Claims (16)

  1. Carrying device (1) for frontal removal of a roll body from a roll mill, comprising a main frame (2) and a receiving section (3) for the roll body, which can be transferred from an introduction position (E) into a supporting position (S), wherein the receiving section (3) has a profile which encloses the roll body at least partly in the supporting position (S), and wherein the carrying device (1) can be pushed in below the roll body with the receiving section (3) in the introduction position (E) and the roll body is carried with the receiving section (3) in the supporting position (S).
  2. Carrying device (1) according to Claim 1, characterized in that the main frame (2) has a substantially L-shaped form with two legs (21, 22) standing at an angle to each other, wherein the reiving section (3) is pivot-mounted in an end region of one leg, preferably the shorter leg (22) .
  3. Carrying device (1) according to Claim 2, characterized in that one leg, preferably the longer leg (21), has guiding means, preferably configured as rollers (4).
  4. Carrying device (1) according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the receiving section (3) can move by actuating means (5) between the introduction position (E) and the supporting position (S).
  5. Carrying device (1) according to Claim 4, characterized in that actuating means (5) comprise a threaded rod (6).
  6. Carrying device according to Claim 5 and one of Claims 2 to 3, characterized in that the threaded rod (6) is mounted in a threaded bushing (7), wherein the threaded bushing (7) is mounted in the same leg (22) of the main frame (2) as the receiving section (3).
  7. Carrying device according to Claim 6, characterized in that the threaded rod (6) is connected at one end (8) to an expanding joint (9) in a way that is rotatable, yet firm against pushing and pulling, wherein the expanding joint (9) is expandable by rotating of the threaded rod (6) and the receiving section (3) can be transferred from the introduction position (E) into the supporting position (S), wherein the expanding joint (9) comprises in particular three joint segments (91, 92, 93) arranged about a common pivot axis (10), wherein a first joint segment (91) is connected to the threaded rod and the other joint segments (92, 93) are connected pivotably to the main frame (2) and the receiving section (3), respectively.
  8. Carrying device (1) according to Claim 7, characterized in that the receiving section (3) can be transferred from the introduction position (E) into the supporting position (S) by increasing the distance between the threaded bushing (7) and the end (8) of the threaded rod (6) which is connected to the expanding joint (9).
  9. Carrying device (1) according to one of Claims 5 to 8, characterized in that the threaded rod (6) is outfitted with means (14) for accommodating a drive unit.
  10. Carrying device (1) according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that means (11, 12) for limiting the movement of the receiving section (3) are provided.
  11. Roll mill (50) with a plurality of rolls (51, 51'), wherein at least one roll comprises a roll body (52) with two roll stubs, wherein the roll body (52) is releasable by moving apart the two roller stubs from each other,
    characterized in that
    beneath the at least one roll (51) guiding means (53) for a roll carrying device (1), preferably a device (1) according to one of the preceding claims, are arranged such that the roll body (52) can be removed frontally and the roll carrying device (1) is movable in a direction perpendicular to the roll axis.
  12. Roll mill (50) according to Claim 11, characterized in that the guiding means (53) enable a square guiding of the roll carrying device (1).
  13. Roll mill (50) according to Claim 11 or 12, characterized in that the guiding means (53) comprise at least one guide rail.
  14. Roll mill (50) according to one of Claims 11 to 13, characterized in that the guiding means (53) are arranged in a product space (55).
  15. Roll mill (50) according to one of Claims 11 to 14, characterized in that the guiding means (53) are releasably arranged beneath the at least one roll (51) in such a way that the guiding means (53) allow the roll carrying device (1) to be supported on a frame of the roll mill (50).
  16. Method for the frontal removal of a roll body (52) from a roll mill (50) with a plurality of rolls (51, 51'), wherein at least one roll comprises a roll body (52) with two roll stubs and wherein the roll body (52) is releasable by moving apart the two roll stubs from each other, comprising the following steps:
    - introducing at least one roll carrying device (1) with a receiving section (3) for the roll body underneath the roll (51), wherein the at least one roll carrying device (1) is resting on a frame of the roll mill (50);
    - lifting of the receiving section (3) of the at least one roll carrying device such that the roll body (52) is in an operative connection with the roll carrying device;
    - releasing of the roll body (52) by moving apart the two roll stubs, so that the roll body (52) is resting on the at least one roll carrying device (1);
    - moving the at least one roll carrying device (1) perpendicularly and preferably also square to the roll axis.
