Description
- L'invention se rattache au secteur technique des armes à feu.
- L'invention concerne plus particulièrement une arme à répétition manuelle de tout calibre, notamment du type à armement linéaire, à éjection assistée.
- Ce type d'arme comprend, d'une manière connue, des moyens aptes à récupérer l'énergie résultant de la pression exercée lors du tir d'une cartouche en vue du déplacement d'un ensemble mobile à l'encontre d'un organe élastique de rappel, ledit ensemble comprenant un obturateur, un verrou et un percuteur coopérant avec un chien commandé par une détente.
- Plus particulièrement, l'invention concerne un perfectionnement relevant du document
FR 3 019 887 - Selon l'enseignement de ce document, l'arme à feu, du type de celle définie ci-dessus, présente :
- des moyens de verrouillage à l'arrière de l'ensemble mobile en position comprimée du ressort de rappel, après chaque tir,
- un ensemble de déverrouillage actionnable manuellement et apte à agir sur les moyens de verrouillage pour libérer l'ensemble mobile et permettre le retour assisté dudit ensemble en vue d'un rechargement.
- Compte tenu du verrouillage à l'arrière de l'ensemble mobile, l'utilisateur doit, après chaque tir, intervenir manuellement avant d'effectuer le rechargement de la munition, avec le retour assisté.
- Une telle intervention manuelle est obligatoire, et permet, par conséquent, à l'arme de rester dans la catégorie des armes, dites à répétition, et non pas dans la catégorie des armes, du type semi-automatique.
- Par ailleurs, l'ensemble de déverrouillage coopère, lorsqu'il est actionné, avec une pièce apte à neutraliser le système de percussion de l'arme, en débrayant la détente.
- A partir de cet état de la technique constitué par l'enseignement du document
FR 3 019 887 - Selon l'invention, pour résoudre un tel problème, les moyens de verrouillage sont constitués par le chien, qui coopère avec l'ensemble mobile, pour le maintenir à l'arrière.
- Il résulte de ces caractéristiques, que l'on agit sur une pièce maîtresse, qui est le chien.
- Pour résoudre le problème posé, d'éviter un shuntage du verrouillage arrière de l'ensemble mobile, l'ensemble de déverrouillage coopère, lorsqu'il est actionné manuellement, avec deux pièces aptes à neutraliser le système de percussion de l'arme, en rendant inopérant le chien.
- Dans une forme de réalisation, les deux pièces sont constituées par un doigt de déverrouillage et un cran de déverrouillage, le cran de déverrouillage présentant un bec coopérant avec un bossage du chien pour le faire descendre et débloquer l'ensemble mobile, lorsque l'ensemble de déverrouillage est actionné manuellement.
- Selon d'autres caractéristiques, l'ensemble de déverrouillage est rendu solidaire du doigt de déverrouillage, au moyen d'un axe de pivotement, que présente ledit ensemble.
- L'axe de pivotement présente une portée mâle polygonale coopérant avec une empreinte femelle de forme complémentaire formée dans l'épaisseur du doigt de déverrouillage.
- L'ensemble de déverrouillage est un levier accessible à partir de l'extérieur de l'arme.
- L'invention est exposée ci-après plus en détail à l'aide des figures des dessins annexés dans lesquels :
- la
figure 1 est une vue en perspective de la sous-garde, montrant notamment le chien assujetti à l'ensemble de déverrouillage, - la
figure 2 est une vue de face, correspondant à lafigure 1 , - la
figure 3 est une vue de côté de lafigure 2 , - la
figure 4 est une vue de dessus de lafigure 1 , - la
figure 5 est une vue en coupe longitudinale, considérée selon la ligne AA de lafigure 3 , - la
figure 6 est une vue en coupe, considérée selon la ligne BB de lafigure 4 . - Comme il ressort de l'enseignement du document
FR 3 019 887 - Le fonctionnement de ce type d'arme n'est pas décrit, car parfaitement connu pour un homme du métier.
