Definitions
- the invention relates to a fastening system for screening machines and/or jigs for fastening exchangeable screen lining segments and/or exchangeable wear protection elements in or on a screening machine with at least one frame accommodating the screen lining segments and/or carrying the wear protection elements.
- a sieve bottom with a frame is known, on which carriers are arranged, to which plate-shaped sieve elements are fastened, the sieve elements and/or the carrier having locking pins which engage positively in counter-holes of the carrier and/or the sieve elements.
- a screening machine is known with at least one frame to which a screening element is attached, with electromagnets being arranged on the frame, which interact with metal corner plates in order to achieve magnetic attachment.
- a screen with at least one screen element is known, which is attached to a frame, with permanent magnets being arranged on the screen elements and serving for attachment to the frame.
- a screening machine is known with at least one frame to which a screening element is attached, with electromagnets being arranged on the frame, which interact with metal corner plates in order to achieve magnetic attachment.
- a disadvantage of the known fastening systems is therefore that complex disassembly and assembly is necessary in order to dismantle worn screen lining segments and wear protection elements and replace them with new screen lining segments and wear protection elements, which often have to be assembled with great effort and in extremely cramped conditions.
- the object of the invention is to overcome these disadvantages and to specify a screen cloth fastening system which is easy to dismantle and assembly of screen lining segments and wear protection elements on a screening machine.
- screening machine and jig are used synonymously.
- the screen mesh segments and wear protection elements that are subject to wear are attached to adapters by a magnetic coupling, with each adapter having at least one magnet that forms a magnetic connection with a ferromagnetic coupling element assigned to the screen mesh segment and/or wear protection element.
- the adapter which has the magnet, remains on the frame of the screening machine whenever a worn screen lining segment or wear protection element is replaced. To replace a wearing part, you only have to loosen the magnetic connection and insert a new screen lining segment and/or Wear protection element are placed. The screen lining segments and/or wear protection elements are thus attached magnetically to the screening machine.
- One or more ferromagnetic coupling elements are cast into each screen lining segment and/or each wear protection element.
- the screen lining segments and/or the wear protection elements can be formed from polyurethane, in which ferromagnetic coupling elements are cast.
- the ferromagnetic coupling elements can simultaneously form mechanical reinforcements in the screen lining segments and/or wear protection elements. This means that the ferromagnetic coupling elements cast into the screen mesh segments and/or wear protection elements simultaneously form reinforcements of the screen mesh segments and/or wear protection elements.
- the metal reinforcements already provided in the screen lining segments and/or wear protection elements to increase the load-bearing capacity can simultaneously serve as ferromagnetic coupling elements for producing the magnetic connection with the magnets of the adapters or adapter strips.
- the adapter itself can be magnetically fixed to the frame of the screening machine.
- the exchangeable screen lining segments and/or the exchangeable wear protection elements can be attached directly or indirectly to the adapter magnetically and/or with a positive fit and/or with a force fit. Fastening the adapter magnetically to the frame of the screening machine enables the adapter to be fastened easily and dismantled.
- the magnetic and/or positive and/or non-positive attachment of the screen lining segments and/or wear protection elements to the adapter can take place directly or indirectly.
- the screen base can also be formed by a single, one-piece screen lining segment.
- the invention is therefore not limited to an application with a screen bottom formed from a plurality of screen lining segments, although this represents a preferred embodiment.
- the adapter is preferably attached to a component of the screening machine made of non-ferromagnetic material.
- the adapter can be fastened with a force fit and/or with a material fit and/or with a form fit.
- stainless steel is a non-ferromagnetic material.
- the adapter can thus serve as a fastening and connecting element by itself being fastened to non-magnetic surfaces and components made of stainless steel, for example.
- Such an arrangement of the adapter with at least one magnet also makes it possible to magnetically attach screen lining segments and/or wear protection elements to components made of a non-ferromagnetic material.
- the adapter can be fastened to a ferromagnetic component of the screening machine.
- the adapter can be attached magnetically and/or force-fittingly and/or materially and/or positively.
- the Adapters have magnets that act on both sides, by means of which the adapter itself is magnetically attached to a ferromagnetic component of the screening machine and which at the same time serve to interact with at least one ferromagnetic coupling element arranged in a vibration-proof manner in or on the screen lining segment and/or wear protection element and thereby create a magnetic connection between the Produce adapter and the screen lining segment and/or wear protection element.
