Claims (4)

  1. Charnière de retour automatique pour portes coupe-feu adaptée pour être montée sur un mur (12) à l'intérieur d'un cadre de montant (12') sur lequel une feuille (14) de cette porte est prévue, cette charnière comprenant une partie côté cadre (15) et une partie côté porte (16),
    la partie côté cadre étant en forme de U comprenant une première plaque de fixation (17), qui est fixée au cadre de porte qui s'étend dans une paire d'éléments tubulaires latéraux (18),
    la partie côté porte comprenant une seconde plaque de fixation (20), qui est fixée à la porte elle-même et tourne avec elle, qui s'étend dans un élément tubulaire central (21),
    les éléments tubulaires latéraux (18) et l'élément central (21) étant, une fois la charnière assemblée, alignés les uns avec les autres pour former ensemble un élément tubulaire global à l'intérieur duquel sont positionnés à la fois un dispositif de refermeture automatique de la porte et un dispositif pour inverser la force du mouvement de refermeture de la porte, qui coopèrent l'un avec l'autre pour générer un mouvement contrôlé de refermeture automatique, en contrôlant le mouvement de rotation de l'élément tubulaire central (21) et de la seconde plaque de fixation de la porte (20) en conséquence,
    dans laquelle le mouvement commandé de refermeture pour une première plage angulaire est obtenu grâce à la contribution d'un ressort de torsion (23) du dispositif de refermeture automatique contrastée par la contribution du dispositif inverseur de force, tandis que pour une seconde plage angulaire jusqu'à la fermeture de la porte, grâce à la somme de la contribution de ce ressort de torsion (23) du dispositif de refermeture et de la contribution d'un autre ressort (36) du dispositif inverseur de force, accélérant le mouvement de fermeture automatique de la porte dans sa dernière section,
    dans laquelle ce dispositif de refermeture automatique comprend, à l'intérieur de l'un des deux éléments tubulaires latéraux (18), un corps de fixation (22) muni d'un alésage (221) dans lequel est insérée une première extrémité du ressort de refermeture (23), au niveau de la seconde extrémité de ce ressort de refermeture se trouve le dispositif inverseur de force, lequel dispositif comprend un corps de came (31) sensiblement cylindrique pourvu d'un alésage (311) dans lequel est insérée cette seconde extrémité du ressort (23), le corps de came est disposé dans l'élément tubulaire global de manière à être recouvert par l'élément tubulaire central (21), qui recouvre également le ressort de refermeture (23), ce corps de came (31) étant solidaire dudit élément tubulaire central (21) qui tourne en raison du mouvement d'ouverture ou de fermeture de la porte,
    dans laquelle le corps de came (31) a un trou latéral (315) sur sa surface latérale, une fente (214) obtenue sur l'élément tubulaire central (21) permet la connexion, par exemple au moyen d'une vis (42) qui est insérée dans cette fente (214) et qui est vissée dans le trou latéral (315), entre ce corps de came (31) et l'élément tubulaire central (21),
    dans laquelle ce corps de fixation (22) est rendu solidaire de l'élément tubulaire latéral (18) au moyen d'une cheville (24) filetée dans un trou transversal obtenu sur cet élément tubulaire,
    dans laquelle ce dispositif de refermeture automatique est muni de moyens pour régler la torsion de ce ressort (23), caractérisée en ce que les moyens de réglage comprennent une pluralité de facettes planes (211) obtenues sur ce corps de fixation (22) de manière à avoir une section transversale polygonale, la cheville (24) appuie sur les facettes lorsqu'elle est vissée dans l'élément tubulaire (18), bloquant le mouvement de rotation possible du corps de fixation, le nombre de facettes détermine un nombre correspondant de positions de réglage de la force du ressort, et que la surface du corps de came (31) opposée à celle pourvue de l'alésage (311) a un profil ondulé et comprend quatre parties concaves (312) qui sont reliées entre elles, deux boules (32) sont logées dans deux de ces parties concaves opposées, ces boules étant insérées dans des sièges (33) obtenus sur la surface d'une base fermée (34) d'un corps cylindrique (35) solidaire de l'élément tubulaire intérieurement creux (18) ayant un trou traversant (341) sur cette base et à l'intérieur duquel le ressort de compression (36) est inséré.
  2. Charnière selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle le corps cylindrique (35), à son extrémité opposée à celle pourvue de la base fermée, comprend un palier de butée (38) avec une rondelle (381) pour la lubrification qui appuie sur l'extrémité du ressort de compression, l'ensemble du dispositif inverseur de force étant maintenu assemblé par un arbre fileté traversant (39) dont l'extrémité est vissée dans le trou central longitudinal (341) du corps cylindrique (35) qui a, à sa queue, un écrou autobloquant (41) qui ajuste le degré de compression du ressort.
  3. Charnière selon la revendication 2, dans laquelle les boules (32) sont logées dans un trou ayant une taille inférieure au diamètre de la boule, de manière à permettre aux boules elles-mêmes de pouvoir tourner et de ne pas provoquer de frottement.
  4. Charnière selon la revendication 2, dans laquelle l'arbre traversant (39) est réalisé en un seul corps avec la came (31) et a sa partie d'extrémité filetée pour son accouplement avec l'écrou autobloquant (41).