- L'arme présente un ensemble de déverrouillage (12), actionnable manuellement, et apte à agir directement sur le chien (5), pour libérer l'ensemble mobile et permettre le retour assisté dudit ensemble, en vue d'un rechargement. L'ensemble de déverrouillage est constitué par un levier de manoeuvre (12), accessible à partir de l'extérieur de l'arme.
- Plus particulièrement, le levier de déverrouillage (12) est assujetti au chien (5) qui constitue, par conséquent, le moyen de verrouillage en coopérant avec deux pièces (15) et (15a), aptes à neutraliser le système de percussion de l'arme, rendant par conséquent, inopérant ledit chien (5).
- Comme le montre plus particulièrement la
figure 5 , ces deux pièces sont constituées par un doigt de déverrouillage (15), et un cran de déverrouillage (15a). - Le levier de déverrouillage (12) est solidaire du doigt de déverrouillage (15), au moyen d'un axe de pivotement (13), que présente ledit levier (12), ledit axe est engagé transversalement,
figure 6 . - Plus particulièrement, cet axe (13) présente une portée mâle polygonale, sous forme d'un carré par exemple, coopérant avec une empreinte femelle de forme complémentaire, formée dans l'épaisseur du doigt de déverrouillage (15).
- Ainsi, lorsque l'on agit sur le levier de déverrouillage (12), le doigt de déverrouillage (15), qui coopère en appui avec le cran de déverrouillage (15a), agit sur ledit cran, qui présente un bec coopérant avec un bossage du chien, pour le faire descendre.
- Il résulte de ces caractéristiques que le verrouillage à l'arrière de l'ensemble mobile s'effectue directement par le chien, qui constitue une pièce maîtresse de l'arme.
- Les avantages ressortent bien de la description.
Claims (7)
- Arme à feu à répétition du type linéaire, à éjection assistée comprenant :- des moyens aptes à récupérer l'énergie résultant de la pression exercée lors du tir d'une munition en vue du déplacement d'un ensemble mobile à l'encontre d'un organe élastique de rappel et comprenant un obturateur, un verrou et un percuteur coopérant avec un chien (5) commandé par une détente (6),- des moyens de verrouillage à l'arrière de l'ensemble mobile, en position comprimée du ressort de rappel, après chaque tir,- un ensemble de déverrouillage (12) actionnable manuellement et apte à agir sur les moyens de verrouillage pour libérer l'ensemble mobile et permettre le retour assisté dudit ensemble en vue d'un rechargement,caractérisée en ce que les moyens de verrouillage sont constitués par le chien (5), qui coopère avec l'ensemble mobile, pour le maintenir à l'arrière.
- Arme à feu selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que l'ensemble de déverrouillage (12) coopère, lorsqu'il est actionné manuellement, avec deux pièces (15) et (15a), aptes à neutraliser le système de percussion de l'arme, en rendant inopérant le chien (5).
- Arme à feu selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que les deux pièces sont constituées par un doigt de déverrouillage (15) et un cran de déverrouillage (15a).
- Arme à feu selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que le cran de déverrouillage (15a) présente un bec coopérant avec un bossage du chien (5) pour le faire descendre lorsque l'ensemble de déverrouillage est actionné manuellement.
- Arme à feu selon les revendications 1 et 3, caractérisée en ce que l'ensemble de déverrouillage (12) est rendu solidaire du doigt de déverrouillage (15), au moyen d'un axe de pivotement (13) que présente ledit ensemble.
- Arme à feu selon la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce que l'axe de pivotement (13) présente une portée mâle polygonale coopérant avec une empreinte femelle de forme complémentaire, formée dans l'épaisseur du doigt de déverrouillage (15).
- Arme à feu selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que l'ensemble de déverrouillage est un levier accessible à partir de l'extérieur de l'arme.
