Claims (11)
- Procédé d'encollage d'étiquettes, comprenant les étapes suivantes :alimentation de colle, en particulier de colle à froid, via une conduite d'alimentation (120) à une unité d'application de colle (160) ; etdétermination d'un débit volumique de colle traversant la conduite d'alimentation (120) ;dans lequel l'alimentation de colle au moyen d'un dispositif d'alimentation régulable (100, 200, 300) est régulée en fonction du débit volumique déterminé de telle sorte que l'unité d'application de colle (160) reçoit de la colle avec un débit constant,dans lequel le dispositif d'alimentation régulable (200, 300) comporte un cylindre de dosage (140, 240) avec un piston mobile commandé,dans lequel la régulation de l'alimentation de colle à l'unité d'application de colle (160) comprend le convoyage de colle stockée dans le cylindre de dosage par le déplacement du piston, etdans lequel le procédé comporte en outre la détermination d'une pression de colle dans l'admission de colle de l'unité d'application de colle (160), en particulier inférieure à 20 cm, préférablement inférieure à 10 cm, de l'unité d'application de colle (160) dans la conduite d'alimentation (120), dans lequel la régulation de l'alimentation de colle s'effectue en fonction du débit volumique déterminé et de la pression de colle déterminée.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, dans lequel la détermination du débit volumique de colle dans la conduite d'alimentation comporte une détermination de la colle fournie par le cylindre de dosage (140, 240) sur base d'une section transversale du cylindre de dosage (140, 240) et du déplacement du piston.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans lequel l'alimentation de colle s'effectue uniquement temporairement via transfert de colle par le cylindre de dosage (140, 240).
- Procédé selon la revendication 3, comprenant en outre le remplissage du cylindre de dosage (140, 240) par prélèvement de colle dans un réservoir (110, 210, 310) pour l'alimentation de colle au moyen d'un dispositif de prélèvement régulable (170, 237, 337).
- Procédé selon la revendication 4, dans lequel le prélèvement de colle dans le réservoir (210, 310) s'effectue par déformation du réservoir au moyen d'un dispositif de déformation (215, 315).
- Dispositif de collage d'étiquettes, comprenant :un dispositif d'alimentation régulable (100, 200, 300) de fourniture de colle, en particulier de colle à froid ;une unité d'application de colle (160) constituée pour appliquer la colle fournie sur des étiquettes ;une unité de régulation (180, 380) ; etun dispositif de mesure de débit (130, 140, 240) ;dans lequel le dispositif d'alimentation (100, 200, 300) comporte une conduite d'alimentation (120) pour la fourniture de colle à l'unité d'application de colle (160) ;dans lequel le dispositif de mesure de débit (130, 140, 240) est constitué pour déterminer un débit volumique de colle dans la conduite d'alimentation (120) ;dans lequel l'unité de régulation est constituée pour réguler l'alimentation de colle au moyen du dispositif d'alimentation régulable (100, 200, 300) en fonction du débit volumique déterminé de telle sorte que l'unité d'application de colle (160) fournit de la colle avec un débit constant, etdans lequel le dispositif de mesure de débit est constitué comme une partie du dispositif d'alimentation régulable (100) et un cylindre de dosage (140, 240) comporte un piston mobile commandé, qui est connecté à la conduite d'alimentation (120) de telle sorte que de la colle stockée dans le cylindre de dosage est alimentée à l'unité d'application de colle (160) par le déplacement du piston ;caractérisé parun capteur de pression (150) pour la mesure de la pression de colle, qui est agencé dans l'admission de colle de l'unité d'application de colle (160), en particulier inférieure à 20 cm, préférablement inférieure à 10 cm, de l'unité d'application de colle (160) dans la conduite d'alimentation (120),dans lequel l'unité de régulation (180, 380) régule l'alimentation de colle en fonction du débit volumique déterminé et de la pression de colle.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 6, dans lequel le cylindre de dosage (140, 240) comporte un dispositif de mesure pour la détermination de la position du piston, et dans lequel l'unité de régulation (180, 380) est constituée pour déterminer le débit volumique de colle dans la conduite d'alimentation (120) sur base d'une section transversale du cylindre de dosage (140, 240) et d'un changement de position du piston.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 6 ou 7, dans lequel l'unité de régulation (180, 380) est constituée pour commander la pression exercée sur le piston du cylindre de dosage (140, 240) en fonction de la pression de colle.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 6 à 8, dans lequel le dispositif d'alimentation régulable (100, 200, 300) comporte en outre un réservoir (110, 210, 310) pour stocker de la colle et un dispositif de prélèvement régulable (170, 237, 337), qui est connecté à la conduite d'alimentation (120) de telle sorte que de la colle peut être fournie à partir du réservoir (110, 210, 310) dans la conduite d'alimentation (120) avec un débit souhaité par une régulation du dispositif de prélèvement (170, 237, 337) .
- Dispositif selon la revendication 9, dans lequel le dispositif de prélèvement (237, 337) comporte un dispositif de déformation (215, 315), qui est constitué de telle sorte que de la colle est expulsée du réservoir (210, 310) par une déformation du réservoir au moyen du dispositif de déformation.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 9 ou 10, comportant en outre une vanne (145) dans la conduite d'alimentation (120) en amont du cylindre de dosage (140, 240), dans lequel l'unité de régulation (180, 380) est en outre constituée pour fermer la vanne (145) lors d'un prélèvement de colle hors du cylindre de dosage (140, 240).
