has a base body 41 and a rotary plate 42, which are connected to one another via a screw 43. The base body 41 stands on the base part 21 and the closing part 22 rests on the rotary plate 42. The adjusting element 4 is set up to move the terminating part 22 and the base part 21 relative to one another and thus to change the vertical distance between the terminating part 22 and the floor. The height of the wall elements 1 can be adjusted via the closing part 22.

Figure 2 shows a schematic representation of a floor fastening element 2 with two fastening rails 20 which are arranged at a horizontal distance from one another and run essentially parallel to one another. In each case one wall element 1 is arranged by means of its groove 10 on each of the two fastening rails 20, so that they are spaced apart from one another by the horizontal distance. In Figure 2 the height H of the fastening rails 20 and the depth of the groove 10 of the wall elements 1 in the inserted state is illustrated again. As already described, the floor fastening element has a U-shaped floor part 21 with a base 210 and two legs 211 and a U-shaped end part 22 likewise with a base 220 and two legs 221. The U-shaped floor part 21 is attached with its base 210 on the building floor in such a way that its legs 211 point away from the floor. The terminating part 22 has the fastening rails 20 its base 220 in the opposite direction to its legs 221. The end part 22 is pushed onto the bottom part 21, the legs 221 of the end part 22 encompassing the legs 211 of the bottom part 21 and the distance between the inner edges of the legs 221 of the end part 22 being slightly smaller than the distance between the outer edges of the legs 211 of the bottom part 21. A mechanical tension is thus produced between the legs 211, 221 when it is plugged on. In some exemplary embodiments, the closing part 22 can have a plate (not shown here) as a base 220 between the two fastening rails 20, which plate is detachably connected to the legs 221. The width of the plate is adapted to the width of the wall elements 1 to the distance between the wall elements 1. Furthermore, the terminating part 22 has two grooves 227 at the connection point to the wall elements 1, which are accessible from the outside. Silicone can be inserted into this groove for sealing. In addition, the closing element 22 in this embodiment has two recesses 225 for corner connectors (not shown) with which the floor fastening elements 1 can be connected to one another across a corner.

Figure 3 shows a schematic representation of two ceiling fastening elements 3, which are connected to one another via a common web 32. In this figure, a wall element 1 is inserted into each of the two ceiling fastening elements 3. As already stated above, the distance A of the ceiling-side edge of the wall elements 1 to the base 30 of the ceiling fastening elements 3 in the inserted state is greater than the height H of the fastening rail 20. The length of the web 3 is adapted to the distance between the two wall elements 1 and also to the horizontal distance between the two fastening rails 20 of the floor fastening element 2 Figure 2 customized. The wall elements 1 here also have a groove 11 on the ceiling side. The ceiling fastening element is fastened to the building ceiling by means of screws 35.

Figure 4 shows a schematic representation of the wall element 1. The wall element 1 has struts 15, which are arranged in strips and are reinforced with honeycomb and made of aluminum, by means of which the structural stability is increased. In addition, the two grooves 10 and 11 are indicated. Through the symmetrical design of the wall elements 1, these can be mounted in the orientation shown and in an orientation rotated by 180 °.

Figure 5 shows a schematic representation of the clean room system in which glass elements 6 are also provided in addition to the wall elements 1. The wall elements 1 are closed by uprights 5. The uprights 5 serve to integrate functional elements, such as the window or doors not shown, into the clean room system and are used in the connection points between the wall elements 1 and the functional elements. The uprights 5 also have a groove 50 which essentially corresponds to the groove 10 of the wall elements 1. Likewise, the fastening rail 20 engages in the groove 50 of the stands 5 in order to fasten the stands 5. On the ceiling side, the uprights 5 are also fastened by means of the ceiling fastening element 3. The wall elements identified by the reference numerals 1 'and 1 "are smaller wall elements which are constructed in the same way as the room-high wall elements 1. The relationship between glass elements 6 and the C-shaped profiles 7 is illustrated with reference to FIG Figures 6 to 8 explained.

Figure 6 shows the connection of floor-to-ceiling glass elements 6 and the Figures 7 and 8th show the arrangement of the glass elements 6 on lintels. For the assembly of the glass elements 6, C-shaped profiles 7 are provided for both cases. The C-shaped profiles 7 are glued to the glass elements 6 at their base 70. The C-shaped profiles 7 run around the glass elements 6 on all sides and are riveted to one another. The C-shaped profiles 7 shown here are connected to one another by a common leg 71 to form a profile. Each of the two bases 70 of the two C-shaped profiles 7 is glued to a separate glass element 6. The length of the common leg 71 of the two C-shaped profiles 7 corresponds to the horizontal distance between the wall elements 6.

In Figure 6 is shown, as in each of the two C-shaped profiles 7, the other leg 72 on the closing element 22 of the floor fastening element 2 from Figure 2 rests and at the same time rests against one of the two fastening rails 20. Since the leg 72 of the two C-shaped profiles 7 rests against the respective fastening rail 20 from opposite sides, the C-shaped profiles 7 and thus the glass elements 6 are secured.

In Figure 7 and 8th it is shown how the C-shaped profiles are connected to the wall elements 1 'or 1 "by means of a holding device 8. Figure 7 shows the connection towards the ground and Figure 8 the connection towards the ceiling. Since the two connections are essentially the same, both are described together below. The holding device 8 is fastened to the uprights 5 via a fastening plate 85 by means of screws. In addition, the holding device 8 comprises a U-shaped connecting piece 80, the base 800 of which is connected to the fastening plate 85 and the leg 801 of which engages in the groove 10 or 11 of the wall elements 1 'or 1 "and the C-shaped one on the legs 801 of which Profile 7. Spacers 75 are also provided between the common leg 71 of the C-shaped profiles 7 and the connecting piece 80. The spacers each form a groove 727 between the wall elements 1 and the glass elements 6, into which silicone is inserted Spacers 75 are screws.
