GEBIET DER ERFINDUNGFIELD OF THE INVENTION

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Hebefaltsystem. Ein Hebefaltsystem kann ein Hebefalttor zum Abschluss einer einen Eingang oder eine Einfahrt bildenden Gebäudeöffnung sein oder ein Hebefaltladen zum Abschluss einer ein Fenster bildenden Gebäudeöffnung. So betrifft die Erfindung ein Hebefaltsystem respektive ein Hebefalttor nach dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1. Im Folgenden wird das Hebefaltsystem bevorzugt am Beispiel eines Hebefalttors beschrieben. Bei dem Hebefaltsystem kann es sich auch um einen Hebefaltladen mit den hier beschriebenen Merkmalen des Hebefalttors handeln. Das Hebefalttor ist in oder an einer Gebäudewand dort montierbar, wo die Gebäudewand eine Gebäudeöffnung für das Tor respektive für den Laden aufweist. Derartige Gebäudeöffnungen werden in der Regel von einem Sturz überspannt. Das Hebefaltsystem (Hebefalttor) kann mit oder in einem (Tor-)Rahmen montierbar sein. Der Rahmen kann seitlich angeordnete Rahmenseitenteile umfassen. Die Rahmenseitenteile können (Führungs-)Schienen umfassen oder daraus gebildet sein. In den Führungsschienen wird ein an dem Hebefalttor oder -laden angeordnetes Führungselement geführt, wodurch die Bewegung des Hebefaltsystems geführt ist. Das Hebefalttor ist geeignet, über eine (Tor-)Antriebseinrichtung durch Anheben des Hebefalttors geöffnet zu werden und durch Absenken des Hebefalttors geschlossen zu werden. Die Antriebseinrichtung umfasst zumindest eine Antriebswelle. Die Antriebswelle kann im Wesentlichen parallel zum Sturz verlaufen. Die Länge der Welle kann der Breite (respektive der Längsausdehnung) des Sturzes entsprechen oder nahezu entsprechen. Die Gesamtlänge der Welle kann geringer sein als die Sturzbreite. Die Antriebswelle kann mehrteilig gebildet sein. Die Wellenteile können kollinear angeordnet sein. Es kann auch eine Antriebswellenanordnung mit mehreren Antriebswellen vorgesehen sein, wobei jede der Wellen (im Wesentlichen) senkrecht zur (Längs-)Richtung des Sturzes ausgerichtet sein kann. Die Antriebseinrichtung ist - direkt oder indirekt - an der Gebäudewand im Bereich der Gebäudeöffnung befestigt, insbesondere am Sturz oder im Bereich des Sturzes. Das Hebefaltsystem respektive das Hebefalttor umfasst ein Flügelpaar, welches einen bodenseitigen Bodenflügel sowie einen mit dem Bodenflügel durch ein Flügeldrehgelenk drehbar verbundenen, im Bereich des Sturzes an einem Sturzgelenk drehbar gelagerten sturzseitigen Sturzflügel aufweist. Der Bodenflügel kann als Bodentorflügel gebildet sein und der Sturzflügel als Sturztorflügel. Bodentorflügel und Sturztorflügel sind bei abgesenktem Hebefalttor in einer (Tor-)Ebene, der Systemebene, angeordnet. Bei geöffnetem Hebefalttor sind die (Tor-)Flügel V-förmig zueinander benachbart und außerhalb der Systemebene angeordnet. Das Anheben und Absenken des Hebefalttors (Hebefaltsystems) erfolgt durch zumindest ein am Bodentorflügel, insbesondere in Bodennähe, befestigtes und über die Antriebswelle bewegliches Zugelement. Es ist zumindest eine Verriegelungseinrichtung vorgesehen, mit welcher das Hebefalttor und/oder der Sturztorflügel und/oder der Bodentorflügel und/oder das Zugelement in geschlossener Position verriegelbar ist/sind.The invention relates to a lift folding system. Bei sehr breiten Toren kann somit ein erheblicher Kraftaufwand zum Anheben des Tores respektive Abbremsen beim Absenken des Tores erforderlich werden. Außerdem kann es bei breiten Toren zum Durchbiegen der angehobenen Torflügel kommen. Das Durchbiegen kann durch den am Tor befestigten Antriebsmotor begründet sein oder durch das Eigengewicht des Materials, aus dem die Torflügel gebildet sind. Wenn eine zusätzliche Krafteinwirkung auf das Tor erfolgt, etwa durch Windkraft oder durch Gewalteinwirkung, kann die Verriegelung im Bereich des Drehgelenks versagen. DARSTELLUNG DER ERFINDUNGPRESENTATION OF THE INVENTION

Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, die Handhabung und Sicherung von Hebefaltsystemen, insbesondere Hebefalttoren, zu verbessern. Diese Aufgabe wird durch ein Hebefaltsystem (Hebefalttor, Hebefaltladen) nach Anspruch 1 gelöst. Ausgestaltungen des erfindungsgemäßen Hebefaltsystems/Hebefalttors ergeben sich aus den Unteransprüchen. Nachstehend wird regelmäßig die Bezeichnung Hebefalttor verwendet, wobei sich das Beschriebene auch auf Merkmale des Hebefaltsystems beziehen kann. Bei dem Hebefalttor gemäß Anspruch 1 ist demnach vorgesehen, dass die Verriegelungseinrichtung über die Antriebseinrichtung, über einen mit der Antriebseinrichtung verbundenen Verriegelungstreiber, verriegelbar oder entriegelbar ist. Das Entriegeln der Verriegelungseinrichtung erfolgt vor dem Anheben des Hebefalttors. Das Verriegeln der Verriegelungseinrichtung erfolgt nach dem Absenken des Hebefalttors. Es ist vorgesehen, dass die Verriegelungseinrichtung zumindest ein, insbesondere als Kralle oder Haken oder Zange gebildetes, Verriegelungselement umfasst, welches mit einer in und/oder auf dem Boden angeordneten Verriegelungsaufnahme mechanisch wechselwirkt. Claims (10)