- the magnets serve both to magnetically attach the adapter to the screening machine and to magnetically attach the screen lining or the wear protection element to the adapter.
- such adapters can also be attached to the side parts of screening machines and can be used to attach lateral wear protection elements.
- These side parts can be, for example, vertical boundary walls above the sieve bottom.
- it can be an adapter for shaft protection tubes that wrap around the tube, adhere there magnetically and in turn magnetically hold a wear protection element that wraps around the tube.
- the adapter can be designed in particular as an elongate adapter bar.
- the frame of the screening machine which accommodates the adapter or adapter strips, can be formed by X-profiles and/or C-profiles and/or U-profiles and/or T-profiles and/or KR-profiles and/or angle profiles.
- the adapter can be formed by a plastic component, in particular as an injection molded part with one or more cast-in magnets.
- the adapter can have bores, in particular for accommodating fastening dowels for fastening the adapter to so-called KR profiles and/or angle profiles.
- the attachment of the adapter to the frame of the screening machine can in particular take place in a non-positive manner and/or with a material connection and/or with a form fit.
- the concept of the frame of the screening machine includes every component of the screening machine on which an exchangeable Screen lining segment and / or a replaceable wear protection element is particularly attached indirectly.
- a particular advantage of the invention is therefore that the fastening system for screening machines for fastening exchangeable screen lining segments and/or exchangeable wear protection elements can be retrofitted by arranging adapters in existing screening machines, since the adapters can be attached to the ones originally provided for the screen lining segments and/or wear protection elements Recordings and mounting locations can be attached.
- the magnets are arranged in or on the adapters that remain on the screening machine.
- Each adapter preferably has a plurality of magnets, which are arranged in particular equidistantly.
- the magnetic holding force can be increased and exerted evenly, for example, along the edges of the screen mesh segments and/or wear protection elements to be fastened.
- One or more ferromagnetic coupling elements are preferably formed by mounting rails and/or mounting frames that are magnetically fixed to the adapter, with screen lining segments and/or wear protection elements being non-positively and/or positively fixed to the mounting rails and/or mounting frame in a vibration-proof manner.
- One or more mounting rails and/or mounting frames made of ferromagnetic material can thus be arranged to produce the magnetic connection with the adapters, with the screen lining segments and/or wear protection elements being non-positively and/or positively secured to the mounting rails and/or mounting frame in a vibration-resistant and, in particular, exchangeable manner .
- the screen lining segment can be formed in particular by a perforated plate made of ferromagnetic material.
- the screen lining segments can be formed, in particular, by a ferromagnetic perforated metal sheet with a polyurethane layer sprayed onto it.
- the coating applied to the perforated metal sheet can have a different, in particular smaller, mesh size than the perforated metal sheet serving as a carrier.
- the ferromagnetic coupling element can be formed by iron or an iron alloy. This creates a favorable solution with a particularly good magnetic holding force.
- the ferromagnetic coupling element can be formed in particular by a cast iron core in the screen mesh segment and/or wear protection element; in particular, the ferromagnetic coupling element can be cast in the form of a strut or in the form of a frame in the material of the screen mesh segment and/or the wear protection element and Form reinforcement element for stiffening the screen lining segment and/or the wear protection element.
- the screen lining segment and/or the wear protection element can be reinforced by means of the ferromagnetic coupling element.
- the wearing parts are therefore only associated with the ferromagnetic coupling elements, which are cheaper than magnets, for example in the form of iron cores, which can easily be reused.
- the screen lining segments and/or wear protection elements themselves can be made of non-ferromagnetic material, in particular polyurethane.
- the ferromagnetic coupling element of a screen mat segment is formed by a perforated plate made of ferromagnetic material, which forms a carrier for screen media, in particular fabric.
- a perforated sheet of ferromagnetic material is attached to the adapters by the magnetic coupling attached and serves as a carrier for attached to the perforated plate screen media such as fabric and the like.
- the ferromagnetic perforated plate continues to be used as a carrier and only the screen medium attached to it is replaced like a fabric.
