EXPOSÉ DE L'INVENTIONSTATEMENT OF THE INVENTION

The invention aims to at least partially solve the problems encountered in the solutions of the prior art.

In this regard, the invention relates to a tool for cleaning a swimming pool in a radioactive medium. The cleaning tool includes a liquid filtration device and at least one pump.

According to the invention, the tool comprises a tank which has a first opening, a second opening, a liquid inlet from the swimming pool and a liquid outlet.

The first opening is intended to at least partially introduce the pump therein, and to at least partially house the pump in the tank. The second opening, separate from the first opening, is intended to at least partially introduce the filtration device therein, and to at least partially house the filtration device in the tank. The liquid inlet opens into the second opening, the filtration device being located between the inlet and the pump to fluidly connect the liquid inlet to the pump.

The tool further includes a cover configured to close the first opening, and a discharge conduit which is fluidly connected to the outlet of the pump and to the outlet of the liquid. The discharge conduit passes through the cover. The pump and the discharge pipe are rigidly secured to the cover.

The cleaning tool is configured to draw liquid from the pool from the inlet, then through the filtration device, before passing it through at least one pump.

Thanks to the invention, the risks of contaminating the pump with radioactive elements, particles, parts or bodies, are reduced, since the filtration device is intended to retain these elements before they reach at least one pump. . The filtration device is located immediately downstream of the liquid inlet, which limits contamination of the tank and the pump.

Furthermore, the filtration device and the at least one pump are accessible independently of one another, which facilitates maintenance operations. In addition, the pumping unit, which includes the pump, the cover of the first opening and the delivery conduit, can be moved / removed in one piece from the tank, which in particular facilitates maintenance operations.

The invention may optionally include one or more of the following characteristics, whether or not combined.

Advantageously, the pump is fixed to the tank, and the filtration device is fixed to the tank.

The movement of the cleaning tool and its installation in the pool are then facilitated.

According to a particular embodiment, the tank comprises at least one cover intended to close the second opening and a system for closing the cover. The closure system of the cover comprises a lever and two rods of jacks each connected on the one hand to the tank and on the other hand to the lever, for tilting the cover relative to the tank.

In this configuration, the cover of the second opening can be devoid of screws or rivets to close it, which facilitates its opening when the tool is at the bottom of the pool.

According to an advantageous embodiment, the cleaning tool comprises a valve configured to close the delivery duct. The valve is located opposite the pump relative to the cover of the first opening.

Advantageously, the cleaning tool comprises a second pump housed in the tank while being introduced into a third opening distinct from the first opening, the first opening and the third opening being located on either side of the second introduction opening. of the filtration device, the filtration device being housed in the tank between the pumps in a longitudinal direction of the tank.

The cleaning tool then makes it possible at the same time to clean the liquid of the swimming pool, to suck the radioactive elements resting at the bottom of the swimming pool, and to suck those which float on the surface of the swimming pool, for example particles or mosses.

According to another advantageous embodiment, the inlet comprises at least one inlet tube, the apparatus comprising an adapter end piece which fluidly connects the inlet pipe to the inlet tube, the adapter end piece comprising a gripping lug and a frustoconical surface configured to insert the tip into the inlet tube.

In this case, the connection of the inlet pipe to the inlet tube is facilitated.

The invention also relates to a method of cleaning a swimming pool using a cleaning tool as defined above, and / or a cleaning device as defined above. The cleaning process includes a step of immersing the cleaning tool in the swimming pool, the tank being previously filled with a first liquid having less or being free of contaminants for the pump.

The liquid initially present in the tank is then evacuated from the tank, which causes a suction of water from the inlet pipe and the cleaning of this water.

In addition, the invention relates to a method of remote connection of an inlet pipe to an inlet pipe of a cleaning apparatus as defined above. The method comprises a step of gripping the adapter tip by its ear from outside the pool, and a step of inserting the adapter tip into the inlet tube from outside the pool.

The inlet pipe can then be changed, while the tank remains at the bottom of the pool, which limits the risks of operator exposure to radiation and radioactive contamination.

The adapter ends 66 allow pipes 62 of different diameters to be connected to the inlet tubes 60.

