Abstract
Description
- The present invention relates to the technical field of automatic rope braiding mechanical equipment, and particularly relates to a braiding machine of a seamless wound braided rope with excellent stability and a braiding method.
- A current high-speed braiding machine of a braided rope is suitable for braiding a variety of circular or flat non-elastic and elastic braided ropes, and involves braided varieties including various shoelaces, elastic bands, high-tension bands, sports belts, curtain tapes and the like. The existing high-speed braiding machine of the braided rope has the advantages of fast braiding, diversified braiding types and simple operation, but has relatively low machine operating stability, resulting in unstable product quality, loud noise, short service life and maintenance inconvenience.
- In a structure of the braiding machine of the braided rope, a gallop knitting ingot is a key component of the machine. How the gallop knitting ingot performs cross braiding on a disk surface stably and rapidly plays a decisive role in quality and pattern of braiding the braided rope by the machine. The existing gallop knitting ingot causes relatively low yield per unit time for the braiding machine of the braided rope.
- A first purpose of the present invention is to provide a braiding machine of a seamless wound braided rope with simple structure, good stability, high yield and braiding and early-warning feasibility.
- A second purpose of the present invention is to provide a braiding method of the braiding machine of the seamless wound braided rope with simple structure, good stability, high yield and braiding and early-warning feasibility.
- In order to achieve the first purpose of the present invention, the present invention provides a braiding machine of a seamless wound braided rope. The braiding machine comprises a machine frame, a gallop knitting tray, a plurality of gallop knitting ingots and a rope belt braiding mechanism, wherein the gallop knitting tray is located on the machine frame; the plurality of gallop knitting ingots are circularly mounted on the gallop knitting tray; colored yarns and white yarns are placed on the plurality of gallop knitting ingots; the gallop knitting tray is divided into a first working tray and a second working tray; the first working tray and the second working tray can simultaneously move toward or away from each other along a front and rear direction; the rope belt braiding mechanism comprises a rope pressing mechanism and a rope guiding mechanism; the rope pressing mechanism is provided with two belt pulley assemblies; the two belt pulley assemblies are located above the gallop knitting ingots and are mounted on the machine frame in parallel; a braided rope is located between the two belt pulley assemblies; the rope guiding mechanism is arranged on a side surface of the machine frame; the rope guiding mechanism is provided with a rope guiding wheel; the rope guiding wheel can move rotatably; the braided rope is wound outside the rope guiding wheel; and a rubber tube is arranged on the machine frame and located at a center of the gallop knitting tray.
- A further solution is as follows: each of the pulley assemblies is provided with a synchronous belt, a driven wheel and two driving wheels; the driven wheel is located between the two driving wheels; and the synchronous belts are sleeved outside the two driving wheels and the driven wheel.
- A further solution is as follows: the rope guiding mechanism further comprises a first spring, a second spring and an adjusting rod; the first spring and the second spring are respectively located at both sides of the adjusting rod; both ends of the first spring and the second spring are respectively connected with the machine frame and the rope guiding wheel; one end of the adjusting rod is rotatably connected with the machine frame; and the rope guiding wheel is rotatably connected with the other end of the adjusting rod.
- A further solution is as follows: the quantity of the rope guiding mechanisms is two; the two rope guiding mechanisms are arranged on the side surface of the machine frame; and the two rope guiding mechanisms are respectively located above and below the gallop knitting tray.
- It can be seen from the above solutions that the above braiding machine of the braided rope has the advantages of simple structure, good stability and high yield; and colors of an inner core and an outer skin of the seamless wound braided rope braided by the braiding machine are different, as an early-warning effect, i.e., when the seamless wound braided rope is worn, the worn rope can be found and replaced in time to improve use safety performance of the seamless wound braided rope.
- In order to achieve the second purpose of the present invention, the present invention provides a braiding method of the braiding machine of the seamless wound braided rope. The braiding machine of the seamless wound braided rope comprises a machine frame, a gallop knitting tray, a plurality of gallop knitting ingots and a rope belt braiding mechanism; the gallop knitting tray is located on the machine frame; the plurality of gallop knitting ingots are circularly mounted on the gallop knitting tray; colored yarns and white yarns are placed on the plurality of gallop knitting ingots; the gallop knitting tray is divided into a first working tray and a second working tray; the first working tray and the second working tray can simultaneously move toward or away from each other along a front and rear direction; the rope belt braiding mechanism comprises a rope pressing mechanism and a rope guiding mechanism; the rope pressing mechanism is provided with two belt pulley assemblies; the two belt pulley assemblies are located above the gallop knitting ingots and are mounted on the machine frame in parallel; a braided rope is located between the two belt pulley assemblies; the rope guiding mechanism is arranged on a side surface of the machine frame; the rope guiding mechanism is provided with a rope guiding wheel; the rope guiding wheel can move rotatably; the braided rope is wound outside the rope guiding wheel; a rubber tube is arranged on the machine frame and located at a center of the gallop knitting tray. The braiding method comprises: placing the colored yarns and the white yarns on the plurality of gallop knitting ingots; starting the braiding machine of the seamless wound braided rope, and controlling the first working tray and the second working tray to simultaneously move toward each other along the front and rear direction; controlling the gallop knitting ingots to rotate and braid a braided rope with a certain length; pressing the braided rope between the two belt pulley assemblies, winding a braided end of the braided rope outside the rope guiding wheel, then inserting into a hollow core of a braiding end by the rubber tube on the machine frame so as to coat the braided rope layer by layer in a braiding process, sewing the braided end of the braided rope and a tail end of the braided rope together to form a desired multi-colored seamless wound braided rope; controlling the gallop knitting ingots to stop rotating; and controlling the first working tray and the second working tray to simultaneously move away from each other along the front and rear direction and then taking out the braided multi-colored seamless wound braided rope.
