  • the guide surfaces of the lower extension pieces 31 are made expandable so that the lower extension piece 31 may be placed on the guide tracks of the lower slide 19 by moving its front side against the guide tracks and then constricting the guide tracks of the lower extension piece 31 to the guide tracks of the lower slide 19.
  • the lateral inclination cylinders 29 and 30 of the pile driving machine 10 shown in Fig. 1 are double-acting hydraulic cylinders. They may be extended by feeding pressurized medium to the piston side of these hydraulic cylinders 29 and 30, or shortened by feeding pressurized medium to the piston rod side. Also, the inclination of the leader 17 in different directions is controlled by control sticks in the cabin 18.
  • the lower slide 19 is fastened to its fastening point in the upper carriage 14 by a tilting joint 33.

  • the leader according to the invention having more versatile functions than before, may be implemented, in many respects, in a way different from the example embodiment presented above.
  • the actuator with linear movements, used for moving the telescopic leader in the longitudinal direction of the leader could also be, instead of a duplex double-acting hydraulic cylinder, e.g. an ordinary double-acting hydraulic cylinder having a sufficiently long range and equipped with one moving head.

  • other parts of the leader according to the invention may be implemented in a number of ways different from the example embodiment shown in Figs. 1 to 10 .
  • the lateral inclination cylinders may be, in the same way as the hoisting cylinder, various actuators with linear movements, and their fastening points between the base machine and the lower slide may be selected and/or implemented in different ways.
  • the lower extension pieces may implemented to have fastening and locking mechanisms operating in different ways, for fastening and locking the lower extension pieces to the telescopic leader and to each other.
  • the adjustment of the hose bag used for guiding the pressurized medium hoses of the implement movable along the telescopic leader may be implemented in various ways.
  • the movement of the hose bracket along guide tracks on the telescopic leader could be implemented by means of e.g. a screw and a threaded transfer member fastened to the hose bracket, a chain fastened to the hose bracket, a hydraulic cylinder, or by providing the hose bracket with an actuator for moving the hose bracket by means of a gear wheel and a gear rack.
  • the adjustment of the position of the hose bag may also be implemented by adjusting the fastening point of the pressurized medium hoses with respect to the hose bracket which is stationary. This could be done, for example, by providing the hose bracket with two guide rollers (made of e.g. rubber) opposite each other and rotatable in different directions.
  • the fastening point of the pressurized medium hoses may be adjusted by rotating the guide rollers.
  • the pressurized medium hoses are moved in the direction of the implement when the implement is moved to the lower extension pieces, and back to the normal position when the implement moves from the lower extension pieces back to the lower end of the telescopic leader.
  • This arrangement does not require that the hose bracket be fastened to the leader in a movable way, but it requires that the pressurized medium hoses have to be longer than in the above mentioned arrangement for adjusting the position of the hose bag, based on the movable hose bracket.
  • the locking of the telescopic leader with respect to the lower slide may be implemented by locking devices operating in different ways. These locking devices may be controllable from the cabin, or manually installable between the lower slide and the telescopic leader. There may also be more than one locking device, and the locking provided between the lower slide and the telescopic leader may be arranged so that there may be one or more locking points, e.g. at regular intervals over the whole length of the movement range of the telescopic leader.
  • the method, the leader, and the pile driving machine according to the invention are thus not limited to the above described example application but they may be implemented in various ways within the scope of the appended claims.

Claims (18)