- the ferromagnetic coupling element is preferably configured continuously or in sections parallel to the course of an elongate adapter.
- the ferromagnetic coupling element can follow the course of the edges of a screen mesh segment and/or a wear protection element in order to ensure good and secure attachment of the respective screen mesh segment and/or wear protection element, especially in the edge area.
- the course of the elongate adapter preferably also follows the course of the edge of a screen mesh segment and/or a wear protection element in order to ensure the magnetic attachment of the respective screen mesh segment and/or wear protection element precisely in the edge area.
- the ferromagnetic coupling element can be designed in one piece or in several pieces, in particular as a cast-in core which is embedded in the matrix of a screen lining segment and/or wear protection element.
- the advantage here is that the magnets do not have to be positioned exactly to ensure good attachment. There is therefore no need for an exact and coordinated pairing of one magnet of the adapter with a corresponding ferromagnetic coupling element if, on the one hand, several magnets are arranged on an adapter, for example in the form of a strip, and at the same time several ferromagnetic coupling elements are embedded in sections in the matrix of a screen lining segment and/or wear protection element and/or a continuous iron core is arranged, for example in the form of a frame or a reinforcement.
- the same advantages are achieved by reinforcing the screen lining segment and/or wear protection element with ferromagnetic material. In these cases, a good and stable attachment to the magnets is guaranteed.
- the Matrix of a Screen lining segment and/or wear protection element itself can be formed by a flexible material such as polyurethane.
- screen lining segments form a screen floor.
- adjacent screen lining segments can each form a form fit, in particular have a tongue and groove connection.
- Such form-fitting connections of the screen lining segments to one another mean that a screen lining segment is also secured and fixed by the adjacent screen lining segments in addition to being magnetically fixed when it is subjected to screening material.
- a plurality of screen lining segments preferably form a screen floor, with the last screen lining segments in the transport direction of the material to be screened being supported at the ends in the transport direction against transverse stop elements, in particular against a continuous transverse stop bar.
- the screen lining segments can form a form fit, in particular a tongue and groove connection, with the transverse stop bar running perpendicularly to the transport direction.
- Sieve trays are usually set up at an angle to the horizontal, with the screenings to be processed being placed on the sieve tray at the geodetically higher end of the sieve tray and discharged via the geodetically lower end of the sieve tray.
- the last screen lining segments in the direction of transport of the screening material are supported at their ends against transverse stop elements. The arrangement of these transverse stop elements is thus transverse to the transport direction of the screenings.
- transverse stop elements in particular a transverse stop bar that absorbs the shearing forces, can be fastened to the frame or formed by the frame itself, which accommodates the screen segments.
- the transverse stop elements can also be formed by adapters arranged at a corresponding point on the frame.
- a plurality of screen lining segments preferably form a screen floor, with the screen lining segments being supported laterally in the direction perpendicular to the transport direction of the screenings against longitudinal stop elements running parallel to the transport direction, in particular longitudinal stop bars, in particular that the screen lining segments form a positive fit with the longitudinal stop bars running parallel to the transport direction, in particular a tongue and groove -Make connection.
- Longitudinal stop bars of this type which are arranged laterally next to the screening material segments in the transport direction of the screening material, serve to absorb the transverse forces and secure the screening material segments laterally in the direction perpendicular to the transport direction.
- the longitudinal stop bars extend on the sides of the sieve base parallel to the transport direction of the material to be sieved.
- the longitudinal stop bars can be attached to the frame or formed by the frame itself, which accommodates the screen segments.
- the longitudinal stop strips can also be formed by adapters arranged at a corresponding point on the frame.
- the magnet(s) and/or the ferromagnetic coupling element(s) have at least one undercut.
- Such undercuts form in particular a sprue edge for the production of the adapter or the screen lining segments and/or the wear protection elements from plastic, in particular polyurethane, and facilitate the production process. Furthermore, this results in a better hold on the adapter or on the screen lining segment and/or on the wear protection element.
- the screen lining segments and/or the wear protection elements and the respective adapters for fastening the screen lining segments and/or wear protection elements preferably form a form fit, in particular a tongue and groove connection.
- Such form-fitting connections between the screen cloth segments and the respective adapter can be provided on the long side of the screen cloth segments, i.e. on the sides of the screen cloth segments that run in the installation situation in the transport direction of the screening material.
