Claims (11)

  1. Appareil de cuisson (1), en particulier appareil de cuisson industriel,

    - avec un condensateur, qui est relié au compartiment de cuisson (3),

    - avec une évacuation d'appareil (9),
    - dans lequel le condensateur (5) présente un système à chambres multiples, et
    - dans lequel le dispositif d'amenée d'eau de refroidissement (10) présente au moins une conduite d'amenée (11),
    - dans lequel le condensateur (5) présente en tant que système à chambres multiples un système à trois chambres avec les composants suivants :
    -- une première chambre (6), qui est en liaison fluidique avec le compartiment de cuisson (3) par l'intermédiaire de l'évacuation de boîtier (4) et qui présente un premier réservoir d'eau (W1),
