- the partition element 10b overlies the two half-parts 10a, 10b, at the partition walls 12, 15. In operation, the partition element divides the stream of fumes into two branches 7a of the suction duct 7. Each branch 7a ends in one of the respective inlet ports 8a of the fan 8.
- the partition element 10b has an outer surface 25 that faces a section 7b of the suction duct 7, and an inner surface 26 that faces the branches 7a of the suction duct 7.
- the cooking vapors are divided between the two branches 7a of the suction duct 7 and, due to the profile of the inner surface 26, the two portions of the vapors are conveyed by laminar flow toward the two inlet ports 8a of the centrifugal fan 8.
- the curved shape of the partition wall 10d makes such portions more laminar as it facilitates and promotes their movement toward the housing of the fan 8.
- the curved shape of the partition element 10d has the shape of an arc of a parabola.
- the first stream portion that flows in the respective branch 7b of the suction duct 7 to reach the port 8a of the centrifugal fan 8 shall flow through a first intake grille 27, and the second stream portion shall flow through a second intake grill 28 to access the port 8a' of the centrifugal fan 8.
- the grilles 27, 28 are the grilles required by regulations to protect user safety, by preventing users from directly reaching the centrifugal fan 8 and the electrically powered parts.
- cover element 10c it has the shape of a half-shell and, once the cooktop 1 is assembled, it encloses the two half-parts 10a, 10b and the partition element, in combination with the support element 2. It shall be further noted that, in the embodiment as disclosed, the cover element 10c defines the tray 19 and hence its top edge defines the aforementioned top edge 19b of the tray 19.

Claims (9)
- Une table de cuisson (1) comprenant :- un élément de support (2) ayant une surface de dessus (2a) et une surface de dessous (2b) ;- au moins une zone de cuisson (3) configurée pour accueillir un élément chauffant au niveau de ladite surface de dessus (2a) ;- une ouverture d'aspiration (5) pour tirer des fumées de cuisson ;- un conduit d'aspiration (7) en communication fluidique avec ladite ouverture d'admission (5) ;- des moyens d'aspiration (18) associés à ladite ouverture d'aspiration (5) pour tirer les fumées de cuisson à travers ladite ouverture d'aspiration (5) et ledit conduit d'aspiration (7) ;- un plateau de collecte (19) situé au-dessous de ladite ouverture d'aspiration (5) pour collecter des liquides s'écoulant à travers ladite ouverture d'aspiration (5) ;- des moyens de couplage (20) associés audit plateau (19) pour fixer de façon réversible ledit plateau (19) audit élément de support (2) ;caractérisée en ce que lesdits moyens de couplage (20) composent une pluralité d'éléments magnétiques (21), qui sont fixés audit plateau (19) pour un couplage magnétique audit élément de support (2).
- Une table de cuisson (1) telle que revendiquée dans la revendication précédente, dans laquelle lesdits éléments magnétiques (21) sont placés sur un bord supérieur (19b) dudit plateau (19).
- Une table de cuisson (1) telle que revendiquée dans l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle quatre desdits éléments magnétiques (21) sont prévus.
- Une table de cuisson (1) telle que revendiquée dans l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend au moins un moyen de sécurité mécanique (22) qui est configuré pour verrouiller ledit plateau (19) dans une position prédéterminée sur ledit élément de support (2).
- Une table de cuisson (1) telle que revendiquée dans la revendication 4, dans laquelle ledit moyen de sécurité mécanique (22) est placé sur ledit bord supérieur (19b) dudit plateau (19), en particulier entre deux éléments magnétiques (21).
- Une table de cuisson (1) telle que revendiquée dans la revendication 4 ou la revendication 5, dans laquelle ledit élément de sécurité mécanique (22) est défini par une clé (23).
- Une table de cuisson (1) telle que revendiquée dans la revendication 6, dans laquelle ledit élément de support a au moins un trou (24) pour ladite clé (23), ladite clé (23) étant conçue pour s'insérer dans ledit trou (24) et être verrouillée dans ledit trou (24), verrouillant ainsi ledit plateau (19) sur ledit élément de support (2).
- Une table de cuisson (1) telle que revendiquée dans l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que lesdits moyens d'aspiration (18) comprennent un ventilateur centrifuge (8) et un moteur (9) connecté audit ventilateur centrifuge (8); ladite table de cuisson (1) comprenant en outre un logement (10) pour le ventilateur centrifuge (8), ledit logement (10) définissant ledit conduit d'aspiration (7), ledit logement (10) comprenant un élément de séparation (10b) actionnable sur un flux de vapeur dans le conduit (7) pour diviser ledit flux de vapeur en deux parties, chacune dirigée vers une entrée respective (8a, 8a') dudit ventilateur centrifuge.
- Une table de cuisson (1) telle que revendiquée dans la revendication 8, caractérisée en ce que ledit élément de séparation (10d) a la forme d'un arc, de préférence un arc d'une parabole.