- Such form-fitting connections between the screen cloth segments and the respective adapter can be provided on the transverse sides of the screen cloth segments, i.e. on the sides of the screen cloth segments that run perpendicular to the transport direction of the screenings when installed.
- Such form-fitting connections between the screen mesh segments and the respective adapter are used for additional fixation of the screen mesh segments for magnetic attachment of the screen mesh segments to the adapters and prevent the screen mesh segments from slipping on the adapters in the transport direction and/or perpendicular to the transport direction of the screenings.
- the adapters are preferably formed by adapter strips with a symmetrical arrangement of a plurality of magnets and/or the screen lining segments have a rotationally symmetrical arrangement of a plurality of ferromagnetic coupling elements and a square basic shape.
- the adapters themselves preferably have a symmetrical structure. When using symmetrically designed adapters, they can be installed in different orientations, which makes assembly easier for the fitter.
- the screen lining segments and/or wear protection elements preferably have a symmetrical, in particular rotationally symmetrical, structure.
- symmetrically constructed screen lining segments and/or wear protection elements these can be installed in different orientations, which makes assembly easier for the fitter.
- Adapter strips with a symmetrical arrangement of several magnets and screen lining segments with a square basic shape and a rotationally symmetrical arrangement of several ferromagnetic coupling elements are particularly preferably combined with one another.
- the screen mesh segments can be attached to the adapter bars in any arrangement without it being necessary to assemble a specific orientation requirement. This means that it can be used and attached in different directions. This makes it easier to replace and assemble the screen lining segments.
- the adapter preferably has magnets that act on both sides and/or the adapter is equipped with magnets on both sides, so that the adapter can be magnetically attached to the frame and a screen lining segment and/or a wear protection element can be magnetically attached to the adapter.
- the further development of the adapter in such a way that the adapter itself is also attached magnetically to the frame of the screening machine and the screen lining segments and/or the wear protection elements are also attached magnetically to the adapter means that existing screening machines can be retrofitted in a particularly advantageous and simple manner. The adapter itself can thus also be attached magnetically.
- a screening machine with a support frame for receiving a plurality of screen cloth segments to form a screen base is particularly advantageous, in which the support frame has a screen cloth fastening system according to the invention.
- FIG 1 shows a schematic perspective view of a screen bottom formed from a plurality of screen lining segments 10, 20 of a screening machine.
- the screen lining segments 10, 20 are subject to wear and are attached to the frame 40 of the screening machine so that they can be replaced.
- the transport direction of the material to be screened is indicated by the arrow 5. This means that the screenings to be processed are as shown in the illustration figure 1 located at the top of the picture, the rear end of the sieve bottom applied and over that shown in the illustration figure 1 the front end of the sieve bottom located at the lower edge of the picture is transported away.
- the screen mesh segments 10 , 20 are supported laterally against the longitudinal stop strips 41 , 42 running parallel to the transport direction 5 in order to divert any transverse forces acting on the screen mesh segments 10 , 20 to the frame 40 .
- the last screen lining segments 10, 20 in the direction of transport of the material to be screened are supported at their ends against the continuous transverse stop strip 45 of the frame 40.
- the shear forces acting on the screen lining segments 10, 20 are reduced taken in the transport direction of the screenings by the frame 40 of the screening machine.
- FIG 2 shows detail view A 1 . Below the screen lining segments 10, 20, the frame 40 of the screening machine can be seen.
- the adapter 30 is attached to the frame 40 .
- the adapter 30 is attached to the frame 40 in a form-fitting manner.
- the adapter 30 is made of plastic as an injection molded part. Permanent magnets 31, 32 are introduced into the matrix of the adapter 30.
- the left screen cloth segment 10 has an iron reinforcement that forms a ferromagnetic coupling element 11 that forms a magnetic connection with the magnet 31 of the adapter.
- the right screen cloth segment 20 has an iron reinforcement which forms a ferromagnetic coupling element 21 which forms a magnetic connection with the magnet 32 of the adapter.
- the reinforcements form reinforcements in the screen mat segments 10, 20 and run parallel to the support of the frame 40, to which the adapter 30, which is also designed as a strip, is fastened.