  1. An overhead folding system, overhead folding door (1) in particular, which can be installed in or on a building wall (4) with a building opening which is spanned by a lintel (5), which can be installed in particular with or in a frame (7) comprising laterally arranged frame side parts (8), and which is suitable, by means of a drive device (42) of the overhead folding system, which comprises a drive shaft (15), for being opened by lifting the overhead folding system (1) and for being closed by lowering the overhead folding system (1),
    it being possible to fasten the drive device (42) to the building opening, particularly to the lintel (5) or in the region of the lintel (5),
    the overhead folding system (1) comprising a pair of panels (2, 3), which has a bottom-side bottom panel (3) and also a lintel-side lintel panel (2), which is rotatably connected to the bottom panel (3) by a panel hinge joint (6) and is rotatably mounted to a lintel-side lintel joint (41) in the region of the lintel (5),
    it being possible to arrange the bottom panel (3) and lintel panel (2) in a system plane when the overhead folding system (1) is lowered and adjacently V-shaped with respect to one another and outside the system plane when the overhead folding system (1) is open,
    the lifting and lowering of the overhead folding system (1) taking place by means of at least one pulling element (10), which is fastened to the bottom panel (3), particularly close to the ground, and can be moved by means of the drive shaft (15),
    at least one locking device (43) being provided, using which the overhead folding system (1) and/or the lintel panel (2) and/or the bottom panel (3) and/or the pulling element (10) can be locked in the closed position,
    the locking device (43) being lockable or unlockable by means of the drive device (42), by means of a lock driver (19) connected to the drive device (42), the unlocking of the locking device (43) taking place before the lifting of the overhead folding system (1) and the locking of the locking device (43) taking place after the lowering of the overhead folding system (1), and the drive device (42) comprising at least one drive bracket (16), which is preferably arranged between the frame side parts (8) or laterally on or next to a frame side part (8), on which drive bracket the drive shaft (15) is rotatably arranged, a guide element (40), which is in particular formed as a roller or reel (17), for guiding the pulling element (10, 34) and/or the lock driver (19) being arranged on the drive bracket (16), and the guide element (40) being coupled to the drive shaft (15),
    characterized
    in that the locking device (43) comprises at least one locking element (20), which is formed as a claw or hook (22) or pincers, which mechanically interacts with a lock receptacle (24) arranged in and/or on the ground (9) in the region of the centre of the panel between the frame side parts (8),
    in that the lock receptacle (24) is formed as a recess (23) with a rod assembly (25) for engaging behind the claw or the hook (22) or for engaging the pincers,
    and in that an auxiliary pulling element (34) is provided, which mechanically supports the pulling element (10), wherein the auxiliary pulling element (34) comprises the lock driver (19) for actuating the locking device (43).
  2. The overhead folding system, in particular overhead folding door (1), according to Claim 1, characterized in that the locking device (43) comprises at least one second locking element (20), which is formed as a bolt (21) in particular and which mechanically interacts with a lock receptacle (24) arranged in and/or on a frame side part (8).
  3. The overhead folding system, in particular overhead folding door (1), according to Claim 2, characterized in that the second lock receptacle (24) is formed as a recess (23) for the bolt (21).
  4. The overhead folding system, in particular overhead folding door (1), according to one of Claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the locking device (43) comprises a surface lock, particularly a central lock (44), which can be actuated by means of a surface lock driver and which locks the position of the bottom panel (3) and/or the lintel panel (2) in the closed position, particularly in the region of the panel hinge joint (6) .
  5. The overhead folding system, in particular overhead folding door (1), according to one of Claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the actuation of the locking device (43) takes place during the freewheeling of the drive device (42), prior to the lifting or after the lowering of the overhead folding system (1).
  6. The overhead folding system, in particular overhead folding door (1), according to one of Claims 1 to 5, characterized by a deflection system (31) for deflecting the pulling element (10) and/or the auxiliary pulling element (34), wherein the deflection system (31) is preferably assigned to the lock driver (19) .
  7. The overhead folding system, in particular overhead folding door (1), according to one of Claims 1 to 6, characterized in that the actuation of the locking device (43), particularly of the locking element (20, 27), takes place counter to the action of a resetting force, particularly counter to the action of a spring (29) .
  8. The overhead folding system, in particular overhead folding door (1), according to one of Claims 1 to 7, characterized in that the pulling element (10) and/or the auxiliary pulling element (34) is/are formed as a cable and/or as a toothed belt and/or as a belt at least in certain sections.
  9. The overhead folding system, in particular overhead folding door (1), according to one of Claims 1 to 8, characterized by weight-compensating means (13), which are guided in the door frame (7) in particular.
  10. The overhead folding system, in particular overhead folding door (1), according to one of Claims 1 to 9, characterized by anti-drop means.
