Claims (14)
- Élément filtrant (1) destiné à une utilisation dans un article de tabac, l'élément filtrant (1) comprenant au moins un corps filtrant (2) et au moins une capsule (3) contenant un milieu liquide en tant que matériau de noyau, le milieu liquide du matériau de noyau contenant au moins un tensioactif,
caractérisé en ce que
ladite au moins une capsule (3) comprend une enveloppe imperméable à la vapeur d'eau en un matériau polymère, qui a été obtenue à partir d'un matériau précurseur polymérisable par UV, le matériau précurseur polymérisable par UV étant au moins un composé contenant deux groupes diacrylate et/ou diméthacrylate chacun terminaux, qui sont reliés par un groupe apolaire rigide non réticulant. - Élément filtrant (1) selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le milieu liquide du matériau de noyau contient ledit au moins un tensioactif en une concentration de 0,01 à 20 % en poids, par rapport au poids total du matériau de noyau ; de préférence de 0,1 à 10 % en poids, de manière particulièrement préférée de 0,1 à 2 % en poids, de manière tout particulièrement préférée de 0,3 à 1 % en poids.
- Élément filtrant (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel ledit au moins un tensioactif est un tensioactif non ionique, un tensioactif anionique, un tensioactif cationique, un tensioactif amphotère ou un mélange de deux ou davantage de tels tensioactifs.
- Élément filtrant (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel ledit au moins un tensioactif est un polysorbate, de préférence le polysorbate 20, le polysorbate 21, le polysorbate 40, le polysorbate 60, le polysorbate 61, le polysorbate 65, le polysorbate 80, le polysorbate 81, le polysorbate 85 ou le polysorbate 120, de manière particulièrement préférée le polysorbate 80.
- Élément filtrant (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel ladite au moins une capsule (3) comprend une enveloppe en un matériau polymère, qui entoure le milieu liquide en tant que matériau de noyau.
- Élément filtrant (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel ladite au moins une capsule (3) présente une résistance à la pression dans la plage allant de 5 N à 25 N.
- Élément filtrant (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel ladite au moins une capsule présente une taille de particule moyenne de 0,1 à 10 mm, de préférence de 1 à 5 mm, et une épaisseur de paroi moyenne de 10 µm à 2 mm, de préférence de 50 µm à 200 µm.
- Élément filtrant (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le groupe rigide du matériau précurseur polymérisable par UV comprend au moins un composé ou est dérivé d'au moins un composé, qui est choisi dans le groupe constitué par :a. les systèmes de diols cycliques bicycliques ou tricycliques aliphatiques, qui peuvent être substitués par des groupes alkyle de 1 à 3 atomes de carbone,b. le bisphénol A ou des dérivés de celui-ci, dans lesquels un ou les deux radicaux phényle sont substitués par des groupes alkyle de 1 à 3 atomes de carbone, etc. les diuréthanes, qui sont formés à partir d'un diisocyanate d'alkyle en C5 à C10 ou diisocyanate de cycloalkyle en C5 à C10 ramifié, et de monoéthylène glycol.
- Élément filtrant (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le matériau précurseur polymérisable par UV est choisi parmi le diacrylate de bisphénol A, le diméthacrylate de bisphénol A, le diacrylate de tricyclodécane-diméthanol, le diméthacrylate de tricyclodécane-diméthanol et/ou le diméthacrylate d'uréthane (UDMA) de la formule suivante, celui-ci consistant généralement en un mélange d'isomères :
- Élément filtrant (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le milieu liquide est un milieu liquide hydrophile, de préférence une solution ou dispersion aqueuse, de manière particulièrement préférée l'eau.
- Élément filtrant (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le milieu liquide du matériau de noyau contient des sels, des hydrates de sels, des glucides, des protéines, des vitamines, des acides aminés, des acides nucléiques, des lipides, des médicaments, des épaississants, des colorants, des matériaux cellulaires, des arômes, des parfums ou d'autres agents actifs.
- Élément filtrant (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la capsule (3) comprend un revêtement supplémentaire sur le côté extérieur, le revêtement étant de préférence appliqué par un procédé sous vide tel qu'une pulvérisation, une évaporation ou un procédé plasma, ou par revêtement chimique ou galvanique, afin d'obtenir des capsules revêtues.
- Élément filtrant (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel ledit au moins un corps filtrant (2, 9) et ladite au moins une capsule (3) sont entourés par un matériau d'enveloppe (4), le matériau d'enveloppe (4) étant de préférence du papier ou du carton.
- Article de tabac (10) contenant un élément en forme de barre contenant du tabac (7) et un élément filtrant (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 13 agencé dans la direction axiale par rapport à celui-ci.
