Claims (10)

  1. Verteiler (1) für vorgeschnittenes Wischmaterial in Form einer Rolle (B), die zu einem Streifen (S) abgewickelt werden kann, wobei der Verteiler (1) umfasst:
    - ein Gehäuse (2),
    - eine Abdeckung (3), die relativ zum Gehäuse (2) zwischen einer offenen und einer geschlossenen Position beweglich ist, und
    - ein Modul (4), das im Gehäuse (2) aufgenommen ist;
    wobei das Modul (4) in der geschlossenen Position durch die Abdeckung (3) teilweise abgedeckt ist, indem ein Austrittskanal (P) der Materialbahn (S) begrenzt wird;
    wobei das Modul (4) umfasst:
    - zwei Seitenwände (5) parallel zueinander, zwischen denen die Spule (B) positioniert ist,
    - eine Vorrichtung (6) zum Führen der von der Rolle (B) abgewickelten Bahn (S),
    - eine Klappe (8), die quer zwischen den Seitenwänden (5) angeordnet ist, mit zwei Seitenkanten (85), die sich gegenüber den Seitenwänden (5) erstrecken, und einer Vorderfläche (81) mit einem Regenbogenprofil (88), das aus Vorsprüngen (881) und Hohlräumen (882) besteht, die sich jeweils entlang eines Bogens auf der Vorderfläche (81) erstrecken, und
    - eine Platte (9), die quer vor der Klappe (8) angeordnet ist, die in Bezug auf die Seitenwände (5) zwischen einer abgesenkten Position und einer angehobenen Position beweglich ist und eine Rückseite (92) aufweist, die ein Regenbogenprofil (98) umfasst, das aus Vorsprüngen (981) und Hohlräumen (982) besteht, die sich jeweils entlang eines Bogens auf der Vorderseite (92) erstrecken;
    das Regenbogenprofil (88) der Klappe (8) und das Regenbogenprofil (98) der Platte (9) komplementär sind, so dass die Vorsprünge (881) der Klappe (8) in den Aussparungen (982) der Platte (9) untergebracht sind und die Vorsprünge (981) der Platte (9) in den Aussparungen (882) der Klappe (8) untergebracht sind, wenn sich die Platte (9) in der erhöhten Position befindet;
    die Klappe (8) und die Platte (9), wodurch zwischen ihnen ein Raum (E) zum Führen und Klemmen des Bandes (S) begrenzt wird, der eine variable Konfiguration aufweist und unmittelbar stromaufwärts des Austrittskanals (P) des Bandes (S) angeordnet ist;
    wobei das Modul (4) ein relatives Wegsystem (10) zwischen der Klappe (8) und der Platte (9) umfasst, das die Konfiguration des Raums (E) zum Führen und Klemmen des Riemens (S) variiert, wobei das Wegsystem (10) umfasst:
    - vier Querstangen (86), die aus den Seitenkanten (85) der Klappe (8) herausragen, mit zwei Stangen (86), die pro Seitenkante (85) beabstandet sind, und
    - vier Gehäuse (56), die in den Seitenwänden (5) des Moduls (4) angeordnet sind, mit zwei Gehäusen (56) pro Seitenwand (5),
    jedes Gehäuse (56), das eine der Stangen (86) der Klappe (8) aufnimmt und einen Längsteil (57) und einen vertikalen Teil (58) umfasst, wobei ein Abstand zwischen jeder Stange (86) und dem entsprechenden Gehäuse (56) in Längsrichtung und vertikal definiert ist.
  2. Verteiler (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Hubsystem (10) ferner zwei Federn (100) umfasst, die auf jeder Seite des Moduls (4) angeordnet sind, wobei jede Feder (100) ein oberes Ende (101), das an einer der Seitenwände (5) befestigt ist, und ein unteres Ende (102) aufweist, das an einer Stange (86) befestigt ist, die in einem in dieser Seitenwand (5) vorgesehenen Gehäuse (56) aufgenommen ist.
  3. Verteiler (1) nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Federn (100) in einem Winkel positioniert sind und eine Kraft ausüben, die dazu neigt, die Klappe (8) nach oben und vorne zu bringen, und somit den zwischen der Klappe (8) und der Platte (9) begrenzten Raum (E) vertikal und längs zusammenziehen.
  4. Verteiler (1) nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Federn (100) in Längsrichtung positioniert sind und eine Kraft ausüben, die dazu neigt, die Klappe (8) nach vorne zu bringen und somit den zwischen der Klappe (8) und der Platte (9) begrenzten Raum (E) in Längsrichtung zu verkleinern.
  5. Verteiler (1) nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Federn (100) vertikal angeordnet sind und eine Kraft ausüben, die dazu neigt, die Klappe (8) nach oben zu bringen und so den zwischen der Klappe (8) und der Platte (9) begrenzten Raum (E) vertikal zu verkleinern.
  6. Verteiler (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Fahrsystem (10) eine Verstellvorrichtung (110) in der Querposition der Klappe (8) zwischen den Seitenwänden (5) umfasst, wobei die Verstellvorrichtung (110) von einem Bediener bedienbar ist.
  7. Verteiler (1) nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einstellvorrichtung (110) umfasst:
    - eine Platte (111), die gegen eine der Stangen (86) der Klappe (8) anliegt, und
    - eine Schraube (112), die durch die Platte (111) hindurchgeht und eine der Seitenwände (5) des Moduls (4) durchdringt,
    bei der ein Einschrauben der Schraube (112) in die Seitenwand (5) die Platte (111) gegen die Stange (86) drückt, die Klappe (8) bewegt und den zwischen der Klappe (8) und der Platte (9) begrenzten Raum (E) quer verändert..
  8. Verteiler (1) nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einstellvorrichtung (110) umfasst:
    - ein Gewinde (116), das auf einer der Stangen (86) der Klappe (8) ausgebildet ist,
    - einen Bolzen (117), der auf dieser Stange (86) positioniert ist, und
    - eine Feder (118), die zwischen dem Bolzen (117) und einer der Seitenkanten (85) des Moduls (4) angeordnet ist,
    bei der eine Verschraubung des Bolzens (117) auf der Stange (86) die Feder (118) zusammendrückt, die Stange (86) und die Klappe (8) verschiebt und den zwischen der Klappe (8) und der Platte (9) begrenzten Raum (E) quer verändert.
  9. Verfahren zum Betreiben eines Verteilers (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass, wenn ein Benutzer eine Zugkraft auf die Materialbahn (S) am Austrittskanal (P) ausübt, Reibungskräfte zwischen der Bahn (S), der Klappe (8) und der Platte (9) im Raum (E) zum Führen und Klemmen der Bahn (S) ausgeübt werden; die Reibungskräfte in einem ersten Schritt mit der Zugkraft kombiniert werden, um ein Format von dem Band (S) zu trennen und in einem zweiten Schritt zu verhindern, dass das Band (S) wieder ansteigt.
