The translation T of the slide 130 allows pivoting P of the handle 104 by at least 30 °, which allows it to be removed sufficiently from its opening for a user to handle it. Depending on the travel of the slide 130, it is possible to pivot the handle 104 by 90 °.

Claims (8)

  1. An opening control assembly of an opening element (1), in particular for a vehicle door, the assembly including:
    - a support;
    - a handle (4; 104) which is movable at least between a retracted position and a deployed position with respect to the support so as to be manipulated by a user;
    - an actuator (14; 114) movable in a deployment direction so as to entrain the handle (4; 104) towards its deployed position, and movable in a retraction direction;
    further including
    a one-way coupling system (16; 116) of the handle (4; 104) to the actuator (14; 114), the system (16; 116) being configured such that in the deployment direction the actuator (14; 114) entrains the handle (4; 104), and
    in the retraction direction the actuator (14; 114) is uncoupled from the handle (14; 104),
    the assembly also including return means configured to move the handle (4; 104) towards its retracted position, and damping means (26) of the movement of the handle (4; 104) towards its retracted position, characterized in that the damping means (26) are disposed in the interior of the one-way coupling system (16; 116).
  2. The assembly according to Claim 1, characterized in that the handle (4; 104) includes a main extension, the assembly including a pivot articulating the handle (4; 104), the pivoting axis (12; 112) of which is generally perpendicular to the main extension of the handle (4; 104).
  3. The assembly according to one of Claims 1 to 2, characterized in that it includes two pivots (12; 15), of which one is a fixed pivot (15) and one is a movable pivot (12) moved with respect to the fixed pivot.
  4. The assembly according to one of Claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the one-way coupling system (16; 116) includes a freewheel mechanism.
  5. The assembly according to one of Claims 1 to 4, characterized in that it includes a first rod (22) integral with the handle (4; 104), and a second rod (24) engaged with the actuator (14; 114), the coupling system (16; 116) joining the first rod (22) to the second rod (24).
  6. The assembly according to one of Claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the actuator is a rotary actuator (14) or a linear actuator (114).
  7. The assembly according to one of Claims 1 to 6, characterized in that the handle (4; 104) includes a first lever (18), and the actuator (14; 114) includes a second lever (20), the coupling system (16; 116) being at the interface between said levers (18; 20).
  8. A vehicle, in particular a motor vehicle, including an opening element (1) with an opening control assembly of an opening element, characterized in that the assembly is according to one of Claims 1 to 7, possibly the handle (4; 104) includes a first exterior surface (8) with a contour (5), and the opening element (1) includes a second exterior surface (6) which is tangent to the first surface (8) over all the contour (5).