  1. Guide (17) pour une machine de battage de pieux (10), le guide (17) comprenant une glissière inférieure (19) et un guide télescopique (20) dans la machine de battage de pieux (10), et un dispositif de fixation d'outil (22) fixé de manière à être mobile le long du guide télescopique, permettant de fixer un outil (26) utilisé dans un travail de battage de pieux au guide (17); auquel guide (17) :
    - le guide télescopique (20) est fixé à la glissière inférieure (19) par un actionneur (28) par des mouvements linéaires, de façon à être mobile dans la direction longitudinale de la glissière inférieure (19) et à être verrouillé en position à des stabilisateurs avant (46) de la machine de battage de pieux (10) par un dispositif de verrouillage ;
    - le dispositif de fixation d'outil (22) est verrouillable dans au moins deux positions relativement au guide télescopique (20).
  2. Guide selon la revendication 1, le guide (17) comprenant au moins une pièce d'extension inférieure (31) à fixer à l'extrémité inférieure du guide télescopique (20) de manière détachable, permettant d'étendre le guide télescopique (20) à son extrémité inférieure.
  3. Guide (17) selon la revendication 1 ou 2, le guide (17) comprenant une articulation d'inclinaison (33), par laquelle la glissière inférieure (19) peut être fixée à la machine de base (11) à incliner relativement à au moins un axe.
  4. Guide (17) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, le guide (17) comprenant des cylindres d'inclinaison latérale (29, 30) fixés à la glissière inférieure (19), par lesquels la glissière inférieure (19) peut être inclinée dans au moins une direction par rapport à la machine de base (11).
  5. Guide (17) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, dans lequel le dispositif de verrouillage entre la glissière inférieure (19) et la glissière télescopique (20) est un dispositif de verrouillage entraîné par un actionneur.
  6. Guide (17) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, dans lequel l'actionneur (28) avec des mouvements linéaires comprend une partie fixe (28a) et au moins une extrémité mobile (28b, 28c), mobile relativement à celle-ci, et dans lequel l'actionneur (28) avec des mouvements linéaires est raccordé entre la glissière inférieure (19) et le guide télescopique (20), de sorte qu'au moins le guide télescopique (20) ou la glissière inférieure (19) soit raccordé(e) à au moins une extrémité mobile (28b, 28c) de l'actionneur (28) avec des mouvements linéaires.
  7. Guide (17) selon la revendication 6, dans lequel l'actionneur (28) avec des mouvements linéaires est un cylindre hydraulique à double action duplex présentant une partie centrale (28a) et une première extrémité mobile (28b) mobile sur une première distance à sa première extrémité et une seconde extrémité mobile (28c) mobile sur une seconde distance à sa seconde extrémité.
  8. Guide (17) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, dans lequel le guide télescopique (20) comprend deux points de verrouillage ou plus auxquels le guide télescopique (20) peut être verrouillé à la glissière inférieure (19).
  9. Guide (17) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 8, dans lequel la pièce d'extension inférieure (31) est configurée afin d'être fixée au guide télescopique (20) de sorte que les rails du guide dans le guide télescopique (20) et la pièce d'extension inférieure (31) soient alignés afin que le dispositif de fixation d'outil (22) monté sur le guide télescopique (20) et mobile le long de ses rails de guidage (23) puisse être déplacé/soit mobile vers au moins une pièce d'extension inférieure (31) fixée sous le guide télescopique (20).
  10. Guide (17) selon la revendication 9, dans lequel les éléments de fixation (35, 36) qui peuvent être fixés l'un à l'autre de manière détachable, sont ménagés à l'extrémité inférieure (20a) du guide télescopique (20) et à l'extrémité supérieure (31a) de la pièce d'extension inférieure (31), permettant de raccorder la pièce d'extension inférieure (31) à l'extrémité inférieure (20a) du guide télescopique (20) de manière détachable.
  11. Guide (17) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10, comprenant un support de tuyau (41) fixé de manière mobile dans la direction longitudinale du guide télescopique (20) et verrouillé dans au moins deux positions, permettant de supporter des tuyaux de milieux pressurisés s'étendant vers l'outil (26) et/ou vers d'autres dispositifs éventuellement actionnés de manière hydraulique du guide (17).
  12. Guide (17) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 11, équipé de l'un quelconque des éléments suivants : un dispositif permettant de faire tourner des pieux forés, un marteau d'un dispositif de battage de pieux à impact, ou un vibreur.
  13. Machine de battage de pieux (10) comprenant un guide (17) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 12.
  14. Procédé permettant d'augmenter la fonctionnalité d'une machine de battage de pieux (10), le procédé appliquant un guide (17) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 11 dans la machine de battage de pieux (10).
  15. Procédé selon la revendication 14, dans lequel au moins une pièce d'extension inférieure (31) est fixée sous un guide télescopique (20), afin d'étendre le guide (17) au niveau de son extrémité inférieure, et dans lequel le guide télescopique (20) est déplacé vers le haut lors de la fixation des pièces d'extension inférieures (31) sous le guide télescopique (20).
  16. Procédé selon la revendication 15, dans lequel le guide (17) est également incliné vers l'avant, vers l'arrière, sur la droite, ou sur la gauche, par des cylindres d'inclinaison latéraux (29, 30) montés entre le guide (17) et la machine de base (11) de la machine de battage de pieux (10).
  17. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 13 à 16, dans lequel au moins une pièce d'extension inférieure (31) est fixée au guide télescopique (20) lorsque le guide (17) est dans une position verticale.
  18. Procédé selon la revendication 17, dans lequel le guide télescopique (20) est déplacé de telle sorte, relativement à la machine de battage de pieux (10), qu'au moins une partie du guide (17) et/ou une ou plusieurs pièce(s) d'extension inférieure(s) (31) fixée(s) à son extrémité inférieure est/sont déplacée(s) sous la machine de base (11).
