Abstract
L'invention concerne un système d'ostéosynthèse polyaxial comprenant une vis à os munie d'une tête, d'un filetage mâle et d'une tige ainsi qu'une plaque d'ostéosynthèse (1) munie d'une face supérieure (2) et d'une face inférieure (3), au moins un trou débouchant (4) allant de la face supérieure à la face inférieure étant conçu dans la plaque d'ostéosynthèse afin de recevoir la vis à os et la vis à os pouvant être insérée selon un angle librement choisi dans le trou débouchant et fixée de manière stable dans le trou débouchant selon l'angle choisi.