- It can be seen from the above solution that the above braiding method enables the braiding machine of the seamless wound braided rope to braid a certain colored section with conspicuous distinguishing colors in the braiding process, and to braid the colored section into and adjacent to an outermost layer, thereby forming an indication layer of the seamless wound braided rope, in order to conveniently remind and replace the worn seamless wound braided rope in time.

- With reference to
Fig. 1 to Fig. 5 , abraiding machine 1 of a seamless wound braided rope comprises amachine frame 2, a gallop knittingtray 3, a plurality of gallop knittingingots 4 and a rope belt braiding mechanism, wherein the gallop knittingtray 3 is arranged on themachine frame 2; the plurality of gallop knittingingots 4 are circularly mounted on the gallop knittingtray 3; colored yarns andwhite yarns 5 are placed on the plurality of gallop knittingingots 4; and the colored yarns are yarns with other colors except the white yarns. The gallop knittingtray 3 is divided into a first workingtray 31 and a second workingtray 32; and the first workingtray 31 and the second workingtray 32 can simultaneously move toward or away from each other along a front and rear direction. The rope belt braiding mechanism comprises arope pressing mechanism 7 and arope guiding mechanism 8. Arubber tube 10 is arranged on themachine frame 2 and located at a center of the gallop knittingtray 3. The rope belt braiding mechanism further comprises awire bunching mechanism 6; thewire bunching mechanism 6 is located between the gallop knittingingots 4 and therope pressing mechanism 7 and is mounted on themachine frame 2; and the colored yarns and thewhite yarns 5 pass through a through hole of thewire bunching mechanism 6 so as to gather the colored yarns and thewhite yarns 5 together. - The
rope pressing mechanism 7 is provided with two belt pulley assemblies; the two belt pulley assemblies are located above the gallop knittingingots 4 and are mounted on themachine frame 2 in parallel; abraided rope 9 is located between the two belt pulley assemblies; each of the pulley assemblies is provided with asynchronous belt 73, a drivenwheel 72 and twodriving wheels 71; the drivenwheel 72 is located between the twodriving wheels 71; and thesynchronous belts 73 are sleeved outside the twodriving wheels 71 and the drivenwheel 72. Thedriving wheels 71 are controlled to rotate and the drivenwheel 72 rotates synchronously so that thesynchronous belts 73 move steadily, thereby ensuring permanent and stable tension of thebraided rope 9 located between the twosynchronous belts 73. - In the present embodiment, the quantity of the
rope guiding mechanisms 8 is two; the tworope guiding mechanisms 8 are arranged on the side surface of themachine frame 2; and the tworope guiding mechanisms 8 are respectively located above and below the gallop knittingtray 3. Each of therope guiding mechanisms 8 is provided with a rope guidingwheel 81, afirst spring 82, asecond spring 83 and an adjustingrod 84; thefirst spring 82 and thesecond spring 83 are respectively located at both sides of the adjustingrod 84; and both ends of thefirst spring 82 and thesecond spring 83 are respectively connected with themachine frame 2 and therope guiding wheel 81. One end of the adjustingrod 84 is rotatably connected with themachine frame 2; therope guiding wheel 81 is rotatably connected with the other end of the adjustingrod 84; and thebraided rope 9 is wound outside therope guiding wheel 81. A position of therope guiding wheel 81 is adjusted by rotating a position of the adjustingrod 84 so as to control tension of winding thebraided rope 9 on therope guiding wheel 81 and ensure stable conveyance of thebraided rope 9. - Therefore, the above braiding
machine 1 of the seamless wound braided rope has the advantages of simple structure, good stability and high yield, and can braid the seamless wound braided rope with early-warning feasibility. - The braiding machine of the seamless wound braided rope used in a braiding method of the braiding
machine 1 of the seamless wound braided rope is the above-mentionedbraiding machine 1 of the seamless wound braided rope. The braiding method comprises: placing the colored yarns and thewhite yarns 5 on the plurality of gallop knittingingots 4; starting the braidingmachine 1 of the seamless wound braided rope, and controlling the first workingtray 31 and the second workingtray 32 to simultaneously move toward each other along the front and rear direction; controlling the gallop knittingingots 4 to rotate and braid thebraided rope 9 with a certain length; pressing thebraided rope 9 between the two belt pulley assemblies, winding a braided end of thebraided rope 9 outside therope guiding wheel 81, then inserting into a hollow core of a braiding end by therubber tube 10 on themachine frame 2 so as to coat the braided rope layer by layer in a braiding process, sewing the braided end of thebraided rope 9 and a tail end of thebraided rope 9 together to form a desired multi-colored seamless wound braided rope; controlling the gallop knittingingots 4 to stop rotating; and controlling the first workingtray 31 and the second workingtray 32 to simultaneously move away from each other along the front and rear direction and then taking out the braided multi-colored seamless wound braided rope. The above braiding method is used repeatedly to automatically and rapidly braid the multi-colored seamless wound braided ropes. - The braiding method of the present embodiment enables the braiding machine of the seamless wound braided rope to braid a certain colored section with conspicuous distinguishing colors in the braiding process, and to braid the colored section into and adjacent to an outermost layer, thereby forming an indication layer of the seamless wound braided rope, in order to conveniently remind and replace the worn seamless wound braided rope in time.