- the screen lining segments 10, 20 are made of polyurethane, with the reinforcements being cast. Due to the course of the reinforcements parallel to the course of the frame 40, the screen mat segments 10, 20 are flexible, which makes it easier to remove the screen mat segments 10, 20 from the magnets 31, 32.
- figure 3 shows a second exemplary embodiment with a frame 40 formed by a C-profile for receiving the adapter strip 30.
- the adapter strip 30 is formed from a plastic.
- the adapter bar 30 has undercuts which engage behind the inwardly pointing edges of the C-profile 40 and thereby fix the adapter bar 30 to the C-profile 40 in a form-fitting manner. Permanent magnets 31, 32 are introduced into the matrix of the adapter 30.
- the attachment of the screen lining segments 10, 20 to the adapter 30 is carried out in exactly the same way as before in relation to the first exemplary embodiment according to FIG figure 2 explained.
- On the adapter 30 are on the top of the two abutting screen mat segments 10, 20.
- the left screen cloth segment 10 has an iron reinforcement that forms a ferromagnetic coupling element 11 that forms a magnetic connection with the magnet 31 of the adapter.

A disadvantage of the known fastening systems is therefore that complex disassembly and assembly is necessary in order to dismantle worn screen lining segments and wear protection elements and replace them with new screen lining segments and wear protection elements, which often have to be assembled with great effort and in extremely cramped conditions.
The object of the invention is to overcome these disadvantages and to specify a screen cloth fastening system which is easy to dismantle and assembly of screen lining segments and wear protection elements on a screening machine.
According to the invention, this object is achieved by a fastening system according to claim 1 . Advantageous developments of the invention are specified in the dependent claims.
It is particularly advantageous in the fastening system for screening machines for fastening exchangeable screen lining segments and/or exchangeable wear protection elements in or on a screening machine with at least one frame accommodating the screen lining segments and/or carrying the wear protection elements, that for fastening a screen lining segment and/or a wear protection element at least an adapter is attached to the frame, wherein the adapter has at least one magnet, wherein the magnet interacts with the frame and/or with at least one ferromagnetic coupling element arranged in a vibration-proof manner in or on the screen lining segment and/or wear protection element and thereby creates a magnetic connection between the adapter and the frame and/or between the adapter and the screen lining segment and/or wear protection element.
In the sense of the invention, the terms screening machine and jig are used synonymously.
According to the invention, it is therefore provided that the screen mesh segments and wear protection elements that are subject to wear are attached to adapters by a magnetic coupling, with each adapter having at least one magnet that forms a magnetic connection with a ferromagnetic coupling element assigned to the screen mesh segment and/or wear protection element. The adapter, which has the magnet, remains on the frame of the screening machine whenever a worn screen lining segment or wear protection element is replaced. To replace a wearing part, you only have to loosen the magnetic connection and insert a new screen lining segment and/or Wear protection element are placed. The screen lining segments and/or wear protection elements are thus attached magnetically to the screening machine.
One or more ferromagnetic coupling elements are cast into each screen lining segment and/or each wear protection element. In particular, the screen lining segments and/or the wear protection elements can be formed from polyurethane, in which ferromagnetic coupling elements are cast. The ferromagnetic coupling elements can simultaneously form mechanical reinforcements in the screen lining segments and/or wear protection elements. This means that the ferromagnetic coupling elements cast into the screen mesh segments and/or wear protection elements simultaneously form reinforcements of the screen mesh segments and/or wear protection elements. Conversely, the metal reinforcements already provided in the screen lining segments and/or wear protection elements to increase the load-bearing capacity can simultaneously serve as ferromagnetic coupling elements for producing the magnetic connection with the magnets of the adapters or adapter strips.
Cumulatively, the adapter itself can be magnetically fixed to the frame of the screening machine. The exchangeable screen lining segments and/or the exchangeable wear protection elements can be attached directly or indirectly to the adapter magnetically and/or with a positive fit and/or with a force fit. Fastening the adapter magnetically to the frame of the screening machine enables the adapter to be fastened easily and dismantled.
The magnetic and/or positive and/or non-positive attachment of the screen lining segments and/or wear protection elements to the adapter can take place directly or indirectly.
