Abstract

La présente invention concerne un plancher de balcon (1) comprenant au moins deux éléments de plancher en coupe (2, 3) disposés côte à côte et reliés l'un à l'autre par une structure d'articulation (5) de manière à former un sous-plancher plat (4), le plancher de balcon (1) étant conçu pour être porté par un support de plancher (7). La structure d'articulation (5) comprend un moyen d'articulation (10) reliant de manière rotative deux éléments de plancher en sections (2, 3) au niveau de leurs bords inférieurs (2', 3') de ceux-ci, et un moyen de verrouillage (20) au niveau des bords supérieurs de ces deux éléments de plancher en coupe (2, 3) les verrouillant dans une position plate. Le sous-plancher (4) est recouvert d'un revêtement repoussant les liquides (4) recouvrant ladite structure d'articulation (5).
