Sitzkissen zur Auflage auf einem Sitzmöbel oder zum Einbau in ein Sitzmöbel, mit einer plattenförmigen Grundform, die eine Breite, eine Länge und eine Höhe aufweist, wobei das Sitzkissen eine Sitzfläche (8) umfasst, die sich an einer Oberseite der Grundform befindet und entlang der Breite und Länge der Grundform erstreckt und eine dreidimensionale Oberflächenform mit Erhöhungen und Senken in Richtung der Dicke gegenüber einer von der Breite und Länge aufgespannten Ebene aufweist, wobei die Sitzfläche entlang der Breitenrichtung eine Vorderseite (6), an der beim Sitzen die Beine des Nutzers angeordnet werden können, und eine Rückseite (7) besitzt, an der beim Sitzen der Rücken des Nutzers angeordnet werden kann, wobei die Sitzfläche (8) mindestens eine, vorzugsweise zwei Sitzknorrenvertiefungen (11) zur Aufnahme der Sitzknorren eines Nutzers aufweist,
wobei die Sitzfläche einen in Draufsicht auf die Sitzfläche U - förmigen Höhenrücken (12) mit einer U - Form mit einer Basis (16) und zwei daran angeordneten Schenkeln (14,15) umfasst, der so in Bezug auf die Sitzknorrenvertiefungen (11) angeordnet ist, dass der Nutzer mit den Oberschenkeln und dem Gesäß so innerhalb eines von dem Höhenrücken U - förmig umschlossenen Bereichs zu sitzen kommt, dass die Sitzknorren in die Sitzknorrenvertiefungen ragen, wobei mittig an der Rückseite (7) eine Steißbeinfreigabestruktur vorgesehen ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
