Claims (13)

  1. Reihenklemmenbefestigungsvorrichtung zum Befestigen einer Leiterplatte (10) mit mindestens einem Befestigungsloch (20), wobei die Reihenklemmenbefestigungsvorrichtung (100) umfasst:
    einen Körper (110) mit einer Buchse (124) zum Einsetzen einer Leiterplatte (10) und zwei Durchgangslöchern (128) senkrecht zur Buchse (124); und
    einen Verriegelungsgriff (200), der in dem Körper (110) installiert ist, wobei der Verriegelungsgriff (200) einen Kraftarm (230), einen Befestigungsabschnitt (202), der mit einem Ende des Kraftarms (230) verbunden ist, einen Drehpunkt (220) und einen elastischen Arm (210) umfasst, wobei der Befestigungsabschnitt (202) funktionsfähig mit dem elastischen Arm (210) verbunden ist, der zwischen einem verriegelten Zustand (L) und einem freigegebenen Zustand (R) bewegt werden soll,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    der Drehpunkt (220) mit dem anderen Ende des Kraftarms (230) verbunden ist und der elastische Arm (210) zwischen dem Befestigungsabschnitt (202) und dem Kraftarm (230) angeordnet ist,
    wobei der Verriegelungsgriff (200) ferner einen Hals (204), der zwischen dem Befestigungsabschnitt (202) und dem Kraftarm (230) verbunden ist, ein Führungsloch (208), das an dem Hals (204) ausgebildet ist, und einen Kopf (206) beinhaltet, der sich von einem Ende des Halses (204) zu einer Öffnung der Buchse (124) erstreckt, und
    wobei der Körper (110) ferner ein Pfeilerelement (130) beinhaltet, das zwischen den beiden Durchgangslöchern (128) angeordnet ist, und das Führungsloch (208) zum Einsetzen des Pfeilerelements (130) dient, so dass der Hals (204) in Bezug auf das Pfeilerelement (130) entlang des Führungslochs (208) beweglich ist.
  2. Reihenklemmenbefestigungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei, wenn die Leiterplatte (10) in den Sockel (124) eingesetzt wird, um den Befestigungsabschnitt (202) zu kontaktieren, der Befestigungsabschnitt (202) aus dem gelösten Zustand (R) in den verriegelten Zustand (L) bewegt wird, um das Befestigungsloch (20) der Leiterplatte (10) zu befestigen; und wenn der Kraftarm (230) in Richtung des Körpers (110) bewegt wird, der Befestigungsabschnitt (202) aus dem verriegelten Zustand (L) in den freigegebenen Zustand (R) bewegt wird.
  3. Reihenklemmenbefestigungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei der Befestigungsabschnitt (202) unterhalb des Kopfes (206) angeordnet ist und der Befestigungsabschnitt (202) eine geneigte Oberfläche (216) aufweist, die der Öffnung der Buchse (124) entspricht.
  4. Reihenklemmenbefestigungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, wobei ein Ende des elastischen Arms (210) mit dem Hals (204) verbunden ist, das andere Ende des elastischen Arms (210) ein freies Ende (212) ist und das freie Ende (212) vom Kraftarm (230) weg geneigt ist.
  5. Reihenklemmenbefestigungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, wobei sich zwei Plattformen (214) vom Hals (204) bzw. Kraftarm (230) auf der gleichen Seite erstrecken und die Plattformen (214) entsprechend den Durchgangsbohrungen (128) angeordnet sind, um den Körper (110) zu kontaktieren und durch den Körper (110) begrenzt sind.
  6. Reihenklemmenbefestigungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, wobei eine Dicke des Halses (204) kleiner als eine Breite des Kraftarms (230) ist.
  7. Reihenklemmenbefestigungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, wobei eine Länge des Kraftarms (230) größer ist als eine Länge des elastischen Arms (210), der Kraftarm (230) eine leichte Bogenform aufweist, eine Vielzahl von vorstehenden Mustern (232) auf einer Seite des Kraftarms (230) ausgebildet sind und ein Rippenabschnitt (234) auf der anderen Seite des Kraftarms (230) ausgebildet ist.
  8. Reihenklemmenbefestigungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, wobei an dem Körper (110) ein Schwenkloch (134) zur Aufnahme des Drehpunktes (220) ausgebildet ist.
  9. Reihenklemmenbefestigungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, wobei der Drehpunkt (220) einen mit dem Kraftarm (230) verbundenen Stababschnitt (222) und einen mit dem Stababschnitt (222) verbundenen oberen Abschnitt (224) beinhaltet und der obere Abschnitt (224) eine größere Größe als der Stababschnitt (222) aufweist.
  10. Reihenklemmenbefestigungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, wobei der obere Abschnitt (224) einen runden Querschnitt aufweist und das Schwenkloch (134) ein rundes Loch ist, das der Form des oberen Abschnitts (224) entspricht.
  11. Reihenklemmenbefestigungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, ferner umfassend eine Platte (150) zum Abdecken und Positionieren des Verriegelungsgriffs (200).
  12. Reihenklemmenbefestigungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, wobei eine Vielzahl von Montagesäulen (132) auf einer Seitenfläche des Körpers (110) angeordnet und parallel zu einem zwischen den beiden Durchgangsbohrungen (128) angeordneten Säulenelement (130) angeordnet sind, und die Platte (150) eine Vielzahl von Montagebohrungen (152) entsprechend den Montagesäulen (132) aufweist.
  13. Reihenklemmenbefestigungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, wobei der Körper (110) aus einer Vielzahl von übereinander gestapelten Basen (112) besteht, wobei jede der Basen (112) eine Verdrahtungskammer (116) zur Aufnahme einer Tellerfeder (114), eine in die Buchse (124) eingesetzte leitende Klemme (118) und einen die Tellerfeder (114) beweglich berührenden Andruckblock (120) beinhaltet.