The screen base can also be formed by a single, one-piece screen lining segment. The invention is therefore not limited to an application with a screen bottom formed from a plurality of screen lining segments, although this represents a preferred embodiment.
This ensures that the screen mesh segments and/or wear protection elements that are considered wearing parts are attached by means of the magnetic interaction between the at least one magnet of the adapter attached to the frame of the screening machine and the at least one ferromagnetic coupling element arranged in or on the screen mesh segment and/or wear protection element can. The screen lining segments and/or wear protection elements can thus be dismantled and assembled in a simple manner. Furthermore, such an adapter strip can be retrofitted to existing screening machines without great effort, so that no changes have to be made to the screening machine itself.
The adapter is preferably attached to a component of the screening machine made of non-ferromagnetic material. In particular, the adapter can be fastened with a force fit and/or with a material fit and/or with a form fit. For example, stainless steel is a non-ferromagnetic material. Furthermore, the adapter can thus serve as a fastening and connecting element by itself being fastened to non-magnetic surfaces and components made of stainless steel, for example. Such an arrangement of the adapter with at least one magnet also makes it possible to magnetically attach screen lining segments and/or wear protection elements to components made of a non-ferromagnetic material.
As an alternative to fastening the adapter to a component of the screening machine made of non-ferromagnetic material, the adapter can be fastened to a ferromagnetic component of the screening machine. In particular, the adapter can be attached magnetically and/or force-fittingly and/or materially and/or positively. In particular, the Adapters have magnets that act on both sides, by means of which the adapter itself is magnetically attached to a ferromagnetic component of the screening machine and which at the same time serve to interact with at least one ferromagnetic coupling element arranged in a vibration-proof manner in or on the screen lining segment and/or wear protection element and thereby create a magnetic connection between the Produce adapter and the screen lining segment and/or wear protection element. In this case of the arrangement of magnets acting on both sides, the magnets serve both to magnetically attach the adapter to the screening machine and to magnetically attach the screen lining or the wear protection element to the adapter.
In particular, such adapters can also be attached to the side parts of screening machines and can be used to attach lateral wear protection elements. These side parts can be, for example, vertical boundary walls above the sieve bottom. Furthermore, it can be an adapter for shaft protection tubes that wrap around the tube, adhere there magnetically and in turn magnetically hold a wear protection element that wraps around the tube.
The adapter can be designed in particular as an elongate adapter bar. The frame of the screening machine, which accommodates the adapter or adapter strips, can be formed by X-profiles and/or C-profiles and/or U-profiles and/or T-profiles and/or KR-profiles and/or angle profiles. The adapter can be formed by a plastic component, in particular as an injection molded part with one or more cast-in magnets. The adapter can have bores, in particular for accommodating fastening dowels for fastening the adapter to so-called KR profiles and/or angle profiles.
The attachment of the adapter to the frame of the screening machine can in particular take place in a non-positive manner and/or with a material connection and/or with a form fit. The concept of the frame of the screening machine includes every component of the screening machine on which an exchangeable Screen lining segment and / or a replaceable wear protection element is particularly attached indirectly.
A particular advantage of the invention is therefore that the fastening system for screening machines for fastening exchangeable screen lining segments and/or exchangeable wear protection elements can be retrofitted by arranging adapters in existing screening machines, since the adapters can be attached to the ones originally provided for the screen lining segments and/or wear protection elements Recordings and mounting locations can be attached. The magnets are arranged in or on the adapters that remain on the screening machine.
Each adapter preferably has a plurality of magnets, which are arranged in particular equidistantly. By arranging several magnets for each adapter, especially for adapters in the form of elongated adapter strips, the magnetic holding force can be increased and exerted evenly, for example, along the edges of the screen mesh segments and/or wear protection elements to be fastened.
One or more ferromagnetic coupling elements are preferably formed by mounting rails and/or mounting frames that are magnetically fixed to the adapter, with screen lining segments and/or wear protection elements being non-positively and/or positively fixed to the mounting rails and/or mounting frame in a vibration-proof manner.
One or more mounting rails and/or mounting frames made of ferromagnetic material can thus be arranged to produce the magnetic connection with the adapters, with the screen lining segments and/or wear protection elements being non-positively and/or positively secured to the mounting rails and/or mounting frame in a vibration-resistant and, in particular, exchangeable manner .
