Claims (7)

  1. Élément préfabriqué modulaire (E), adapté à la construction structurelle de dalles dans des bâtiments à plusieurs étages, comprenant :
    - des panneaux (1),
    - des poutres (2, 2'), qui sont équipées de lames (4) insérées dans des sièges perforés (3) situés dans lesdits panneaux (1), et
    - des moyens de fixation mécaniques et adhésifs qui relient les panneaux (1) et les poutres (2, 2') entre eux,
    caractérisé en ce que
    - ledit panneau (1) est un panneau de bois XLAM défini par une pluralité de couches croisées de contreplaqué formées par des planches de bois dur, dans lequel les poutres sont deux poutres en acier coopérantes (2, 2'), disposées jointives au dessous dudit panneau (1) et
    - chaque poutre (2, 2') est formée de deux éléments profilés moulés en acier, qui sont soudés ensemble pour former un seul profilé "oméga".
  2. Elément selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que lesdits panneaux (1) sont de préférence réalisés à cinq couches, croisées et collées entre elles, formées par des haches n bois de sapin.
  3. Elément selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 2, caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens (2, 2') sont formés par de l'acier galvanisé.
  4. Elément selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens de fixation mécanique comprennent une pluralité de trous ménagés sur les lames (4) et de vis.
  5. Elément selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens adhésifs comprennent un mélange formé par de la résine époxy.
  6. Elément selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les lames (4) sont percées d'une pluralité de trous et la fixation mécanique des rivets entretoises est réalisée sur les mêmes lames (4).
  7. Dalle, formée par au moins un élément modulaire préfabriqué selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes de 1 à 6.
