Claims (12)

  1. Griffe de retenue avec une console (10) destinée à fixer des radiateurs (40) contre un mur, sachant que la console (10) comprend un rail (11) longiligne, un support inférieur (12) et un support supérieur (20),
    sachant que le support supérieur (20) est, par son extrémité (21), déplaçable verticalement et blocable contre le rail (11) et qu'il présente, en son autre extrémité (22), une pièce de retenue (30) en forme de serre avec biseau d'approche (31),
    et avec un évidement (32) destiné à recevoir une zone de retenue d'un radiateur (40),
    sachant que la pièce de retenue (30) en forme de serre est en appui, sous la contrainte d'un ressort (33), de sorte à se déplacer d'elle-même - sous l'effet d'un radiateur (40) déplacé en direction du support supérieur (20) - par l'intermédiaire du biseau d'approche (31), en vainquant la contrainte du ressort (33), jusqu'à ce que la zone de retenue (41) du radiateur (40) ait été introduite dans l'évidement (32),
    et sachant qu'un élément d'immobilisation (34) est prévu, permettant de sécuriser la pièce de retenue (30) en forme de serre en empêchant un déplacement de la pièce de retenue (30) en forme de serre, donc un déboîtement involontaire par soulèvement du radiateur (40),
    caractérisée en ce que
    l'élément d'immobilisation (34) empêche en plus un déplacement involontaire du radiateur dans la pièce de retenue (30) en forme de serre en interagissant indirectement ou directement avec la zone de retenue (41) du radiateur (40) et en ce que l'élément d'immobilisation (34) est actionnable avec le radiateur (40) monté.
  2. Griffe de retenue selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la pièce de retenue (30) en forme de serre peut être logée de manière glissante dans un modelage en U (23) situé contre le support supérieur (20).
  3. Griffe de retenue selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce qu'une languette élastique (35) partant de la pièce de retenue (30) en forme de serre sert de ressort (33).
  4. Griffe de retenue selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce qu'une languette en plastique sert de languette élastique (35), languette qui part monobloc de la pièce de retenue (30) en forme de serre et qui applique par son extrémité libre (36), dans la zone de la nervure en U, contre les parois intérieures (24) de nervure du modelage en U (23).
  5. Griffe de retenue selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que le ressort (33) fait saillie à l'intérieur du modelage en U (23) et qu'il est configuré monobloc avec ledit modelage.
  6. Griffe de retenue selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que l'élément d'immobilisation (34) est disposé entre la pièce de retenue (30) en forme de serre et le mur, et qu'il est accessible par le haut une fois le radiateur (40) monté.
  7. Griffe de retenue selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que l'élément d'immobilisation (34) traverse au moins localement la pièce de retenue (30) en forme de serre et qu'après l'actionnement il est possible de l'amener par son extrémité inférieure en liaison active avec la zone de retenue (41) du radiateur (40), à savoir de sorte à provoquer un bridage entre l'élément d'immobilisation (34) et la zone de retenue (41) du radiateur (40) et/ou entre l'évidement (32) de la pièce de retenue (30) en forme de serre et la zone de retenue (41) du radiateur (40).
  8. Griffe de retenue selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que l'élément d'immobilisation (34) est configuré en vis.
  9. Griffe de retenue selon la revendication 8, caractérisée en ce que la vis se termine en pointe en son extrémité inférieure (37).
  10. Griffe de retenue selon l'une des revendications 8 ou 9, caractérisée en ce que la tête de la vis est configurée en embout hexagonal.
  11. Griffe de retenue selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la pièce de retenue (30) en forme de serre est déplaçable, en face du rail (11) verticalement par rapport à la surface du rail (11).
  12. Griffe de retenue selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la pièce de retenue (30) en forme de serre se compose d'une matière plastique.
