In Fig. 1 bis 4 ist ein erfindungsgemäßes Schloss 1 dargestellt. Das Schloss 1 ist besonders einfach aufgebaut und weist ein Schlossblatt 6 auf, in dessen Zentrum ein Schließzylinder 2 eingesetzt ist. Der Schließzylinder 2 schließt stirnseitig wie ersichtlich etwa bündig mit dem Schlossblech 6 ab. An der Rückseite, also der Hinterseite des Schlossbleches 6, weist der Schließzylinder 2 eine zapfenförmige Erstreckung auf, an welcher ein Zahnrad 5 angeordnet ist. Das Zahnrad 5 wirkt mit einer Zahnstange 4 zusammen, die hierfür in einem zentralen Bereich derselben mit einer entsprechenden Profilierung ausgebildet ist. Die Zahnstange 4 ist über den profilierten Bereich, der mit dem Zahnrad 5 zusammenwirkt, mit den zwei endseitigen Bereichen 41 und 42 ausgebildet. Der Bereich 41 weist eine Nase 43 auf. Der Bereich 42 weist einen noch näher zu erläuternden Anschluss 44 für ein Zugmittel oder dergleichen auf. Im Ausführungsbeispiel ist dieser Anschluss 44 als Öse ausgebildet. Des Weiteren ist ein elektrischer Taster 7 vorgesehen, der elektrisch mit einem Antrieb in Verbindung steht, wobei der Antrieb einen Elektromotor umfasst. Ein Druckknopf 71 des Tasters 7 kann durch Verfahren der Zahnstange 4 betätigt werden, in dem die Nase 43 auf den Druckknopf 71 drückt. Hierfür ist die Zahnstange 4 nach unten zu verfahren. Die bereits erwähnte Öse 44 steht mit einem Motor des Antriebes in Verbindung, und zwar über ein Zugmittel. Wird die Zahnstange 4 nach oben verfahren, bewirkt das in der Öse 44 angekoppelte Zugmittel, dass ein Motor entriegelt wird.In Figs. 1 to 4 a lock 1 according to the invention is shown. Allgemein kann das Schloss 1 bei Vorrichtungen eingesetzt werden, welche ein öffenbares Element umfassen, wobei zum Öffnen des Elementes ein Antrieb umfassend einen Motor sowie weitere Antriebskomponenten vorgesehen ist. Der Taster 7 steht dabei mit dem Motor, insbesondere einem Elektromotor in Wirkverbindung, sodass bei Betätigung des Druckknopfes der Motor aktiviert wird und das öffenbare Element selbsttätig öffnet. Bei Einsatz eines Schlosses 1 ist es darüber hinaus möglich, durch Aktivierung der Zahnstange 4 den Antrieb zu entkoppeln, sodass das Element auch mechanisch bzw. manuell öffenbar ist. Zur Aktivierung wird ein Schlüssel in das Schloss 1 gesteckt und, wie in Fig. 1 angedeutet, nach rechts gedreht. Dadurch wird die Zahnstange 4 nach unten bewegt, bis schließlich die Nase 43 den Druckknopf 71 des Tasters 7 betätigt. Durch Betätigung des Druckknopfes erhält der Motor ein Signal und startet, sodass das Element geöffnet wird. Sollte das Element aus diversen Gründen nicht öffnen, beispielsweise wegen fehlender Stromversorgung des Motors, kann ohne Abziehen des Schlüssels derselbe in die Gegenrichtung gedreht werden. Dadurch wird die Zahnstange 4 in die entgegengesetzte Richtung bewegt. Der Druckknopf 71 wird wieder gelöst, danach aber das am Anschluss 44 bzw. der Öse befestigte Zugmittel nach oben bewegt, wodurch der Antrieb entriegelt wird. Dadurch kann das Element händisch geöffnet werden, weil nunmehr keine mechanische Hemmung vorliegt. Somit ist es auf einfache Weise möglich, mit einem einzigen Schloss 1 auch dann eine einfache Bedienung zu erreichen, wenn in einer ersten Betriebsposition (automatischer elektrischer Betrieb) eine Funktionsstörung vorliegt und in einer zweiten Betriebsposition ein manuelles Öffnen gewünscht ist.The lock 1 is part of a device which additionally comprises an openable element (not shown) and a drive for opening the element. Claims (4)

  1. Apparatus having an element that is openable for example by sliding, in particular a sliding gate device, comprising the openable element such as a sliding gate, a drive for opening the element, and a lock (1), wherein the lock (1) comprises a locking cylinder (2) and a key, and wherein the drive opens the element into a first operating position by actuation of the lock (1) with the key, and wherein the element is unlockable by the drive and openable manually by actuation of the lock (1) into a second position, wherein the locking cylinder (2) is connected to a triggering device (3) which triggers either an automatic opening of the element or an unlocking of the element by the drive depending on the first operating state or the second operating state, characterized in that the triggering device (3) is designed as a slidable toothed rack (4), and that a gearwheel (5) that cooperates with the toothed rack (4) is arranged on the locking cylinder (2), so that the toothed rack (4) is slidable to enable the alternative selection of a first operating state or a second operating state.
  2. Apparatus according to claim 1, characterized in that the drive comprises a motor, in particular an electric motor.