The adapter nozzle 66 also includes a gripping lug 67 which allows it to be manipulated by means of pliers 82, when the cleaning tool 2 is immersed.

Par ailleurs, les pinces 82 permettent d'ouvrir le couvercle 43 de chacun des groupes de pompage 40, 42, en le dévissant de la cuve 5, ou d'enlever le couvercle 61 de l'ouverture centrale 54 en faisant pivoter son système de fermeture 9.Furthermore, the clamps 82 make it possible to open the cover 43 of each of the pumping groups 40, 42, by unscrewing it from the tank 5, or to remove the cover 61 from the central opening 54 by rotating its system closing 9.

The clamps 82 also serve to move the cleaning tool 2 by gripping it by the first handle 23, to move the filters 31 by gripping them by their handle 33, and / or to move the pumping groups 40, 42 by gripping by their respective lifting lugs 46.

Enfin, les pinces 82 permettent d'ouvrir/de fermer chacune des vannes de refoulement 45, et d'ouvrir/de fermer la vanne de vidange 21.Finally, the clamps 82 make it possible to open / close each of the discharge valves 45, and to open / close the drain valve 21.

Le fonctionnement de l'appareil de nettoyage 1 est illustré plus particulièrement en référence à la figure 4.The operation of the cleaning appliance 1 is illustrated more particularly with reference to the figure 4 .

The tank 5 is filled with water which has less contaminants for the pumps 41 or which is substantially free of contaminants for the pumps 41, before being immersed in the swimming pool 10.

The pumps 41 and the filtration device 3 are in place in the tank 5, the openings 52, 54, 56 are closed by the covers 43, 61, and the drain valve 21 and the discharge valves 45 are closed, when the cleaning tool 2 is placed on the bottom 12 of the pool 10.

The liquid initially present in the tank 5 is discharged by the pumps 45 according to the flows F 3 , as far as the pool 10 by each of the outlets 7.

This evacuation of liquid, typically clean water, causes the pool water to be sucked through the inlet 6 according to the flow F 1 . Potentially water contaminated pool then immediately passes through the filters 31 according to the flow F 2 . The filters 31 retain the elements, parts or bodies, radioactive and other contaminants suspended in the pool water, which limits the pollution of the tank 5 and of the pumps 41 and prevents damage to the pumps 41.

The water from the swimming pool 10, previously filtered and which has filled the tank 5, is then sucked up by each of the pumps according to the flow F 3 to be conveyed to the outlets 7.

With reference to the figure 5 , the inlet 6 is connected to at least one inlet pipe 62. The inlet pipe 62 is connected at its end opposite to that of the inlet 6 to a surface skimmer 64 which sucks up the water, the particles and potentially radioactive floating elements and other contaminants near the surface of the pool.

This water and these contaminants are then conveyed to the inlet 6 under the effect of the suction of the pumps 41, filtered then evacuated, as explained above.

With reference to the figure 6 , the inlet pipe 62 is held against the bottom 12 of the pool by a pole 81 to suck up the water, radioactive materials and other contaminants which rest on the bottom of the pool.

The cleaning tool 2 thus makes it possible to effectively clean the surface, the medium and the bottom of the swimming pool 10, while more effectively protecting the pumps 41 and the tank 5 from contamination and mechanical damage, by radioactive elements. , particles, parts or bodies, and by facilitating the installation, commissioning and maintenance of the cleaning tool 2.

Of course, various modifications can be made by those skilled in the art to the invention which has just been described without departing from the scope of the description of the invention.

In particular, the openings 52, 54, 56 may be placed elsewhere than on the upper part of the tank 5, for example on the side of the tank 5. They may not be aligned.

The cleaning tool 2 can comprise a single pumping group 40, or more than two pumping groups 40, 42.

The tank 5 can be devoid of lifting handle 23.

The cleaning tool 2 can have no discharge duct 71. In this case, the outlets 7 are located at the level of the discharge valves 45.

Par ailleurs, le nombre d'entrées 6 et de sorties 7 peut varier en fonction du débit de liquide circulant dans l'outil de nettoyage 2.Furthermore, the number of inlets 6 and outlets 7 can vary as a function of the flow rate of liquid circulating in the cleaning tool 2.
