  4. Device (1) according to any of claims 1 or 2, characterised in that the means for sealing of the outlet opening (41) is a controlled or servo-controlled valve.
  5. Device (1) according to any of claims 1 to 4, characterised in that the means for sealing of the transfer opening (61) are a rupture cap (11) able to be tear so as to allow for the passage of the first fluid (7) when the pressure inside the first storage chamber (22) reaches a determined value.
  6. Device (1) according to any of claims 1 to 5, characterised in that the propulsion means are a gas generator chosen from the chemical, pyrotechnical, hybrid group or of the cold gas type.
  7. Device (1) according to any of claims 1 to 5, characterised in that the first and second pistons (5, 6) respectively have an inner recess (51, 62) in such a way that their propulsion face (52, 63) is located upstream at least from the major part of the first and second pistons (5, 6) in contact with the vessel (2).
  8. Secure container of values, comprising at least one device (1) for releasing according to any of the preceding claims.