- The above embodiments are only preferred embodiments of the present invention and are not intended to limit an implementation scope of the present invention. Therefore, equivalent changes or modifications made according to structures, features and principles in a scope of the patent applied in the present invention should be included in an application scope of patent of the present invention.
Claims (5)
- A braiding machine of a seamless wound braided rope, comprising a machine frame, a gallop knitting tray, a plurality of gallop knitting ingots and a rope belt braiding mechanism, wherein the gallop knitting tray is located on the machine frame;
the plurality of gallop knitting ingots are circularly mounted on the gallop knitting tray; and colored yarns and white yarns are placed on the plurality of gallop knitting ingots;
the gallop knitting tray is divided into a first working tray and a second working tray; and the first working tray and the second working tray can simultaneously move toward or away from each other along a front and rear direction;
the rope belt braiding mechanism comprises a rope pressing mechanism and a rope guiding mechanism; the rope pressing mechanism is provided with two belt pulley assemblies; the two belt pulley assemblies are located above the gallop knitting ingots and are mounted on the machine frame in parallel; and a braided rope is located between the two belt pulley assemblies;
the rope guiding mechanism is arranged on a side surface of the machine frame; the rope guiding mechanism is provided with a rope guiding wheel; the rope guiding wheel can move rotatably; and the braided rope is wound outside the rope guiding wheel; and
a rubber tube is arranged on the machine frame and located at a center of the gallop knitting tray. - The braiding machine of the seamless wound braided rope according to claim 1, wherein
each of the pulley assemblies is provided with a synchronous belt, a driven wheel and two driving wheels; the driven wheel is located between the two driving wheels; and the synchronous belts are sleeved outside the two driving wheels and the driven wheel. - The braiding machine of the seamless wound braided rope according to claim 1, wherein
the rope guiding mechanism further comprises a first spring, a second spring and an adjusting rod; the first spring and the second spring are respectively located at both sides of the adjusting rod; and both ends of the first spring and the second spring are respectively connected with the machine frame and the rope guiding wheel; and
one end of the adjusting rod is rotatably connected with the machine frame; and the rope guiding wheel is rotatably connected with the other end of the adjusting rod. - The braiding machine of the seamless wound braided rope according to any one of claims 1-3, wherein
the quantity of the rope guiding mechanisms is two; the two rope guiding mechanisms are arranged on the side surface of the machine frame; and the two rope guiding mechanisms are respectively located above and below the gallop knitting tray. - A braiding method of a seamless wound braided rope,
the braiding machine of the seamless wound braided rope being the braiding machine of the seamless wound braided rope of any one of claims 1-4, and the braiding method comprising:placing the colored yarns and the white yarns on the plurality of gallop knitting ingots;starting the braiding machine of the seamless wound braided rope, and controlling the first working tray and the second working tray to simultaneously move toward each other along the front and rear direction;controlling the gallop knitting ingots to rotate and braid a braided rope with a certain length;pressing the braided rope between the two belt pulley assemblies, winding a braided end of the braided rope outside the rope guiding wheel, then inserting into a hollow core of a braiding end by the rubber tube on the machine frame so as to coat the braided rope layer by layer in a braiding process, and sewing the braided end of the braided rope and a tail end of the braided rope together to form a desired multi-colored seamless wound braided rope;controlling the gallop knitting ingots to stop rotating; andcontrolling the first working tray and the second working tray to simultaneously move away from each other along the front and rear direction and then taking out the braided multi-colored seamless wound braided rope.