Furthermore, the screen lining segment can be formed in particular by a perforated plate made of ferromagnetic material. The screen lining segments can be formed, in particular, by a ferromagnetic perforated metal sheet with a polyurethane layer sprayed onto it. In the case of a coated perforated metal sheet, the coating applied to the perforated metal sheet can have a different, in particular smaller, mesh size than the perforated metal sheet serving as a carrier.
The ferromagnetic coupling element can be formed by iron or an iron alloy. This creates a favorable solution with a particularly good magnetic holding force. As explained above, the ferromagnetic coupling element can be formed in particular by a cast iron core in the screen mesh segment and/or wear protection element; in particular, the ferromagnetic coupling element can be cast in the form of a strut or in the form of a frame in the material of the screen mesh segment and/or the wear protection element and Form reinforcement element for stiffening the screen lining segment and/or the wear protection element. In particular, the screen lining segment and/or the wear protection element can be reinforced by means of the ferromagnetic coupling element.
The wearing parts are therefore only associated with the ferromagnetic coupling elements, which are cheaper than magnets, for example in the form of iron cores, which can easily be reused. The screen lining segments and/or wear protection elements themselves can be made of non-ferromagnetic material, in particular polyurethane.
In a preferred embodiment, the ferromagnetic coupling element of a screen mat segment is formed by a perforated plate made of ferromagnetic material, which forms a carrier for screen media, in particular fabric. In this case, a perforated sheet of ferromagnetic material is attached to the adapters by the magnetic coupling attached and serves as a carrier for attached to the perforated plate screen media such as fabric and the like. When replacing worn screen media, the ferromagnetic perforated plate continues to be used as a carrier and only the screen medium attached to it is replaced like a fabric.
The ferromagnetic coupling element is preferably configured continuously or in sections parallel to the course of an elongate adapter. In particular, the ferromagnetic coupling element can follow the course of the edges of a screen mesh segment and/or a wear protection element in order to ensure good and secure attachment of the respective screen mesh segment and/or wear protection element, especially in the edge area. The course of the elongate adapter preferably also follows the course of the edge of a screen mesh segment and/or a wear protection element in order to ensure the magnetic attachment of the respective screen mesh segment and/or wear protection element precisely in the edge area.
The ferromagnetic coupling element can be designed in one piece or in several pieces, in particular as a cast-in core which is embedded in the matrix of a screen lining segment and/or wear protection element. The advantage here is that the magnets do not have to be positioned exactly to ensure good attachment. The same advantages are achieved by reinforcing the screen lining segment and/or wear protection element with ferromagnetic material. In these cases, a good and stable attachment to the magnets is guaranteed. The Matrix of a Screen lining segment and/or wear protection element itself can be formed by a flexible material such as polyurethane.
In a preferred embodiment, several screen lining segments form a screen floor. In particular, adjacent screen lining segments can each form a form fit, in particular have a tongue and groove connection. Such form-fitting connections of the screen lining segments to one another mean that a screen lining segment is also secured and fixed by the adjacent screen lining segments in addition to being magnetically fixed when it is subjected to screening material.
A plurality of screen lining segments preferably form a screen floor, with the last screen lining segments in the transport direction of the material to be screened being supported at the ends in the transport direction against transverse stop elements, in particular against a continuous transverse stop bar. In particular, the screen lining segments can form a form fit, in particular a tongue and groove connection, with the transverse stop bar running perpendicularly to the transport direction.
Sieve trays are usually set up at an angle to the horizontal, with the screenings to be processed being placed on the sieve tray at the geodetically higher end of the sieve tray and discharged via the geodetically lower end of the sieve tray. In order to absorb the shearing forces in the direction of transport, it is therefore advantageous if the last screen lining segments in the direction of transport of the screening material are supported at their ends against transverse stop elements. The arrangement of these transverse stop elements is thus transverse to the transport direction of the screenings.
These transverse stop elements, in particular a transverse stop bar that absorbs the shearing forces, can be fastened to the frame or formed by the frame itself, which accommodates the screen segments. In particular, the transverse stop elements can also be formed by adapters arranged at a corresponding point on the frame.
