Definitions

  • the present invention relates to an extractor hood with a filter device, wherein the extractor hood comprises at least one suction region with at least one substantially rod-shaped fastening element and the filter device at least one fastening device.
  • the fastening device comprises at least one receiving portion, wherein at least one insertion opening for at least one substantially rod-shaped fastening element is provided on at least one end face of the fastening device or the receiving portion.
  • Cooker hoods are often installed over hotplates to soak up the fumes rising from the hob and to rid of fatty components and depending on the design of odors.
  • one or more grease filters are provided on the suction section of an extractor hood through which the rising vapor flows and is thus cleaned. For optimal operation of the cooker hood these grease filters should be cleaned from time to time.
  • the grease filters are usually provided removably on the intake section.
  • the grease filter can be screwed or held with magnets on the suction section. Screwing on the grease filter, however, is uncomfortable for a user and securing the grease filter with magnets is often difficult because accurate magnetic force must be set to reliably hold the grease filter and at the same time ease removal.
  • the publication DE 10 2013 212 921 A1 shows the connection of two filter elements in the first embodiment by means of at least one in both filter elements positively engaging pin and in the alternative second embodiment by means of at least one arranged between the two filter elements hinge connection. Further prior art is in the document DE 10 2004 043 069 A1 described.
  • a so-called stud bolt receptacle is provided.
  • one or more bolts are provided on the suction portion of the extractor hood, on which the grease filter is pushed or plugged with corresponding brackets.
  • the brackets have a to the bolt adjusted bore on. The filter is held during assembly with the brackets in front of the bolts and pushed over a translational movement on the bolts. The removal of the grease filter via an opposite translational movement.
  • a disadvantage of such an attachment for the or the fat filter (s) is that a user tends to fold down the grease filter just when removing a substantially horizontally provided grease filter than to move it straight or translationally towards itself. As a result, the brackets for fixing the grease filter can wear out or even break. Thus, the correct removal of the grease filter for a user has difficulties or is uncomfortable because he can not intuitively pull down the grease filter down.
  • the extractor hood according to the invention comprises a filter device which has at least one fastening device, wherein the fastening device comprises at least one receiving portion.
  • the receiving portion has on at least one end face at least one insertion opening for at least one substantially rod-shaped fastening element. Furthermore, the receiving portion is at least partially open on at least one shell side.
  • the filter device is designed in particular as a grease filter.
  • the filter device preferably comprises at least one filter element, at least one frame member holding the filter element and at least one fastening device.
  • the adjoining the insertion opening portion of the receiving portion is inventively formed as a receptacle for a substantially rod-shaped fastener, said receptacle is preferably formed as a substantially tubular receptacle.
  • the fastening device according to the invention is suitable and designed to safely receive the filter device on the intake section of an extractor hood.
  • the fastening device is in particular designed such that the filter device can be attached by means of the fastening device to a substantially rod-shaped fastening element on the suction portion of the extractor hood.
  • the fastening device and the substantially rod-shaped fastening element are preferably designed such that no further fastening means for fastening the filter device to the extractor hood are necessary.
  • the filter device is securely received by the plugging or pushing on the rod-shaped fastener to the suction portion of the hood.
  • the fastening device or the receiving portion of the fastening device according to the invention is designed such that, for example, designed as a stud bolts substantially rod-shaped fastening element can be inserted into the receiving portion.
  • the filter device has at least two fastening devices, wherein these are preferably provided so far away from each other that a stable attachment is made possible.
  • two or at least two fastening devices are provided, a particularly reliable reception of the filter device on the extractor hood can be ensured.
  • the receiving portion has on at least one shell side an open configuration.
  • the jacket side is at least partially open, which is provided in the flow direction or flow direction through the filter device on the rear side of the fastening device.
  • the upper jacket side of the fastening device is preferably designed to be open at least in sections.
  • That at least one shell side of the receiving portion is at least partially open is to be understood that at least partially a franking or a slot is provided in the fastening device, wherein the open configuration preferably corresponds at least along a substantial longitudinal extension of the Conssteckenden rod-shaped fastener.
  • the receiving portion of the fastening device is preferably designed such that the rod-shaped fastening element securely received in this or at least a small clamping action is taken on this.
  • at least one undercut on the open-configured section is preferred the receiving portion provided to receive the fastener securely on or in the receiving portion.
  • the filter device is preferably guided with the fastening device or with the fastening devices and in particular with the insertion openings of the fastening devices in front of the one or more substantially rod-shaped fastening elements and pushed onto the fastening elements by means of a translational movement.

  • the fastener is led out of the fastener through the open portion of the receiving portion, so that the filter device can be removed without damaging the fastener.
  • the receiving portion in the installed position at least partially open upwards designed.
  • This is particularly advantageous in substantially horizontally disposed filter devices.
  • the open configuration is provided on the rear side or jacket side of the fastening device opposite the flow direction or in the flow direction.
  • the insertion opening and the adjoining receiving section at least in sections have a substantially roundish cross-section.
  • a substantially tubular receptacle for a substantially rod-shaped fastening element is provided in the receiving portion, wherein this tubular receptacle is configured open to at least one side towards at least one shell side of the fastening device.

  • the receptacle then has at least one type of undercut on the open side.
  • the open configuration of the receiving portion is provided by at least one slot. Through this slot, a fastener can then penetrate by pulling off the filter device by means of a rotary movement or pivoting movement and be removed from the receiving section.
  • the receiving portion is at least partially elastic.
  • the receiving portion is at least partially elastically deformable, so that upon removal of the filter device, the receiving portion and / or the receptacle deformed such that an inserted fastener can be passed through the open portion of the receiving portion or through the slot.
  • the tubular receptacle of the receiving portion or the insertion opening has a smaller cross-section than the open configured section or the slot of the receiving portion.
  • the receiving portion comprises at least one clamping element with at least one clamping portion.
  • a clamping element can be understood in particular to be an elastically deformable or displaceable element which defines an inserted fastening element in the receiving section.
  • the clamping element may also be substantially rigid and preferably be pressed by other components against a fastener to set this.
  • the clamping element and / or the clamping portion is at least partially substantially wedge-shaped. Due to the substantially wedge-shaped configuration, a clamping action can be achieved in a particularly simple and reliable manner, which secures an inserted fastening element to the receiving section.
  • the clamping portion has at least one radius.
  • a particularly secure fixing or receiving of the filter device on the suction section of the extractor hood can take place since the clamping element or the clamping section rests as accurately as possible on the fastening element.
