    at least one pressure hose (7) is connected to the upper side of the seat support (2) and extends along the longitudinal middle line (11) of the seat (1), between the seat support (2) and the superimposed seat plate (3), thereby forming the load-bearing element, with the seat plate (3) being mounted on the pressure hose for limited lateral tilting movement relative to the seat support (2).
  2. The chair according to claim 1, characterized in that the pressure hose (7) has a valve (71) through which a pressure medium, preferably air, can be injected into or released from the pressure hose (7).
  3. The chair according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the pressure hose (7) has a connection for a pressure medium pump (72) or is connected to a pressure medium pump (72) arranged on the seat (1), and pressure medium can be injected into the pressure hose (7) by means of the pump.
  4. The chair according to one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that two or more longer continuous pressure hoses (7) parallel to one another or several shorter pressure hoses (7) connected in series and/or parallel to one another are provided.
  5. The chair according to one of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the seat plate (3) is subjected to a pre-stressing force urging the seat plate towards an untilted default position parallel to the seat support (2).
  6. The chair according to one of claims 1 to 5, characterized in that a low-resistance or resilient foam filling is arranged between the seat support (2) and the superimposed seat plate (3) at least along their peripheral areas.
  7. The chair according to one of claims 1 to 6, characterized in that fixed or adjustable stops (23) are arranged between the seat support (2) and the superimposed seat plate (3), delimiting a measure of lateral tilting movement of the seat plate (3) relative to the seat support (2).
  8. The chair according to one of claims 1 to 7, characterized in that a foam cushion layer (30) and/or seat upholstery arranged on the seat plate (3) are or is guided in a continuous peripheral area (31) reaching down to the seat support (2).