A plurality of screen lining segments preferably form a screen floor, with the screen lining segments being supported laterally in the direction perpendicular to the transport direction of the screenings against longitudinal stop elements running parallel to the transport direction, in particular longitudinal stop bars, in particular that the screen lining segments form a positive fit with the longitudinal stop bars running parallel to the transport direction, in particular a tongue and groove -Make connection.
Longitudinal stop bars of this type, which are arranged laterally next to the screening material segments in the transport direction of the screening material, serve to absorb the transverse forces and secure the screening material segments laterally in the direction perpendicular to the transport direction. The longitudinal stop bars extend on the sides of the sieve base parallel to the transport direction of the material to be sieved. The longitudinal stop bars can be attached to the frame or formed by the frame itself, which accommodates the screen segments. In particular, the longitudinal stop strips can also be formed by adapters arranged at a corresponding point on the frame.
In a preferred embodiment, the magnet(s) and/or the ferromagnetic coupling element(s) have at least one undercut. Such undercuts form in particular a sprue edge for the production of the adapter or the screen lining segments and/or the wear protection elements from plastic, in particular polyurethane, and facilitate the production process. Furthermore, this results in a better hold on the adapter or on the screen lining segment and/or on the wear protection element.
The screen lining segments and/or the wear protection elements and the respective adapters for fastening the screen lining segments and/or wear protection elements preferably form a form fit, in particular a tongue and groove connection. By such a form fit in addition to the magnetic attachment of the screen lining segments and / or the wear protection elements on the respective adapter, the carrying capacity of the Connection of the screen lining segments and/or the wear protection elements on the adapters is further increased.
Such form-fitting connections between the screen cloth segments and the respective adapter can be provided on the long side of the screen cloth segments, i.e. on the sides of the screen cloth segments that run in the installation situation in the transport direction of the screening material. Alternatively or cumulatively, such form-fitting connections between the screen cloth segments and the respective adapter can be provided on the transverse sides of the screen cloth segments, i.e. on the sides of the screen cloth segments that run perpendicular to the transport direction of the screenings when installed. Such form-fitting connections between the screen mesh segments and the respective adapter are used for additional fixation of the screen mesh segments for magnetic attachment of the screen mesh segments to the adapters and prevent the screen mesh segments from slipping on the adapters in the transport direction and/or perpendicular to the transport direction of the screenings.
The adapters are preferably formed by adapter strips with a symmetrical arrangement of a plurality of magnets and/or the screen lining segments have a rotationally symmetrical arrangement of a plurality of ferromagnetic coupling elements and a square basic shape.
The adapters themselves preferably have a symmetrical structure. When using symmetrically designed adapters, they can be installed in different orientations, which makes assembly easier for the fitter.
The screen lining segments and/or wear protection elements preferably have a symmetrical, in particular rotationally symmetrical, structure. When using symmetrically constructed screen lining segments and/or wear protection elements, these can be installed in different orientations, which makes assembly easier for the fitter.
Adapter strips with a symmetrical arrangement of several magnets and screen lining segments with a square basic shape and a rotationally symmetrical arrangement of several ferromagnetic coupling elements are particularly preferably combined with one another. By designing the adapters in this way as adapter bars for attachment to the frame of the screening machine on the one hand and a square design of the screen mesh segments and a corresponding symmetrical arrangement of the ferromagnetic coupling elements on the other hand, the screen mesh segments can be attached to the adapter bars in any arrangement without it being necessary to assemble a specific orientation requirement. This means that it can be used and attached in different directions. This makes it easier to replace and assemble the screen lining segments.
The adapter preferably has magnets that act on both sides and/or the adapter is equipped with magnets on both sides, so that the adapter can be magnetically attached to the frame and a screen lining segment and/or a wear protection element can be magnetically attached to the adapter. The further development of the adapter in such a way that the adapter itself is also attached magnetically to the frame of the screening machine and the screen lining segments and/or the wear protection elements are also attached magnetically to the adapter means that existing screening machines can be retrofitted in a particularly advantageous and simple manner. The adapter itself can thus also be attached magnetically.
A screening machine with a support frame for receiving a plurality of screen cloth segments to form a screen base is particularly advantageous, in which the support frame has a screen cloth fastening system according to the invention.
